San Fracisco: Landlords From Hell Charged With Multiple Felonies!

Ok this is just really disgusting! And I hope the judge throws the book at this despicable couple. Nicole and Kip Macy own an apartment building in SF, but you don't want to rent from them. This particular building is located in the pricey South of Market district in SF. So the Macys went on a tizzy trying to get low paying tenants to move out of their building so that new higher paying tenants could move in. SF has a type of rent control based on how long a tenant resides in the same apt. It prevents landlords from raising rents significantly on current tenants. Landlords are only allowed to raise the rent on an existing apt when they get a new tenant to move into it. So the Macys, called the Police and lied to them telling them certain tenants were not tenants and were trespassing, they cut giant holes in the floors while the tenants were home, and in some instances, when the tenants were out, the Macys' would enter into the apts and remove the tenant's belongings. WOW! This is 2013, not 1813. I cannot believe this horrible shit is going on today! But it was. The Judge dubbed the Macys "the Landlords from Hell!" On Tues of this week the Macys plead guilty to the following felonies, 2 counts of  felony  of residential burglary, one felony count of stalking and one felony count of attempted grand theft. And I hope the Judge throws the book and them and gives them consecutive NOT concurrent sentences! No one should be that greedy and disrupt or torment tenants! I wish the judge would tattoo DESPICABLE on their foreheads! hahahahaha Unfortunately though, this couple will only be doing 4 yr and 4 months! It's NOT enough time! They should be doing 10 times that! And I think they should be banned for life from ever owning rental property any where in the USA again!
