OMG! The perfect couple is not so perfect after all. HGTV's host of Flip or Flop Tarek and Christina Al Moussa have separated after a huge fight which involved 11 deputies, 1 helicopter and a possible suicide threat by Tarek. This incident occurred back in May 2016, when someone placed a 911 call to Orange County Police from the couple's home. The Police were notified that Tarek had taken a gun from his safe and had fled down a hiking trail behind their home and Christina was afraid he might kill himself. So 11 deputies showed up along with one police helicopter. The helicopter located Tarek down the trail and sent the deputies on the ground. Who ordered Tarek to put down his weapon and get on the ground. Tarek complied and he was briefly detained while the officers assessed the situation. No charges were filed against either party. Christina ran out of the house crying when the deputies first arrived. Wow, that sounds like such a big ass drama episode. You poor straight people, why do you put up with such nonsense? LOL The couple separated after this incident.They were married for 7 yrs and have 2 children(a girl and a boy).
On their show, Flip or Flop the couple seems so happy and well adjusted. So this is a major shock to me. I love that show. HGTV has announced that they will abide by what ever decision the couple makes, and the current filming schedule will continue as planned.
