Sad News Out of Hollywood!!! DAMN!!!

Well, I was just talking about this to a friend of mine on Sunday. Little did I know how soon it would come true. The "Ivory Queen of Soul" was found dead in her home in Pasadena on Sunday. That's fight folks, Teena Marie is gone! She was just 54yrs old and had released her latest cd just a few months ago, called Congo Square. Teena Marie was a tiny woman with a powerful voice. I was lucky enough to see her in concert back in the late 80s at the Paramount Theater in Oakland. Man oh Man, that was a really AWESOME show! She didn't sing her songs, she SANG her songs! Damn! I'm really broke up over this one. I've been listening to an oldie station lately and I've heard some of her songs. I'm going to have to look for greatest hits cd so that I can add some of her music to my mp3 player. Rest in Peace Teena Marie and tell Rick James I said "Yo, brother!".

For ragging on her weight recently. Yesterday, Mariah and Nick Cannon announced that Mariah is carrying twins. I just want to wish them a lot of luck with her pregnancy. I do love her voice and lately she has been covering up her body more. I just got tired of seeing too much of her body ALL of the time!!! hahahahahaha
So Mariah, I'm sorry for some of the rude comments I made about your weight. hahahahaha And keep on singing gurl! hahahahahaha Loved your performances on Christmas in Washington ; this year!!!

OMG!!! It's Gets Worst with Pharell Williams!!!

No wonder he can afford to spend $14 Million on Penthouses. He has a clothing line called Billionaire Boy's Club. And I am still in SHOCK! I"m in SHOCK I tell yah!!! at the OUTRAGEOUS prices of his items! T shirts for $80.00 EACH! Key chains for $50.00! Jeans for $290.00!!! Jackets for $450.00 to $900!! Vests for $450.00!!! Shorts for $230 and up!!! REALLY?? And some of his line is sold out!!! TO WHOM?? What IDIOT is actually paying $80.00 for a T shirt??? It's a T shirt! It's not made of gold, nor is there any real design in it? It's just some ugly ass logo on it which is silk screened onto it. It's not embroidered! It's not appliqued! And the key chains are a strip of leather which also has the logo embossed onto it with a snap and an ugly cheap O ring made of metal. NOT gold or silver or any other precious metal. I think this is some kind of money laundering scheme. Especially, in this economy, who can afford to spend $300.00 on a pair of jeans? Or $50.00 on a designer key chain??? I'm not buying it!!!

Pharell Williams thinks he is a furniture designer!!! OMG!

Apparently Hip Hop Artist Pharell Williams thinks he is a Furniture Desinger. In 2008 he designed a straight back chair with human like legs. BIG YAWN! It's cute and kind of kitschy but now he has come out with a "tank" chair. This one is laughable at best!!! But you be the judge, and check the link below.

Personally , I think he should stick to making music, not that I listen to it. hahahahaha Oh, and he just spent 14million on a Miami Penthouse. What a Moron! That is TOO much money for a condo! All you own is the 4 outer most walls, everything else is owned by the building! Look, this is just my opinion, but if you can afford to BUY a piece of property for any amount of money. Make sure you are actually BUYING a piece of land!; for any amount let alone $14 million. Miami is a great city, and I hear it's great to live on the water. But for $14 Million Dollars, I would expect to be able to go outside and walk through the grass in my ginormous backyard or side yard, knowing that THIS land is ALL mine!!! But when Pharell goes out back, all he can do is sit on the concrete patio and look out at his fabulous water views, but he doesn't even own the building nor the land on which the building sits on. Tsk Tsk Tsk. Oh well, my mother used to tell me, "a fool and his money are soon parted". hahahahahaha

True or False: Is it illegal in the State of California to purchase drugs outside of the USA for Lethal Injections?

True! WTF? Who cares where the drugs come from that are used in the State of California or any other state for Lethal Injection. As long as the drugs work, you could manufacture them on the moon for all I care!!! Sometimes, the government makes the stupidest laws!!! I think this law should be repealed!!!

Aretha Franklin has Pancreatic Cancer.

It's been widely reported on several Websites and in a couple of print media that Aretha Franklin is in a Detroit Hospital recovering from surgery. And that she has pancreatic cancer. Apparently, Miss Franklin has canceled all of her gigs from now until May 2011. She is doing well after the surgery. We all wish you a speedy recovery Miss Franklin. Much love to the Queen of Soul.

Oh No! Say it Aint So! Wesley is in the SLAMMER!

Yeah Folks, it's finally happened. Wesley Snipes is finally started his 3yrs for his 2008 Tax Evasion Conviction. He is currently a resident of a Federal "Prison" in Pennsylvania. I put prison in quotes because, there are no bars, and there isn't a perimeter fence. He gets daily showers, indoor basketball, sand volleyball, badminton,  bridge, he can work out on a stair master or elliptical machine, he can spend 290.00 per month at the commissary, there are only 2 person cells, and wakeup is 06:35am. WOW! is this a prison or a country club? hahahahaha The only bad thing about this "prison" is there are 5 prisoner counts daily, and 3 of them are at night. And I bet he gets out early. Had he not appealed his conviction, and just immediately gone to prison; he would probably have completed his sentence already. What a dumbass!
