Well, Chris Brown and his body guard were both arrested outside of the W Hotel in Washington DC on Felony assault charges, after an altercation with an unidentified male. Tsk Tsk Tsk. Chris is still on probation from his 2009 conviction from beating his then girlfriend Rhiana. Hmm, do you see a pattern here? I do. This ghetto ass hoodrat cant keep his hands to himself.
