Dayum, I think this guy is an alcoholic and he needs to go to rehab! Actor Shia Lebeouf was arrested again this time in Austin TX. Dumbass was intoxicated and jaywalked right in front of the police. So the police call him over and after some words are exchanged, Shia is placed in handcuffs and taken off to jail. So now he has another mug shot! hahaha And he had been doing so well since that last run in with NYC PD because of his outburst at that play. Shia was in Austin for some music festival, guess he's just gonna have to listen to the radio, eh? LOL
