Singer and Actress Katherine McPhee Finally Finalizes Divorce and It's Not Good For Her!!!!

Oh wow, this is some bull shit. But I've said it b4 and I'll say it again. Never be so in love with someone that you forgo protecting your assets. And this is another prime example of it. Actress and singer Katherine McPhee did NOT have a prenump when she up and married her much older husband. Katherine is ONLY 31 yrs old and her husband, Nicolas Cokas is 50 yrs old. (That's 19 yrs for those slow with math. LOL oooohhh snap! That was kind of a read. hahahaha) So, here is the breakdown for the divorce, Katherine must pay her ex-hubby up to $400,000.00 per year in spousal support (aka alimony), she must pay him in the next few days $102, 616.00 USD. She must pay him 50/50 split of her Smash income and 50% of any songs that were created during the  6 yrs of marriage. She gets to keep her Mercedes SUV and he gets to keep his 2013 Jeep Wrangler.

As you may or may not recall, Katherine was photographed kissing her Smash Director, Michael Morris, in a parking lot,( who was estranged from his wife at the time). Katherine was cold busted but then her reps put out that she and Nick, the hubby, were separated and had been for months. Well, that's another lesson to be learned. When you are taking a break from a spouse, don't get caught kissing someone else. hahahaha
