On March 13, 2010, Erykah Badu filmed a scene for her "Window Seat" music video. In the scene as Erykah walks in the plaza, she strips off one piece of clothing at a time and when she is completely naked. She acts as if she is shot in the head and falls to the ground. She does this in full view of anyone and everyone in the plaza, including small children. At first Dallas Police said there were not complaints so no charges would be filed. But once the video aired on TV on Mar 29th. They got at least one complaint from a woman who claims to have had 2 small children with her in the Plaza the day of the shooting. So the Dallas Police have reversed themselves and will issue a ticket to Erykah Badu, for disorderly conduct. Which carries a $500.00 fine. Really? Is that all? I think that stupid bitch should go to jail for what she did. Freedom of Speech is for speech only. Keep your clothes on and you can say whatever you want. Take your clothes off in public and you should go to jail! If it were a man walking around naked, he would have been arrested. Why is that not the case for naked women? Here's another prime example of a double standard.
