Utah Dcotor Convicted of Murdering Wife!

Dateline Provo Utah, where Dr Martin MacNeill was convicted of killing his beauty Queen wife, Michelle. According to prosecutors, Dr Martin, tricked his wife into getting a face lift and then drugged her and drowned her in their bathtub. Making it look like an accidental drowning from a heart attack. Here is where the doctor went wrong in his crime. 1) when you are planning on killing your wife, don't tell anyone of your plan. According to testimony during the trial, the doctor bragged to a friend that he could induce a heart attack with drugs and make it look natural. 2) when the paramedics show up to revive your wife, don't go through fake histrionics blaming your wife's plastic surgery on her death. Normal people just don't think like that. 3) and this is the most important one, do NOT move your mistress into your house claiming she is your nanny. No one is stupid enough to believe that! hahahaha 4) do not brag to your cellies that the police will not be able to prove that you killed your wife. That is just what guilty people say, "You cant prove I did it." Innocent people say, "I didn't do IT!" Innocent people NEVER say, you cant prove I did it. hahahaha 5) And this is the MOST important clue here doctor, DO NOT argue with your wife in the days leading up to the murder about your extramarital affair. That's MOTIVE FOOL! 6) This one is just minor but just as important, do not fake like you have a terminal illness when your family doctor knows that you are in good health. Dr. Martin went so far as to use a cane and walk with a limp. Also when faking a terminal illness, pick just one! Do not tell one person you have multiple sclerosis and another that you have cancer. People gossip all of the time, "hey gurl, did you hear about Dr. Martin? He has cancer. Really? Well he told me that he has multiple sclerosis. You know he's walking with a cane now, right?" DUH!

So, the doctor will be sentenced on Jan 7th, most likely 15 yrs to life for the murder. He was also convicted of Obstruction of Justice which carries a 1 to 15 sentence.
