TMZ busted Maria Shriver driving and talking on her cell phone 3 times!!!

What the hell is wrong with Maria Shriver aka Mrs Arnold Schwatzenegger aka First Lady of California. She has been caught on 3 seperate occaisions driving and talking on her cell phone. Doesn't she know that is now against the law in Calif? HELLOOOO!!! Your husband signed that into law like 2yrs ago!!! I think she should be fined and ticketed for it! They can certianly afford to pay the fines!!! What do you think? hahahahahahaha
