Arrest Warrant Issued For Homeless Man in Gofundme scam!

An arrest warrant has been issued for the homeless man involved in the Gofundme scam involving 3 people in New Jersey. The warrant was issued for Johnny Bobbit when he failed to appear in court for a hearing. Johnny also failed to notify the court where he was living and if he had been looking for work.

This whole scam started back in 2018, when a story went viral, how this homeless vet had given his last $20 to this woman who ran out of gas on the highway near the overpass he was living under. Not only did he use his last $20 to buy her some gas but he went and bought the gas too. Now when I first heard about the story, the couple (Mark D'Amico and Kate McClure) was accused of stealing at least half of the $402,000.00+ dollars raised on the gofundme page for Johnny. The couple had went on multiple trips to Las Vegas and other parts of the world too. they also went on multiple shopping sprees too. The couple also bought themselves a brand new BMW. And they had only given Johnny about $25,000.00 and they had bought him a used truck and a little camper which they had parked on some land owned by the bf of the couple.

The couple had refused to give Johnny any more money until he got off of the crack he was using and stopped drinking. When I first read that I was outraged , here this man had helped them no conditions attached and now they were dictating to him how he should live. Now, I dont condone his drinking and drugging but thats not my business, Johnny is grown and he can do what he want to, even if it is bad for him.  However, the couple were spending the money like 2 drunken sailors.

 So some time goes by and then we learn that the entire scenario was a scam! There was never any meeting on the highway and $20 for gas. The 3 of them had come up this scam together. So law enforcement did their duty and arrested all three, yeah!!!! The police even confiscated the new BMW. Hah!!!! That's what you get, you dirty asswipes!!! Now all three are charged with theft by deception and grand larceny, and other charges. Hah, that's what you get for lying!!! Johnny is on the lamb but he will get picked up again.
