RHOA Reality Star Apollo Nida Pleads Guilty to Bank Fraud Today

Do not pass Go. Do not collect $200.00 and GO Right straight to Jail!!! That is what Apollo Nida will be doing next month when he is sentenced for the crimes he just plead guilty to today. That's right folks, Apollo has plead guilty, mmmm, I think that was smart but it didn't matter because, the feds had tapes from the wires that one of his co-conspirators wore. So, he could have fought the charges, but that just would have been delaying the inevitable. hahahaha Apollo plead guilty to the wire, mail and bank fraud. The scheme netted him and his cohorts some $2.3 million dollars. Wow! I didn't know it was that much!!! No wonder he was able to afford to spend $8,000.00 at the strip clubs. hahahaha Apollo and his cohorts then took out fake auto loans and laundered the money by opening bank accounts in other peoples names and depositing the checks from the auto loans. Apollo and his cohorts also filed false tax returns and made claims against the US Dept of Housing and Urban Development in 11 states. Damyum these fools were operating an organized criminal enterprise, I wonder why they were not charged accordingly?? Well, Apollo has already done 6 yrs in prison, but he is now facing up to 30yrs in prison, must pay restitution and can be fined $1 million dollars. Damyum! It's a good think his wife Phaedra has so many jobs because she is going to need them to keep her family in Burberry and Prada along with a rood over their heads and food in their fridge. hahahaha Hey Apollo, don't drop the soap bitch.
