Actor and Comedian Andy Dick Arrested for Grand Theft!!!

Well it's no surprise that actor and comedian Andy Dick was arrested, he's been arrested multiple times in the past for drug possession and sexual battery. But this time has got to take the cake. Andy was riding his bike on Hollywood Blvd when he pulled over and asked this stranger if he could see the guys necklace. The guy handed it over, why I'll never know! And Andy proceeded to ride off into the sunset. The guy calls the police and Andy is arrested a short time later and booked on grand theft charges. Really? Who in this country is stupid enough to hand over a necklace or any piece of jewelry for that matter to a complete stranger on a bike? What the hell!!! Sigh!This really sounds fishy to me, what do you think?
