Awww this is some  happy news. Former Miss America and actress Vanessa L. Williams is engaged to be married for the 3rd time. Her fiance is former real estate agent and accountant Jim Skirp. Wow, now there's a name you don't see often, Skirp! So once she is married, she will be Vanessa Skirp.  Yuck, hey gurl, I think you should keep Williams as your last name. hahahaha This will be the 3rd marriage for Vanessa, she was previously married to Ramon Hervey II and former professional Basketball player Rick Fox.
