A Federal Judge Strikes Down Texas Ban on Gay Marriage

Yeah! Things are moving along nicely in Texas with abolishing the Ban on Gay Marriage! Federal Judge Orlando Garcia has issued a preliminary injunction banning the ban, but then suspended it pending the outcome of an appeals court later on. So now we are waiting on the appeals court.Now the appeals court needs to make the right decision also. Slowly but surely we are making our way to every state. Good Job Judge Garcia.
