Gov. Brown Signs Law that Outlaws Plastic Bags! WTF!!! This is TOTALLY CRAY CRAY!!!!

Okay this really pisses me off. Today Gov. Jerry Brown signed into law a law that bans one time use plastic bags in ALL stores in California. And now customers must either bring a reusable bag or pay 10 cents each for paper bags. Those reusable bags are not good because they can harbor harmful bacteria like when the blood leaks out of meat packages, so you must launder them after each use. And who has the time and water to do that? So , I guess we no longer care about the forests and the trees? Just fuck'em, right? There are too many forest fires every year for there to be an overload of trees that need to be cut down to make paper bags. Hey here's an idea why doesn't someone come up with an idea of a way to recycle the plastic bags? I thought the plastic bags were being made from the plastic water bottles? There is now a surge of people with brains to put a referendum on the ballot to repeal this retarded plastic bag ban law. This plastic bag banning law goes into effect in June 2015.

America's Next Top Model Cycle 21, Contestant Kicked Off Show for Head Butting Fellow Contestant!

Okay this was a first for America's Next Top Model (ANTM) competition. Romeo Tostado, age 24 a self professed Witch/Wiccan got drunk on his birthday and got into a heated altercation with fellow contestant Adam Smith, 26 yrs old. Romero kept telling Adam that he wasn't a model and that he wasn't high fashion, but that he was a physical trainer; also that he was gonna be next to get kicked off the show. Blah Blah blah. And Adam tells Romeo that he is not gonna hit him even though he is right > < this close to his face. So then Romeo head butts him twice but not like really hard. And Adam throws up his hands and steps away from Romeo and then looks directly into the camera as if to say, wow, look what he just did. Legendary Singer Patti Labelle Appeared in a Houston Court Yesterday for Lawsuit Involving West Point Cadet

Legendary singer Patti Labelle appeared in a Houston court yesterday for the lawsuit stemming from a March 2011 incident in Houston where her bodyguard, manager and hairdresser fought with a West Point Cadet. The West Point Cadet, Richard King was on spring break and waiting at the airport for his family to come and pick him up. However, King had a blood alcohol level of 0.28 more than 3 times the legal driving limit. When he got into an altercation with Patti Labelle's bodyguard, manager who is also her son and her hair dresser. King tried to open a passenger door on her vehicle and was stopped by the bodyguard then a fight ensues and King alleges that he receives a traumatic brain injury from striking his head on a concrete pillar, which subsequently causes him to withdraw from West Point. Labelle's lawyer claims that King was forced to withdraw from West Point due to his failing grades and not because of any injuries he sustained during the melee. Charges, stemming from the fight against the hairdresser were later dropped and the bodyguard was found not guilty after a trial in November 2013. The trial is expected to continue tomorrow. And at some point Patti Labelle will be testifying. I just want to wish Patti GOOD LUCK gurl! I sure hope you counter sued this moron. He was drunk and whatever happened to him was of his own making, so fuck him and the horse he rode in on. hahahahaha I am praying for you Patti.

"Blade Runner" Not Guilty of Murder But Still Facing Prison!!!

I think this judge is whack!  Judge Thokozile Masipa found South African Blade Runner, real name Oscar Pistorious not guilty of the 2013 murder of his girlfriend Model Reeva Steenkamp. Oscar could still be facing a prison sentence though. He could be found guilty of "culpable homicide" which carries a 15yr prison sentence. And he definitely is facing gun charges which definitely carry prison sentences. So not guilty of the murder doesn't mean not guilty of all charges. We have to wait until Friday for the final results by the Judge.In her summation, Masipa said the prosecution "failed to show requisite intention to kill the deceased, let alone premeditation." She also ruled out dolus eventualis – the grey area between premeditated murder and culpable homicide.I disagree completely. I believe the neighbors when they say the couple was arguing earlier that evening. And I think that Reeva ran into the bath room to get away from Oscar. I think he is a woman beater, he just looks like one to me. And he got mad and got his gun and said, I'm gonna show you who's boss and then he killed her. His story about waking up and hearing noises in the bathroom and he thought it was a burglar just don't make sense to me. Wouldn't you normally think it was your girlfriend in the bathroom if you woke up and didn't find her in the bed next to you??? Why would you think burglar and not gf if you know she is in the house with you??? huh huh...see where I am going with this? Oh well I hope he does get the culpable homicide. If not then I am going to think this case was fixed or the Judge was in aww of his celebrity or something. He better get some serious prison time. RHONJ Couple Both Heading to Prison! Yeah!!!!!!

Sorry, I couldn't help myself. I should just report it and not give my opinion, but what the hell, rules are made to be broken. hahahaha RHONJ Joe and Theresa Guidice are both heading to prison soon. Theresa is looking at a max of 27 months, damnit! And Juicey Joe, who is built like a fire hydrant, short and stocky is looking at a max of 46 months in federal prison. Unfortunately for Joe, he is not an American citizen so he will be facting deportation upon his release. I wonder why he doesn't have a green card, he and Theresa have been married for a very long time.Sigh, Oh well, anyway, these two sentences are from a plea deal the couple made with the feds. No word on if they will both go to prison at the same time or if Theresa will do her stint first??? The couple has 4 daughters together all under the age of 14 I believe. The couple will face sentencing on October 2. Too bad they are headed to one of those country club type prisons. I wish they would go to a maximum security federal prison. Actor Jackie Chan's son, Jaycee, was caught smoking a joint with Taiwanese actor Ko Cheng-tung at a foot mass in Beijing. They weer both arrested but Ko Cheng-tung was released after just 2 weeks. Jaycee remains locked up to this day, Maybe because he was holding 3.5 ounces of weed and he has also been charged with harboring drug users and accommodating drug users, and these are the charges that could keep him in prison for years to come or cost him his life. In China, they equate drug offences the same as killing a person. So if you are convicted of trafficing in drugs, you could die for it. Dayum, I think that is a bit much. Because what if you are convicted of selling dime bags of weed? Should you really die for that? I dont think so. Comedian and Host of E's Fashion Police, Joan Rivers Dead at 81yrs

Awww, this is just terrible. It is with a heavy heart that I inform you that Comedian and trail blazing comic and Fashion Icon Joan Rivers has passed away at 1:17pm ET time today. Joan was just 81 yrs old.  Joan died of complications due to the minor throat surgery she had last week. Joan stopped breathing and went into cariac arrest during the procedure. I have had that procedure done 2 times b4 and it is not serious. The hardest part is the foul taste of the numbing solution they spray down your throat. It tastes like frog shit. Not that I have ever tasted frog shit, but if you did, that is what this stuff would taste like. LOL. Joan lived a very long time and she had an amazing career. Thanks for all of the laughs Joan. Rest in Peace.

Largest Desalination Plant Set to Go On Line by End of 2014 In San Diego!!!

Finally! Someone has gotten smart and built a desalination plant in San Diego for the low cost of $1 Billion dollars. hahahaha DAYUM!!! That's a lot of cheddar just for a water plant! Once the plant goes on line, it is scheduled to suck in 100 million gallons of salt water a day, strip out the salt using an elaborate filtration system and end up with only 50 million gallons of water. This will be enough water for 300,000 San Diego homes. The cost of this water is going to add about $5 to $7 dollars to the monthly water bills. Is that all? Dayum! They need to build a couple of hundred of these plants and then California would no longer be in a drought nor would it be dependant upon nature to provide water this dry ass state!!! There are 2 more desalination plants being built in California. No word on their completion dates, but I hope it is soon!!!

Really? Who cares if FLoyd can read, he must be able to read well enought to sign his pay checks from the boxing matches and he must be able to read well enough to sign the contracts for those matches, so who cares if he cant read a book. LOL Hey Fifty, why dont you hire a plastic surgeon with that 3/4 of a million dollars and get your ugly ass face fixed. Or hire a life coach to help you stop starting shit with other celebrities!!! Albino Cobra on the Loose in 1000 Oaks California

This is a terrible story. A deadly Albino Cobra is on the loose in 1000 Oaks California and no one knows where the snake came from or how it got loose. The police were given the name of an individual who residents thought be the owner but this guy denies it. It is illegal to own a Cobra in California unless you have a special permit. The snake was seen crossing a road and then it attacked a Greyhound dog in the dog's back yard. Luckily for the dog, the owner just so happened to see the attack and rushed the dog to vet where it was given antivenom and is doing just fine. The police and Wild life Rangers have notificed the public not to try to capture the snake on their own and that if they see it, to call police right away. Normally, the snake is not aggressive but if you corner it, it will attack. Hey, I've never seen a friendly cobra on any of the wildlife shows that I watch. The cobras alway seem to have bad attitudes!!! At least this snake is white so it's going to be easy to recognize. I sure hope they find it soon and no human or other animals get bitten. Cobra venom is deadly to humans, so if you get bitten make sure you call 911 immediately.

Okay this has me pissed off to no end man! Recently, there haver been 17 fake cell towers discovered across the United States; from Florida to Las Vegas, according to an article printed in Popular Science. According to the article Les Goldsmith, the CEO of ESD America, used ESD's CryptoPhone 500 to detect 17 bogus cellphone towers. ESD is a leading American defense and law enforcement technology provider based in Las Vegas. No cell phone is safe including the very popular IPhone. The towers are so sophisticated that no encryption is strong enough to wart them off. The towers cut through the encryptions like a hot knife through room temperature butter. LOL 
The way these towers work is once they have gained access to your phone it forces your phone to drop down from 3G or 4G network to the old insecure 2 G network. So if you are using your phone near a military base and you notice that it has dropped down to 2g then you are being monitored and should probably make your call somewhere else.So far no one is claiming responsibility for the fake towers. But Les and the article's author doesn't think it is NSA. I bet it is. It sounds like something NSA or Homeland Security would be doing. Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton and Many Other Female Star's Have Been Hacked!

Ok this is really disgusting. Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton, Lea Michele, Ariana Grande, Victoria Justice, Brie Larson, Kirsten Dunst, Becca Tobin, Jessica Brown Findlay, Teresa Palmer, Krysten Ritter, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Yvonne Strahovski, and Olympic gymnast McKayla Maroney were all hacked this weekend. The hacker posted some of the pics on Twitter. Twitter immediately deleted them and disabled the accounts. Jennifer's people released a statement that anyone caught posting pics of her will be prosecuted for this invasion of privacy. The FBI is involved and looking into the matter. Some of the pics that were posted of Jennifer Lawrence were of her wearing a bathing suit but there are also pics of her fully nude that were taken. Apple is looking into their Icloud accounts to see if they were compromised. The Icloud is a storage server where clients can keep picture files and music files. So it looks like the could is not safe either. I just want to know why these stars are taking nudie pics and at all. Didn't they learn from the debacles with Vanessa Hudgens and Scarlet Johansson a few years ago? Do not save nude pics to the cloud or your phone because if you do, they are vulnerable to being stolen!!!! Oh well, looks like no one is smart enough to not be foolish. LOL Or maybe the starlets want their nude pics released and that is why they take the pics in the first place? Hmmmm. Why hasn't anyone hacked Liam Hemsworth's phone and gotten nude pics of him? This always happens to the fish. I don't care about them. I want to see some of the HOT guys naked!!! Hello!!! Hackers!!! Are you reading this? hahahahaha

Joan Rivers Being Taken Out of Coma!

Joan is still hanging in there and the doctors have started the process of taking her out of the medically induced coma. This procedure takes several days and was started on Sunday and is expected to be completed on Tuesday. Now the doctors are worried that the part of the brain which which controls motor skills was compromised; which means Joan may be confined to a wheel chair or left without the ability to speak. Oh NO!!! Not her voice!!! That is how she makes her living!!! Joan's daughter Melissa released a new statement, "we are keeping our fingers crossed" and she also wanted to thank everyone again for their prayers and the tributes to her mom. She also said that her mom would really be so grateful for all of the well wishes and tributes. That's because we love you Joan! We want you to get better!!! I can't believe Joan is 81 yrs old, she doesn't look a day over 70! Thank God for good plastic surgeons! Eh Joan! hahahaha I know I have all of my fingers and toes crossed for Joan too. And I am still praying for you Joan. Thank you so much for all of the great laughs!!!

Congratulations to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie on their Marriage!

Well it finally happened after all of these years together, but one week ago today, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were married at a Chateau in France. The bride wore a hideous gown by Atelier Versace. The gown had a simple fitted bodice with a ball gown skirt and appeared to be very simple from the front, but the Versace tailor embellished the back and veil of the dress with pictures drawn by the couples' six kids. So it had air planes, people,animals, plants, etc all over the back of the gown so it looked cluttered and childlike. WTF! In my opinion it ruined a perfectly good dress, of course, I don't think Angelina should have been in an ivory colored gown anyway. This is her 3rd marriage so she is far from virginal. LOL (ooooh snap, that was a read! hahahaha) Anyway, I guess I wish them good luck. I kind of dont really care. They are both good actors, but I am not a true fan of theirs. Like I don't rush out to see their movies when they come out and I don't read every single detail about them in the news. hahahaha Yawn. hahahaha
