Wow, this is really ridiculous! But Kandi Burruss has lost her lawsuit against Kim Zolciack for Tardy For the Party song. I am just so shocked and dismayed about this. I think the Judge must have been on crack or something. Kim didn't do anything to make this song come to life. The bitch can NOT sing! Kandi wrote this song, produced it, and allowed Kim to record it in Kandi's home studio. If Kandi hadn't written the song, there would be NO song! I don't care if there wasn't a contract between the 2 spelling out the particulars. Right is right! Kandi's first mistake was not getting a contract. Kandi's second mistake was hiring Phaedra Parks as her attorney. Phaedra couldn't litigate herself out of a paper bag. #WorstLawyerEVER! hahahaha
Poor Kandi! She really got the shaft on this one!
