Kandi Burruss FINALLY Grows Some BACKBONE and Sues Kim Zolciak

Kandi should have done this a LONG LONG LONG time ago, 4 yrs in fact. But she has finally filed suit against Kim Zolciak for her rightful share of the royalties from her hit song Tardy for the Party. Kim supposedly made $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 on the song and poor Kandi was only paid about $3,000.00 to $4,000.00. And Kandi wrote and produced the song and allowed Kim to use her home studio for free and Kandi's auto-tune too. hahahaha The only bad thing is Kandi hired Phaedra Parks to represent her. WTF? Gurl you need a REAL lawyer. hahahaha Phaedra almost messed up that horse headed cow's child support case, Sheree Whitfield. By letting Sheree's ex husband Bob, out think her. He had her jumping by serving her motions for this and that every time they went to court. It should have been the other way around and he's not even a lawyer. hahahaha Phaedra thinks she is one of those old country lawyers who can practice all aspects of the law. And believe me she is NO Perry Mason. hahahaha
