But according to an article on Yahoo News, Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch which is located in Los Olivos, California and contains 2,700 acres is going to market very soon. And Forbes is thinking of listing it for a whopping $50,000,000.00 USD. Now only a Russian Billionaire can afford that price tag! LOL They seem to be buying a lot of property here in the USA. It was the daughter of a Russian Billionaire who spent $85,000,000.00 USD on the Spelling Mansion in the Los Angeles Area. That asking price was $150,000,000.00 USD. Nice bargin, eh?
