TMZ has released elements of the failed prenup between singer Mariah Carey and billionaire James Packer. Mariah was supposed to be paid $6 million for every full year of marriage with a $30 million dollar cap, Mariah was supposed to receive a credit card with a monthly allowance on it, Mariah was to receive designer clothes that she could not wear on stage, and finally there was a clause that constituted what was a gift. Mariah was to keep all jewelry valued at less than $250,000.00 if the item was worth more than $250K she needed a note from James stating "this is a gift from me". Mariah's camp claims that the maximum payout was not $30 million but $50 million. I guess that's why she is demanding the $50 million now as a settlement. Gurl you got a $10 million dollar ring, I say take the ring and cut your losses. LOL Thanks TMZ for the info. It was very enlightening. LOL
