Vetran Character Actor of Stage and Screen Eli Wallach Has Died, He was 98 yrs old

Awww, well he lived a nice long and frutful life, veteran character actor of both stage and screen has passed away, Mr Eli Wallach was 98 yrs old. One of Eli's biggest roles was the weaselly boss of the Mexican hombres in the 1960s films The Magnificent Seven and The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. Eli also won a Tony for his performance in 1951 for portraying Alvaro in The Rose Tattoo. Eli worked well into his 90s and passed away on Tuesday of this week according to his daughter Katherine. No other details were given on his passing. Rest in Peace Eli.

EX-Survivor Contestant Caleb Bankston Dies in Tragic Rail Accident in Alabama

Ex-Survivor contestant from the original Blood vs Water season, Caleb Bankston has passed away when a train he was riding on derailed on Tuesday in Birmingham, Alabama. Caleb was engaged to racist 2 time quitter Colton Cumbie. I am kind of sorry that he is dead, but birds of a feather flock together and if he was as racist as his lover, then it's not as great a loss as it seems. Caleb was only 25 yrs old. He and his lover Colton only made it to 9th place during their season because when the game started getting tough again, Colton up and quit the show again. On his original season, Colton faked an appendicitis to quit. I cant stand Colton and while Caleb seemed nice, it is rare that a racist will marry a non a non racist. So since they were engaged, I'm assuming that Caleb was a racist too or had racist tendencies. Caleb worked for the Alabama Warrior Railway in Birmingham and was on the train that tragically derailed on Tuesday this week and he was killed. Rest in peace Caleb (if you were not a racist).

Wife of One Seattle Mariner's Player Heading to Prison for Using the Debit Card of Another Player's Wife

Maria Peguero, who is married to former Seattle Mariner Outfielder Carlos Peguero is heading to prison for 1yr and 1 day for illegally charging hundred's of thousands of dollars on the debit cards of her husband's teammate's (Felix Hernandez) wife, Sandra Hernandez. All told Maria charged $191,000.00 on cards belonging to Sandra Hernandez between June 6, 2012 and October 9, 2012 at stores like Saks 5th Ave and Nordstrom. Well at least that bitch had good taste. The Secret Service tracked Maria down via an email account linked to her Twitter account. Wow, social media does another criminal in! hahahaha  At first Maria plead not guilty but later changed her plea to guilty and now has received the 1yr and 1 day sentence. Her husband Carlos was not a major player on the team and so he was transferred back to the minors because Felix is the "King" of his team and the bosses didn't want any awkwardness in the clubhouse. Aww, so not only did she ruin her life, because now she is a convicted felon but she ruined her husband's career with his team. Good luck Felix, maybe you'll get your shot at the majors again soon?

United Methodist Church Appeal's Panel Reverses Defrocking Of Pastor Who Performed Son's Gay Wedding

This is really good news. Pastor Frank Schaefer who was defrocked after a parishioner complained about him officiating at his son's gay wedding months earlier has been reinstated.  The panel said it could not hold Pastor Frank accountable for what he might do in the future and that he should have only been suspended for 30 days. The marriage took place way back in 2007 but some busy body at his church found out about it in April of 2013 and ratted him out to the church. So Pastor Frank will receive back pay starting from the end of the 30 day suspension. "I've devoted my life to this church, to serving this church, and to be restored and to be able to call myself a reverend again and to speak with this voice means so much to me," an exultant Pastor Schaefer told The Associated Press, adding he intends to work for gay rights "with an even stronger voice from within the United Methodist Church."

Pastor Schaefer appealed the decision arguing that the decision was wrong based on an assumption that he would break church law in the future.

The jury's punishment was illegal under church law, the appeals panel concluded, writing in its decision that "revoking his credentials cannot be squared with the well-established principle that our clergy can only be punished for what they have been convicted of doing in the past, not for what they may or may not do in the future."

Pastor Frank is being moved to a new church in Southern California. I sure hope he is happy down there. Good Luck Pastor Frank.

Zataran's Reb Beans and Rice Frozen Dinner Absolutely AMAZING!!!!

Now, I know there are a lot of you good people out there who hate eating frozen dinners well, I am here to tell you that I know of one that will win you over big time. Especially if you love spicy food. Which I am such a HUGE fan of!!! Normally, I buy the box of the mix and add my fresh ground beef and cook it on the stove top. But then one day, I saw that Zatarans also has some frozen entrees also. So I had to try them out right? Well, they have 3 flavors, one is a penne pasta dish with chicken and an Alfredo type sauce, that is good. The next flavor that they have is a Jambalaya, that one is also good. But if you want spectacular, then you should try the Zataran's Red Beans and Rice frozen entree. It is spicy, delicious, the rice is perfectly fluffy and the beans are mushy and the gravy is superb! And they always put 6 slices of a really delicious spicy hot link in there also. I wish that when I make it from the box it turns out this good. Sometimes they can be a little stingy on the gravy in the frozen entree, but the flavors are always on point. And if you buy it at Walmart, it's only $2.97 a box. I love it. I eat it 2 or 3 times a week, I could never get tired of it. hahahaha Check it out, I promise you, you wont be disappointed.

Stupid Criminal File: Burlgar Forgets to Log Out of His Facebook Account While Burglarizing a Minnesoat Home

This guy has got to be one of the stupidest criminals ever! Nick Wig breaks into a Minnesota home and while there, he checks his facebook account on the homeowners computer but forgets to log out and leaves after cherry picking through homeowner, James Woods' belongings. Well, when James comes home later and sees a screen on a window on the side of his house lying on the ground. He got a bad feeling and once inside, he found just what he suspected.  Then he notices that his computer is on and logged into some guy he does not know. James, thinks no way, this cannot be the guy who just robbed me. Could it? So Wood advised the police that the facebook page of Nick Dub was opened on his computer, later on Nick Dub was identified to actually be Nick Wig. Not only did Wig leave his facebook page up but he also left some tennis shoes and wet jeans in the Wood residence. Now, the Yahoo article contains different details from this point on that were shown in the news report on my 10pm newscast last night.According to the Yahoo article, Wood was driving around the neighborhood and spotted Nick Wig loitering and then called the police who then came out and arrested him. Nick was wearing the watch that he stole from the Wood residence. My 10pm newscast reported that Wood left Wig and facebook post telling him he could come back and get his jeans and tennis shoes. And Wig responded ok, I'll do that. And then Wood spotted him coming down the road and called the Police who hurried over and arrested him. And he had most of the property that he had stolen still on him. So regardless of how the arrest went down. Wig has been arrested and charged with Felony Burglary which if convicted carries a sentence of up to 10yrs and a $20,000.00 fine. Wig is definitely the stupidest criminal of 2014 so far! hahahaha Jesus H. Christ!!! What a dumb ass! hahahaha

Lifetime is Making a Movie about Deceased Singer Aaliyah

Lifetime is really on their JOB. They have announced that they will be making a movie about deceased singer and Actress Aaliyah, who died in 2001 at the tender age of 22 yrs in a plane crash. Aaliyah was an exceptional R&B singer and songwriter. She was briefly married to R. Kelly when she was just 15 yrs old and he fronted the money for her to record her debut cd. Aaliyah was in the Bahamas recording scenes for her music video, "More than a Woman", the shoot was completed and everyone wanted to return to the USA. So too many people and luggage was loaded onto the small private jet and it took off ok, but quickly fell back to ground exploding and killing everyone on aboard. It was later learned that the pilot was high on cocaine and had been drinking.The crash was was attributed to pilot error, he allowed the plane to be overloaded and he had intoxicants in his system. So sad! Anyway, this biopic movie has a working title of "Aaliyah: Princess of R&B". And singer Zendaya has been hired to portray Aaliyah. Zendaya will also record 4 of Aaliyah's original songs for the movie. No word on which ones.  Lifetime is also making a movie about Whitney Houston starring America's Next Top Model runner up Yaya DaCosta and directed by the legendary actress Angela Basset. No word on if Yaya sings and will record any of Whitney's vast hits. I am cool with Yaya just lip syncing like Angela did in "What's Love Got to Do With It". I'll be watching both, will you?

Looks like time heals all wounds. Bobbi Kristina spent father's day with her dad singer Bobby Brown. The 2 have been estranged ever since Bobby felt he was treated badly at Whitney's funeral. These 2 have also been estranged over the fact that Bobbi was seeing her pretend brother romantically and had allegedly married him. Well turns out, Bobbi Kirstina and Nick Gordon never tied the knot legally anywhere. They have just been shacking up all of this time. Former Radio DJ Kasey Kasem Dead at Age 82 yrs

Aww, this is really sad. former Radio DJ Casey Kasem (real name Kemal Amin Kasem) has passed away after months of turmoil between his wife Jean and his children. Casey was 82yrs old. Casey had the #1 radio show with "American Top 40" and "Casey Top 40", back in the day. I remember listening to his picks when I was a kid. If you think the last few months were bad between Casey's children and his wife Jean, things are going to get 100 times worst now that Casey is dead. Death always beings out the worst in everyone. Jean was already accusing Casey's children of only talking to their father when they wanted money and also of owing Casey thousands and thousands of dollars in unpaid loans. I sure hope Casey has an ironclad will if not, his estate will be tied up in probate court for years and years to come. Casey has an estate worth approximately $80 million dollars. BREAKING NEWS: Actor Tracy Morgan Injured in Deadly Car Accident ON NJ Turnpike...Charges Filed Against Truck Driver Who Caused Deadly Accident

A Georgia truck driver, Kevin Roper of Jonesboro GA has been charged in the deadly 6 car pileup that killed one passenger in the Mercedes Limo Bus that Actor Tracy Morgan was being driven home in. Writer and Comedian James McNair, 62 died on the scene, he was in the limo bus with Tracy. Morgan and the 2 other passengers have been taken to the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick NJ for treatment where they all remain in critical condition with injuries suffered in the crash. Morgan is most famous for doing 7 yrs on Saturday Night Live and 30 Rock but he started out as a stand up comedian. Which is what he was doing last night just prior to the accident. Truck Driver Roper has been charged with 1 count of death by auto and 4 counts of assault by auto, his bail has been set at $50,000.00 and he is expected to turn himself in to authorities. WTF! You mean he wasn't arrested at the scene? Why not? No word on what caused him to plow into the limo bus, and no one in the other 4 cars was injured in the crash. I don't particularly like Tracy Morgan, but I still hope he makes a speedy recovery. People should be able to go and come from work and not have nut jobs ram their vehicles.

Actor Jonah Hill is a Homophobe!

Okay, I had to do my own investigation b4 I commented on this topic. I have watched the video for myself and I have concluded that Jonah Hill is homophobe. Look, this is just like Alec Baldwin and the papps. Jonah was out with a couple of buds having a coffee or a beverage and walking down the street when some papps ran up on them. Jonah was wearing a hideous outfit, a dark blue pull over shirt and some pink flowery board shorts. I wonder if he is part Philippino? I used to have some Philippino roommates and as long as the clothes were clean, one of my roommates would wear them when we went out. He didn't care if he mixed patterns and prints or if he had on 5 or more different colors. One day, we were going to the mall and he comes out of his room, wearing a baby blue and white striped polo shirt, orange and red plaid shorts, black tennis shoes and yellow footsies. I refused to leave the house with him looking like that. LOL He was 40 something not 2 yrs old!!! Anyway, this one papps tells Jonah that his shorts are "sexy" and continues to follow the group around the corner. Then I think the guy was bored with them so he tells them to have a nice day and see you later. When Jonah quips, "yeah, suck my dick, you faggot!" Now, this guy wasn't annoying him to the 10th degree like the some of the papps like to do with Kanye West or continuously firing questions at Jonah. He just made the one comment and was following him. So why would Jonah be so rude to him? Comedian Mike Epps Not So Funny to Fellow Atlanta Comedian...Named as Assailant in Beat Down

Know why Mike Epps was so good in the remake of the movie Sparkle with Whitney Houston and Jordin Sparks? Because he wasn't acting in that movie, that's how he really is in real life. A cold hearted bastard. Atlanta Comedian Lavar had just finished a set on stage in Atlanta when he was told that Mike Epps was outside and wanted to talk to him. So Lavar goes outside to see what Epps wanted. Once he was outside, he was punched in the face by Epps and pummeled by 2 other men that were waiting for him with Epps. The beat down was severe enough to land Lavar in the ER and when asked what happened he named Epps as an assailant. This is all allegedly over a parody Lavar does in his stand up act about the feud between Mike Epps and Kevin Hart, another comedian. Wow, Mike, so it's ok for you joke about other people but when you are the butt of the joke, you wanna go beat the shit out of author of the comedian. How is that kosher?  The police are investigating and so far no arrest warrants have been issued in this case, but might be forthcoming. Mike you better get yourself a good lawyer. Sean Kingston Jacks Promoter For Not Paying Appearance Fee in Full

Singer Sean Kingston was contracted to host and sing at the Avalon alongside Carmen Electra and the Jazzmin Sisters (the who? never heard of these bitches!) on Wednesday night in Hollywood. Sean was promised $11,000.00 for the gig and paid half up front, the remaining about due at the end of the night. Well Sean shows up 3 hrs late. And when he did finally arrive as soon as he got there, he starts harassing the promoter right away for the outstanding balance of his pay. Well, the promoter is mad that he was late and also because Sean didn't promote the gig very well on social media, so the promoter refuses to pay Sean. Well Sean wasn't having it, so he ordered his security to jack the promoter, and they did! They took the promoters IPhone, watch and thousands in cash. The promoter called the cops and after they investigated, the watch and the IPhone were found on the premises, but not the cash. No arrests were made even though the promoter fingered Sean as the orchestrator of the jacking. LOL (Wow, I guess maybe Sean aint no joke when it comes to his money.) According to Police, Sean is not named as a suspect, and his bodyguards are listed as witnesses in the report. Hmmm, that doesn't sound right, hey popo, that guy Sean told his bodyguards to rob me and they did. But then the popo doesn't arrest him nor his bodyguards either and then they list the body guards as witnesses to the crime they allegedly committed. Hey TMZ are you sure about this?

Kandi's Wedding Premiere TOPS All Other RHOA Spinoff Shows

Looks like the premiere episode of RHOA: Kandi's Wedding, topped all of the other spinoff's. Kandi pulled in a total of 2.4 million viewers with 1.2 million in the coveted 18-49 demographic that advertisers love. Yeah! Kandi has another hit on her hands. hahahaha Too bad she is constantly balling in each episode. hahahaha There is just so much drama between Mama Joyce, Carmon and her fiance. One reason why Bravo thinks that the show had such a higher viewership was because of the way they titled it, "Real Housewives of Atlanta: Kandi's Wedding". By keeping the RHOA title, people who had a season pass on their DVRs would automatically record this show. Good thinking, Bravo. hahahaha It's a drama filled show, so I am glad that it has a very limited run of just 6 episodes. I can hardly wait to see the wedding! hahaha

Finnish Police Find 5 Dead Babies Stored in Woman's Cupboard!

Wow! What is this world coming to again! A Finnish woman has been arrested in the city of Oulu (500 miles North of Helsinki; she was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter in the deaths of her children. The Police were alerted to the woman's apartment by emergency services, no word on who alerted emergency services. hahahaha Anyway, the woman claims she gave birth to the children about 5-10 yrs ago and doesn't know why she was keeping their dead bodies in the cupboard. I do, she's a whackadoodoodoo!!!!!!! The police didn't give any details on why they suspect manslaughter, but I assume there was some sort of trauma to the corpses. I hope they bury this bitch under the jail. And sterilize her first! She's another nutjob who uses murder as a form of birth control.

Rapper TI and Wife Tiny Calling it Quits

Ok you would have to be deaf, blind and stupid not to see this one coming. Last week I told you about a fight between Rapper TI and Boxing Champ Floyd Mayweather Jr over Tiny spending time with Floyd. Well now I am starting to thing that Tiny and Floyd did more than just "spend time" together. Maybe they were smushing? According to Wendy Williams it is rumored that Tiny and Floyd had an affair at one point when TI was locked up. This is not so shocking Wendy Williams keeps mentioning how people are not buying music like they used to. I know I am not buying cds like I used to. I think I got tired of spending $15.00 on a cd only to find that I only like 4 o r 5 of the tracks...and hate the remaining 8. LOL That's not good. So Mariah's new cd, "Me, I am Mariah" debuted on Billboard's Hot 200 at #3 this week, but it only sold 58,000 units compared to her last studio non-holiday cd "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel" which also debuted at #3 with 168,000 units sold. That's less than half! Looks like the Queen has been dethroned! No worries though, Mariah is worth $500 Million + so she wont be in the poor house any time soon. hahahaha I saw the video for one of the songs and I was not impressed with either the video nor the song. LOL Maybe she should seek new employment opportunities in Washington State, where they just raised minimum wage to $15.00 if she is cash poor. LOL

Lifetime has announced that it is making a movie about Whitney Houston and her tumultuous marriage to Bobby Brown. Angela Basset will direct it and possible star in it. Hmmm....Okay, I'm kind of torn on this movie; and I am not the only one. According to Wendy Williams the Houston family is not happy that Lifetime is making a movie about the dearly departed Whitney Houston. The Houston family is not happy that the movie is going to be shown on TV, they think that it should be feature and shown in the theaters. And Bobbi Kristina thinks that she should portray her mother. She claims that she is "the only one" who can do her justice. Ray J was at the Beverly Hills Hotel Bar when he was accused of grabbing the butt of a female patron. Well the LAPD were called and came out and investigated and found the touching was an accident. But they thought that Ray J should leave the bar anyway. So Ray J goes out to the valet to get his car and gets into it with the Valets and they decide to make a citizen's arrest. So the police take Ray J into custody and you would think that things would have ended there, right? NOPE! Ray J was not having a good night so he ends up kicking out the side window on the police car. The police then decide to hobble him and while trying to do so, Ray J spits into the face of one of the cops. So that added new charges, felony vandalism and destruction of public property and battery on a police officer. Dayum Ray J, when you do it, you do it all out!!! UFC President Dan White is winning too much money at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas over the last year, Dan has won about $2 million dollars. Therefore, the Palms has limited his per hand bet maximum to just $5,000.00 ; down from the normal $25,000.00 per hand that Dan is used to betting. Dan says that a lot of casinos are rigged so that the house wins more than the players and the casinos are happy as long as you are losing. But once you start to win too much in their eyes, they get pissed and want to start limiting your max bet. This is the 2nd time the Palms has done this to Dan and last time they did it, they lost out on some of the UFC fights. Plus their employees got pissed and wanted to revolt against the Casino because Dan is known for being a big tipper. Singer Chris Brown Was Released From LA County Jail Today

Awww, damn, I am not happy about this. Singer and full time bad boy Chris Brown has been released from LA County Jail at 12.01am today. He was released early because he was finally behaving himself. I don't see it lasting, but who knows maybe this asshole has learned his lesson. The Judge had given him a year for violating his probation for beating ex-girlfriend Rhianna on Grammy night a few years ago. Brown jumped on Twitter immediately, tweeting "Thank you God" and "Back to the music and the fans". I am not a fan and I will never be a fan and he could put out 100 new cds and I will not listen or buy any tracks from them. I will not forgive him until he actually pays for the crime that he did.

Mystery Millionaire....Ethan and Shay.....Review

This is a quirky reality show where a millionair goes undercover and pretends to be an average joe schmoe, to see if he can meet someone who will love him for him and not his money. Sounds good, right? Well, it starts out on a good note. In this episode, there is Ethan who owns a software company and has houses in San Francisco and Marina Del Rey (I think). Anyway, he moves into a 1 bedroom apt with in walking distance to the beach, in Marina Del Rey, near where he owns a home overlooking the beach. So he meets this chick named Shay and she is a newspaper reporter and she owns a beautiful German Shepard dog. Anyway, Shay and Ethan meet on the beach and he tells her he is a surfing instructor. They go back to his rental which he walks right by because he has forgotten where he lives. So red flags are going off for Shay. But Ethan recovers and tells her he was so engrossed in their conversation and in awe of her beauty that momentarily forgot where he lived. LOL Well, she's not totally buying his act. He gives her the grand tour and in the bathroom she discovers a bottle of vanilla bubble bath so she thinks he might be just getting out of a relationship although he says no. So she then questions why a man would have vanilla bubble bath in his bathroom? Maybe he just like to take a bath once in a while and he likes vanilla? DUH! He could be metro sexual! HELLO! Anyway, they go on a couple of more dates one being a picnic on the beach with 2 of their friends. So Shay's 2 friends get Ethan alone and grill him, as does Ethan''s friends to Shay. Shay's friends thinks there is something slightly off with Ethan but Ethan's friends really like Shay. So on the last date, Ethan takes Shay on the Ferris wheel on the boardwalk. He has prearranged that they Ferris wheel operator will stop it with them at the top and that is when he will confess everything to Shay. So when it stops, he looks her in the eye and tells her that he hasn't been completely honest with her about a few things. And he tells her that he is not a surfing instructor and that he doesn't live in that 1 bedroom apt and points out a house on the hill overlooking the beach and ocean and tells her that that is one of his homes. So she is totally taken aback, but not completely shocked. She knew he wasn't a surfing instructor because he sucked at it. But she is pissed now. She has been lied to b4, as a matter of fact when she was married, her husband cheated on her with a married woman whose husband called Shay one day and told her of the affair. Well, she now wants nothing to do with Ethan. But she is gracious about his lies and leaves the door open about them seeing each other again in the future. But that is a complete lie. Once filming is done she leaves and never talks to Ethan again. Ethan is a hottie, but clearly he has some self esteem issues. And I think he is an undercover homo. (Takes one to know one, right? LOL Except I am not undercover. hahahaha) Anyway, Ethan is genuinely hurt that Shay wants nothing to do with him after the filming and says so in his follow up interview. Shay says that she just doesn't want to deal liars in any shape or form at all. She has a point, but in this case, she should make an exception. Ethan is a really nice guy, he is not arrogant nor stuck up at all. He's kind of a lonely guy just looking for love and companionship. Actress Who Portayed Housekeeper on 70s Sitcom The Brady Bunch...Dead at 88yrs

Awww, this is so sad,  actress Ann B Davis who portrayed the live in housekeeper on the 70s sitcom The Brady Bunch, fell in her San Antonio bathroom and never regained consciousness; she was 88 yrs old. The Brady Bunch was quirky and funny sitcom about a single dad with 3 boys who meets and marries a single mom with 3 daughters  forming a nice blended family and Ann was the lively hippie-ish housekeeper. I was a big fan of this show and even though it only ran for 5 seasons, it lives on in syndication; even to this day. It was good old wholesome fun. No cursing, no sex, just the normal growing pains of an American middle class family. Sigh. Rest in peace Ann.

Catfish TV Show: Lucille and Kidd Cole Episode

This story is so unbelievable that when you hear it, you will say No Way! This cannot be real!!! No one could be this stupid!!! Okay so here we go, some random chick named Lucille, contacts this guy named Kidd Cole who claims to be working with Kanye West for Kanye's label Good Music on like just looking to make a friend. So, Lucille and Kidd Cole correspond for like over 1year on line, tweeting back and forth and emailing, etc. Then she gives him her phone number. So a little time goes by and some random guy with a British Accent calls Lucille and tells her that he is Kidd Cole's manager and Kidd Cole wants to invite her to his birthday party to be his special guest. Also, Miguel tells Lucille that he needs her help setting up some personal appearances at local schools there in Philly, where she is. So being the wannabe dumb ass that she was, she agrees.
 Lucille, calls a limo company and sets up the rides, Lucille also calls a Security Company and sets up personal Security guards as well. So Lucille was promised $1,000.00 and a job at the Good Music Label making about $70,000.00 a year , for setting up all of these personal appearances. When all is said and done the limo company is owed like $8,000.00 + and the Security company is owed almost $14,000.00 and Lucille is on the hook for all of these monies because she is the one who set all of this up evemthough Kidd Cole actually took the rides.
Well, the hosts of Catfish, look into who Kidd Cole, and they find a new facebook page that purports Kidd Cole to be a fraud and a scammer. Kidd Cole has once again defrauded another Limo driver, named Loretta, this time in Wash DC and she is the author of the facebook page. Loretta was dumb enough to rent a Mercedes Benz to drive Kidd Cole around because he didn't want to be driven around in the suburban that Loretta already had. She was paying $85.00/hr for the Benz. Gurl, why would you contract out for another car without getting a valid credit card from the customer? That is just BAD business. I've rented a lot of limos and yes they will accept cash but you have to pay them at the end of the night, once the service has been rendered. Loretta drove him on multiple days and never once got paid at the end of the ride. Anyway, Nev and Max (the hosts of Catfish), use the Internet to trace the phone number that Miguel gave Lucille ; turns out it really belongs to Kidd Cole. So now Nev and Max think that Kidd Cole just pretended to be
"Miguel" to trick Lucille into hiring the limo and security for him. Nev and Max also go to Kidd Cole's music cloud page to listen to the tracks that he claims he has produced or written. Well Max uses this" music find app" on his phone and discovers that all of the songs that Kidd Cole attributes to himself actually belong to other artists. So to make a long story short. Nev calls Kidd Cole and asks to meet him in person and he tells him that he's gonna bring Lucille too. So stupid ass Kidd Cole agrees.
So they meet near some river in Wash DC and Nev, Max and Lucille are all walking on egg shells and don't just confront Kidd Cole with his lies and shortcomings. So, at one point Kidd Cole pulls out his phone and starts scrolling through it. So Nev says, Oh wow that's a really cool case, I've never seen one like that. I like it. And he reaches over and grabs the phone out of Kidd Cole's hands and tosses it into the water. LOL That was so cool. But the producers quickly intervene and tell Kidd Cole that they will get him another phone. Then they pull Nev aside and have a talk with him out of earshot. Max and Lucille keep talking to Kidd Cole. So Nev comes back and apologizes to him for tossing his phone, and reiterates that the show will buy him a new phone. Nev said he just overreacted because he got mad that KC would just ignore them like that. So, then KC tells them that he is gonna be back in the studio tomorrow and that if they wanna come watch him do what he does they are welcomed to, just "shut you up".  Talking directly to Nev. Nev was finally getting a little heated just after he tossed KC's phone into the river. Anyway, so they go to the address where the "studio" is the next day. Turns out it is in a very nice and large house. When they arrive there is a sign on the door, telling them to just come in and to go down stairs that's where the studio is. So they go in, and its a REALLY nice house, decorated well and filled with lots of lovely items. So they get downstairs and they meet KC and some new guy named Bandi. So these 2 bozos are fronting and talking all of this smack about how KC is producing this track and Bandi is the engineer. And on the wall are about 30 cds of various well known artists and that Bandi claims to have worked as the engineer for them and they all haver recorded music at this studio. Bandi looks like he is maybe 18 yrs old. So Bandi plays the track that KC claims to be producing and unbeknownst to Bandi and KC, Max uses his music find app again and this track pops up belonging to some other artist; not KC. And there is someone else listed as the producer. So once again, KC is busted for lying. So Bandi offers for Nev to record a track, so Nev goes into the recording booth, and these 2 idiots cant even get the music to play into the headphones so that Nev can do his rap. Bandi gets a little frustrated and then excuses himself and goes upstairs and out onto the front porch. Max follows him and pins him down and asks what is really going on here, how long have you known KC, is KC legit or not, etc etc. And Bandi folds like a cheap suit. He tells Max that he has only known KC for like maybe a month, and as far as he knows KC is not who or what he says he is. OH! And when Nev , Max and Lucille were on their way to this recording studio, Nev got a call from one of their producers at MTV who contacted Good Music Label and Good Music told her that they never even heard of Kidd Cole b4. And he has NOTHING to do with their Label. Wow! Really? I saw that one coming! hahahaaha So, Max goes back downstairs and tells Nev and Lucille everything Bandi just told him about KC. So now Nev, Max, Lucille and Kid Cole go upstairs to the living room to talk.
After some proding, Kidd Cole sort of comes up with an excuse as to why he has been scamming people. He used to be in foster care and when he was 16, he told one of the social workers that he wanted to be a music producer and recording artist and she told him that he couldn't. So he got mad and this is how he is showing her that he is talented and can produce music. WTF! This Kidd Cole needs some serious professional help and he needs to do time for all of the crimes he has committed. He has defrauded Lucille and Loretta out of limo rides and security services. Loretta claims that he has another fraud case pending against him and she is gonna show up and have him arrested for the fraud charges she has pending against him. You can't book a limo take the ride and then not pay the limo company. That is theft of services and depending on the amount they can charge you with Grand Larceny if it is over $250.00. So I just checked the Kidd Cole/King Cole Fraud facebook page. And so far, Loretta and her followers are all still just talking shit about this guy. And making idle threats, like "the payback part 2 is coming":. But I don't understand why she didn't follow through and have him arrested when he went to court on the other fraud case? Loretta just talked about how Kidd Cole or King Cole, he has since changed him name like several times because of the bad press he was getting after Catfish. Anyway, KC's attorney requested a Psych evaluation for his client Kidd Cole because he thinks KC might be insane. Of course Kidd Cole is crazy/insane and delusional, but that doesn't give him the right to defraud all of these people!!! He is a nobody trying to be a somebody and lying and scamming people all over the eastern seaboard. The other fraud case that Loretta keeps talking about is where Kidd Cole contacted a Virginia University and made arrangements for Big Sean to perform there. On the day of the performance, Kidd Cole showed up alone in a limo and told everyone that Big Sean couldn't make it and then he left. He was arrested and charged with identity theft and fraud. Kidd Cole never paid that limo driver either. (Shakes head. Wow!) So far, Kidd Cole or whatever name he is going by nowadays is still free and walking around scamming people. According to Catfish he is headed to Los Angeles this summer, so every one in La La Land better watch out! This nut job is heading their way probably on someone else's dime too. LOL

Update: On Fresno Man Who Picked up Dropped Bag Containing $125,000.00 From Brinks's Vehicle

Okay I saw this story on my local news, CBS13 here in Sacramento tonite. Remember the Fresno man, Joe Cornell who picked up the orange bag that a Brinks's truck dropped while he was watering the plants outside of the Salvation Army Rehab Center and then turned it in? Well, Brinks finally stepped up and gave Joe a reward. They gave him a $5,000,00 gift card. Which is something, but I think they owe him at least another $7,500.00; that would be 10% of the cash that he found. Also, people have been sending Joe money as well. No word on how much so far, but I'm sure ti's going to be a nice tidy sum as well. turns out also, that Joe is homeless and a meth addict. I sure hope he doesn't waste that money on meth. He needs to rent himself an apt for him and his wife and maybe buy a nice hoopty. And maybe someone will give him a job. Also, I sure hope some dentist fixes his messed up grill. Joe is missing a lot of teeth on his lower jaw but he has a few more teeth in his upper jaw. Poor guy, clearly Joe has lived a rough life. Well, good luck Joe. Hawaii Father Gets 1yr Probation and $200 Fine for Making Son Walk One Mile Home From School

Ok this dad had the right idea but his execution was severely flawed! An unnamed Hawaii dad was given 1 yr's probation and fined $200.00 for making his son walk 1 mile home from school. When the dad, let's call him "Jimmy", picked up his son, let's call him "Jr", from school "Jimmy" was told his son had been acting out and breaking school rules. So "Jimmy" and "Jr" get into the car and as they are driving home, "Jimmy" talks to "Jr" about his misbehavior at school. Well, "Jr" refuses to elaborate or apologize for acting up, so "Jimmy" pulls the car over and tells "Jr" to walk the rest of the way and to think about what he did at school. What "Jimmy" didn't do was follow behind him and make sure he got home okay. So Judge Watanabe said that "Jimmy's" punishment was "old fashioned" and endangered "Jr's" welfare as he could have been hit by a car or picked up by some pedophile. Thank You Judge Watanabe!!! This is not the 1800's it is not safe to leave doors and windows unlocked or for women or children to walk roads and highways. There are just too may predators out there just looking for a prime opportunity that would be.
