Ana Nicole Smith and her son were murdered for nothing!

Today a Federal Appeals Judge overruled an earlier cash award to Ana Nicole Smith's estate by reducing it to nothing. He states that the first verdict given by the jury who sat through the first trial had heard from all parties and had given their verdict. And he felt that since they had heard all of the evidence first hand, he concluded that theirs was the correct verdict. Therefore, Ana Nicole Smith's Estate gets nothing. Her HUGE $487 Million Dollar Award had been reduced by a previous Judge to just $89 Million anyway. Well now and this is the final appeal, it's reduced to Zippo! So, Howard her attorney murdered her son Danny and poor Ana for nothing. I bet he wont even get his attorney's fees either. hahahahaha I hope he goes to jail for her overdose too! I believe he should have been charged with murder!
