Actor Johnny Depp Sues British Paper, The Sun For Defamation!

Actor Johnny Depp is suing British paper the Sun for defamation after they published an article calling him a wife beater. So in the UK the roles are reversed. The defendant must prove the truthfulness of the defamatory statements. Here in the USA, the plaintiff is responsible.

So, there were depositions taken during the 2016 divorce between Amder Heard and Johnny Depp where she claims Johnny used to beat her during their marriage and that he beat her so often that they named the personality "the monster". Wow, you white people are crazy! If I were married and had an abusive spouse, I would not be taking the time to name it. But my spouse definitely would get a name, he would be referred to as the decedant, 'cause I would kill him! I am just saying, once and we're done!!!

Anyway, back to the depositions, Amber claimed that during the last night she and Johnny were in the LA condo, he threw her cell phone as hard as he could at her head. He broke a lot of glass and he struck her more than once. However the two cops that showed up both said Amber didnt have a mark on her. Hmmm. Sounds to me like Amber knows the system and she tried to have Johnny arrested so that she could get the upper hand by labeling him as an abuser. You women know just how to push a guys buttons to make him explode just so you can get a n order of protection and make him move out so that you can get the house or apt. I have seen it done on Judge Judy. She hates women like that.

So both Johnny and Amber signed non disclosure agreements (NDA), but neither one is holding up to the agreements. Both have been talking about the other one in the press. So much for the NDAs!!!! They are clearly useless.

I wonder what Amber will say if she is called to testify in the defamation case?? Will she recant her statements in the deposition and if she does will that piss the divorce judge off? Could Amber be facing jail time for lying in that deposition? That's 5years for perjury!! Wow, this defamation case could have major repercussions for Amber!!!!
