Aww, this is really sad. The eldest son of Vice President Joe Biden passed away today from Brain Cancer, Beau Biden was just 46 yrs old. He leaves behind his wife and 2 children. Such a shame, he was hell of fine!!! Rest in peace Beau.

The Bachelor's Chris Soules and Whitney Bischoff End Engagement!!!

Now, I really don't care about this couple but it's my job to report it. hahahaha The Bachelor's Chris Soules has ended his engagement to Fertility nurse Whitney Bischoff after just 6 months. Chris is a farmer and this was really a match that had no hopes of lasting from jump street. Whitney comes from Chicago Illinois and Chris's farm is in Indiana, so they were neighbors, but Chris's farm is in a rural part of a small town. I wonder if they have a Walmart there? If they don't have a Walmart then they are really in the sticks!!! But just looking at Whitney, I could tell she was a high maintenance chick! She likes to get her hair done, getting a mani/pedi and having a day with the girls. She was not cut out to live out in the boondocks with a hot guy, just the 2 of them. She needs the big lights and hustle and bustle of city life. So just 2 weeks after moving to the farm with Chris their relationship ends. I bet she was fighting with him. Probably called him boring. hahahaha And farming is not easy work. It's back breaking labor. Chris said he was impressed when she was driving the tractor and planting. Rapper Iggy Azalea Cancels Entire Great Escapes Tour!!!

Rapper Iggy Azalea has cancelled her entire 2015 Great Escapes Tour. Back in March word went out that she needed more time to put together the "best" tour possible so many of the dates were cancelled or rescheduled, but now the entire tour has been cancelled. Iggy promises a world tour in 2016 after she releases her next album. Yeah, I bet your fans wont hold their breath on that one either. hahahaha Dang, how hard  is it to put together a good show. You need to hire a professional choreographer, a seasoned tour manager, and lots of hot dancers. Then you pick the songs you want to perform and in what order. And you hire a good stylist or fashion designer to come up with X number of costumes and backups. As long as you hire professionals and not bullshitters, you should be able to put a tour together in 3 to 6 months. I wonder if she is having money problems? Or maybe tickets for the gigs weren't selling well? That's what happened to Kandi from Real Housewives of Atlanta, her play A Mother's Love got cancelled because they weren't selling out the venues. I think she needed more press and ads for her play. I didn't even know they were planning a national tour until they started talking about it on the show. I am sure Bravo would have sent out a massive email about it. And I am signed up on Bravo for that kind of stuff. You cant sell tickets if no one knows you are having a show! Duh!!! Anyway, I think Iggy's problem is that there are too many haters out there who don't like her and they will do anything to tank her. Did you know that some people started an online petition to have her Billboard Music Award for top rap song to be rescinded? That's cold folks.

Former House Speaker Dennis Hastert Indicted on Financial Malfeasance in Blackmail Scheme!!!

Former House Speaker Dennis Hastert, was indicted on financial malfeasance in blackmail scheme. A man, known only as Individual A, was blackmailing Dennis Hastert for $3.5 million dollars in hush money to keep quiet about sexual misconduct between Dennis and Individual A had when Individual A was a high school student and Dennis was the wrestling coach and teacher at the then boy's high school. According to the indictment, Dennis broke banking laws when he withdrew large sums of money from multiple bank accounts and then lied to the FBI when they asked what he was doing with the money. Dennis then started withdrawing less than $10,000.00 per transaction to avoid questions and FBI scrutiny. Dennis didn't pay the entire $3.5 million in hush money, he only paid out $1.7 million. Dennis is lucky he got caught, blackmailers never stop. Once you start to pay them, they keep coming back for more and more. There's no telling how much money Individual A would have gotten out of Dennis eventually. It would have been cheaper for Dennis to put a hit out on the guy. LOL Maybe even as little as $50,000.00 and his problem would have been solved. Take note, next time Dennis. I bet this is only the tip of the ice berg people. Individual A is probably not the only one that Dennis molested as a young teenage boy. Mark my words, at least 2 more are going to speak up in the near future.

Former Actor Dustin Diamond Convicted on 2 Misdemeanors and Acquitted on Felony in Bar Brawl!!!

Well,  I have good news and bad news for former actor Dustin Diamond, 38 yrs old. Dustin was convicted on the 2 misdemeanors ( carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct) and acquitted on the felony (recklessly endangering public safety). The misdemeanors carry 9 months and 90 days sentence respectively. No sentencing hearing date has been set. So it basically kind of worked out for Dustin.

Dustin's girlfriend was also convicted of misdemeanor disorderly conduct and faces 90 days in jail. Her sentencing date hasn't been set yet either. Good luck to both.

Former Actor Dustin Daimond, Screech From Saved by the Bell, On Trial for Aggravated Assault, Day 2

Former actor, Dustin Diamond is on trial for the aggravated assault with a deadly weapon against a Casey Smet, who testified on Thur that he didn't even know he had been stabbed until Police stopped him to chat. Although, he does remember someone yell, "he's got a knife!!" The whole fight started after some chick bumped into Diamond's girlfriend, Amanda Schutz. Some chick named Bethany Ward testified that her cousin had bumped into Amanda. Amanda grabs her hand and refused to let go as she tried to exit the bar. And when Amanda refused to let go, Bethany punched her in her face and the fight was on from there. The article doesn't say why the 2 men started fighting after the chicks, (I cant call them ladies because ladies don't have bar fights. Ouch, that was a read! hahahaha) But after the chicks fought, then Diamond and Smet fought ending with Smet getting stabbed. Diamond is on trial for 3 charges, second-degree recklessly endangering safety, disorderly conduct and carrying a concealed weapon after he admitted he was armed with a knife during a brawl at the Grand Avenue Saloon in Port Washington, Wisconsin, on Dec. 25. As soon as there is a verdict, I'll let you know as soon as they let me know. hahahaha Diamond is stupid, he should have plead out and not gone to trial, he can get a lot more time at the end of a trial as opposed to taking a plea deal. Clearly at age 38 yrs, he is just as stupid as he was when he was on Saved by the Bell. Duh!!!

Wow, I love it when celebrities act just like regular old folks. This time it is 2 singers, Cheryl Lynn and Anita Baker. Anita started it by blocking Cheryl from her twitter account. I wonder if I am blocked? I read Anita once when she got arrested for not paying a bill. hahahaha Anyway, Cheryl was shocked to find that she was blocked and tweeted a bunch of tweets asking why? Former Neverland Ranch Back on Market for $100 Million Dollars!!!

Okay this listing is really dreaming!!! This is more infamous than famous, it is the former Neverland Ranch owned by the late Michael Jackson and the current listing price is $100 Million dollars. Which is just ridiculous because Michael only paid, $19.5 million when he purchased it back in 1988. He improved it, but many of those improvements are now gone. Michael had added am amusement park, a train with a station designed similar to one at Disneyland, and a zoo. The only thing left is the train and station. All of the rides in the amusement park are gone and all of the animals except for a single Llama are gone. Even the name Neverland Ranch is gone, it has been renamed Sycamore Valley Ranch as it was previously named when Michael Jackson bought it. The house is only 12,000 sqr feet with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and the land is only 2,700 acres. The listing agents say there will not be a lot of showings because they want to discourage the lookylous! hahahaha I bet that $100 million listing price is gonna deter a lot of people too. That's more than 5 times what Michael paid for it. It still looks pretty good although very different from when Michael owned it. Oh well, good luck, but I think it's gonna sit on the market for a VERY long time at that price! LOL

Australian Couple Spends Nerly $50,000.00 Australian Dollars ($39, 000.00 USD) on Birthday Party for 3 Yr old Daughter!

Okay this is really disgusting!!! An Australian couple, Eric Lembo and Tran Nyguen, spent $48, 195.00 Australian Dollars for their 3 yr old daughter's birthday party. That's about $39,000.00 USD. The party had a Disney theme and even had a live action Minni and Mickey Mouse guests greeting party attendees. No expense was spared for this party, there was an Oyster Bar, the girl's name was written up in lights, Disney themed birthday cake, entertainment from a former Australian Idol contestant, a balloon artist, photo booth, children's high tea, truffle arancini, tempura scallops, cognac, and pork belly. There 220 guests at this party. Wow, I guess this kid is very popular at school, eh? The father says the party wasn't just about his daughter, but it was also about the party space he owns where the party was held.  Sounds to me like he was gonna try and write some of this party if not all of it off on his taxes. He says he is looking forward to his daughter's 4th birthday too, and he is planning an even bigger party for her. This couple dressed their daughter in a very puffy dress and she had on a little Tiara. This is sending his daughter the wrong message. She's going to expect this every year and if she doesn't get it, there's going to be hell to pay. If the father loses all of his money, and its the girl's birthday and all she gets is a cake from Walmart, she's gonna hate him for the rest of her life. U2's Roah Manager Dead at 69 Yrs!

U2's road manager for like 32 yrs passed away last night of unknown causes, Dennis Sheehan was just 69 yrs old. In the wee hours of last night Dennis was found unresponsive on the floor of his West Hollywood hotel room, paramedics were called to the scene and were unable to revive him. U2 is playing the 2nd of 2 concerts tonite at the Forum in Los Angeles. Rest in peace Dennis.

Chris Brown Loses His Mind When He Sees a Picture of Ex GF With Tyson Beckford in Vegas! Goes on Twitter Rant!!!!!!

Dayum, this is so retarded I cannot believe it. Singer Chris Brown goes ape shit cray cray when he sees a twitter pic of his girlfriend Karrueche Tran all hugged up with supermodel Tyson Beckford in Las Vegas. Tyson tweeted the following with the pic, “Saturday with @Karrueche #Vegas #Palms #Blasian,” he captioned the happy moment. I don't understand why Chris got so mad, Karrueche is your EX girlfriend. Apparently he still loves her because otherwise, why would he get so mad, right? Karrueche and Chris broke up earlier this year when it was revealed that had fathered a child with another woman. Chris tweeted the following in response to seeing that pic,I’m done all this Internet talking blood. Be in Vegas soon,” Brown tweeted on Sunday, according to Baller Alert. “Keep playing ima f–k ya baby momma and then whoop yo child like he mine.” Tyson then made a video that he posted to Instagram, saying something like, "real men don't go on twitter making threats, I mean, who does that?"  Tyson also tweeted a pic of him at a gun range. Wow, really? All this drama over a simple selfie pic. Actor Tracy Morgan Settles Lawsuit Against Walmart in Fatal Car Crash!

Aww, damn I was really looking forward to this trial. However, there isn't going to be a trial in the case of Tracy Morgan vs. Walmart Stores Inc. The 2 have reached an amicable settlement, the details of which were not disclosed to the public. So Tracy got paid, we just don't know how much. Tracy's lawyer didn't respond to repeated requests for a statement from Yahoo News. So he's all tight lipped! Dayum, I bet it was hundreds of thousands of dollars maybe even a couple of million. Walmart also reached a settlement with Jimmy McNair's 2 children back in Jan 2015. Also for an undisclosed amount. Walmart gave the following statement, "We know there is nothing we can do to change what happened to Mr. McNair," company spokeswoman Brooke Buchanan said in January. "We're committed to doing what's right." I really want to know how much Walmart paid out? Don't you? hahahaha

Review: Heat Stroke and Complete Stupidity Plague NBC's "KMART" Version of Survivor, Called the Island

Wow, Are you serious? Is what I want to ask the producers of NBC's "KMART" version of Survivor, called the Island!!! I say it's the KMART version because, the producers have provided the cast of 12 men, 3 knives, 3 machetes, and just 2 containers of potable water. The cast must forage on the Island for everything else. So no rice or beans and no "water hole" to get water. Whoever scouted this island in the pacific some where, did a really piss pour job of it. While walking from one beach to another, the men find what they think is fresh water, but because they are all too scared to taste the water and make sure it is fresh, they waste valuable time and resources trying to purify this water which later turns out to be sea water. They strain this puddle of water through a T-shirt and then boil it and then foolishly pour it into a container which has some fresh water in it. Mixing sea water with their fresh water. And while this is happening, another part of their group is just drinking the other container of water like no tomorrow almost drink the entire container. So, when the group that has the sea water finally meets up with the 2nd group and gives them the bad news about the water, there is very little water left in the 2nd container. Dayum!!! Then one of the men in group #2 wants to prove that he is a "MAN" and so he goes all day long without drinking any water and gets heatstroke and must be rescued by boat. And that was definitely a medical emergency!!! The temps on this island range from low 80s all the way up to over 102 degrees during the midmorning temps. You need to drink water or some kind of fluid when it is that hot because the human body is losing moisture through sweat and urination during those high heats. They have tons of coconuts, so they could drink the coconut water in the coconuts, but it might give them diarrhea. But it's better than nothing, so far no one has suggested that.
This group is full of guys from all walks of life, one is a trauma surgeon, another one is an engineer, 1 is the ex chief of police, another one is a bird farmer, a couple of them are ex military, and finally another one is an attorney and trust fund baby. I was really surprised that the group of guys were so inept at making fire, no one brought flint or  a lighter or matches, I don't know maybe those items are  banned? I don't see why they would be, but maybe they are. What kills me the most is how no one practices making fire b4 they get to the island? That is just so stupid!!! Don't they know, that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure?

So on episode 1, for food, they find a giant python and they hack it to death and then skin it and cook it after, the black guy makes fire using his eye glasses. And they cook it and eat it. In a future episode, they catch a pig and kill it. And there is plenty of coconuts to eat on this island, but I am not sure if there are any other fruits on this island. I didn't see any fruit trees. There should be lots of crab and of course if they can make a net or a diving spear, there is plenty of fish in the ocean. hahahaha

In my opinion, this show has the greatest potential for allowing someone to die on it. Oh, the other thing is, these guys are filming themselves. There are no other camera crews with them. That's right, that was the profession of 4 of the cast members, they are professional cameramen.

I'm gonna say it again, only white people (yeah, I said it!!!) need to challenge themselves to the point of risking their lives. This is not the correct island for this type of reality show. Water should be difficult but not impossible to find. Also, had the show been taped during the "rainy" season, then they would have ample fresh water, since this island doesn't have any. Mark my words, if these guys do not find a water source on episode 2, then they will start dropping like flies with heat stroke and they will have to radio again and again for help!!! Or someone will die. Which is a real possibility with this group, they are not organized and there are too many worker bees amongst them and so far no one has stepped up and tried to be a leader. They need to make a shelter not sleep directly on the sand. Bugs can climb in their ears when they sleep directly on the sand. They need to be wary of spiders and centipedes.

I predict one season of this show, 2 tops b4 someone dies. This show is a HOT ASS MESS!!! There is no tribal council because people are going to get kicked off the show for medical emergencies! No voting. hahahaha

Two of BB Kings' Daughters Have Accused His Closet 2 Aides of Killing BB King!!!

Okay this is some desperate bitter bitches, who just want to get as much of their father's estate as possible. Two of BB King's daughters, Karen Williams and Patty King, have accused his closest 2 aides of hastening his death. The 2 aides, his business manager of 39 yrs Laverne Toney and his personal assistant Myron Johnson. Patty King was living in her fathers house and claims that she saw Ms Toney put 2 drops of some unknown substance on her father's tongue every night. Well, gurl, if you were so concerned, why didn't you ask Ms. Toney in front of your dad what the substance was? Or why didn't you take the bottle and have it analyzed if you were so concerned.An autopsy was performed Sunday. Test results will take up to eight weeks to obtain and shouldn't be affected by the fact that King's body had been embalmed, Clark County Coroner John Fudenberg said.

Toney and Johnson each declined to comment on the accusations. So, an autopsey was performed and it's gonna take 8 weeks for the toxicology reports to come back.

"They've been making allegations all along. What's new?" said Toney, who worked for King for 39 years and had power-of-attorney over his affairs.Toney is named in King's will as executor of an estate that, according to court documents filed by lawyers for some of King's heirs, could total tens of millions of dollars.If one of the daughters replaces Toney as the executor of the estate, then she will be entitled to those fees, in addition to her share of the estate.

"I believe my father was poisoned and that he was administered foreign substances," Patty King and Williams say in identically worded sections of affidavits provided to The Associated Press by their lawyer, Larissa Drohobyczer. Sigh.

Nebraska's State Senate Votes to Abolish Death Penalty!

Okay, here we go again another stupid law. And what makes it so bad is that the march to do this is being led by Republicans, not the bleeding heart liberals. State Senator Colby Cash says Nebraska hasn't put anyone to death in more than 20yrs so a law that hasn't been used in 20 yrs is a law that needs repealing. I disagree. I think instead of not using the death penalty, they need to start enacting it again. I know they must have people on "death row" who have death dates, stop bullshitting around and put them to death already.The Governor of Nebraska, Pete Ricketts, says he will veto the law if passed by the senate. But Senator Cash says they have the votes to override a Gubernatorial veto. So I'm watching out to see who wins. I sure hope its the Governor. hahahaha And then they need to start killing those people on "death row" right away!!! I got my fingers crossed.

Review of Movie "CASH"

"CASH" is a movie that was made in 2010 and it stars Sean Bean and Chris Hemsworth. The plot of the movie is that Sean Bean's character's brother (who is his identical twin) is in jail awaiting trial for armed robbery and 1 st degree murder, because his accomplice in the armed robbery was killed at the end of the police chase after the robbery. So Sean arrives in town goes to visit his brother to get the skinny. During the car chase, the brother tosses out a suitcase filled with cash because he doesn't want to get caught by the police with the loot. He sees it hit the hood of a white station wagon with wood panels on the side and a young white guy lean out of the wagon yelling at him. So he surmises and correctly I might add, that that guy will go and buy a new car for cash. Sure enough, Chris's character goes and buys a brand new Range Rover for cash. And then he and his wife go off and buy a house full of new furniture. And Sean finds them through the paperwork that was turned over to the DMV when he purchased his car. (So stupid!!! ) So after Sean finds them he is determined to get every single penny that was stolen. (Sean moves in with them and takes their cell phones and every phone in the house and hides them. Then he forces them cook for him and do his bidding to get the money they owe him back.) All $625,741.38. Can you believe that? By the time Sean finds the couple, they have spent like $74,541.98. So he makes them go to all of the banks where they have hidden some of the cash and then he comes up with a plan to get the outstanding $74,541.98. At first he makes them go to their bank and get an equity loan on their house, but that only nets $11,328.22. So next Sean comes up with a plan that the couple will start robbing 7/11s and convience stores. Finally on the last day that he's given them to pay back all of the money they owe him, Chris decides to rob a bank. Because they are still nearly $6000.00 in arrears. So they put on stocking caps and go rob their bank, Chris gets some payback on the bank manager buy pistol smacking him and he is smart enough to steal some bullets from the bank guard. So after they leave the bank, Chris pulls his gun on Sean and Sean thinks it is empty but it is not because Chris stole bullets from the bank guard. Sean grabs at the gun and then pulls his gun out and the 3 of them now are fighting over the 2 guns and Chris shoots and kills Sean. The couple takes the rental car that Sean had and goes to a wrecking yard and has it crushed into a giant cube and Sean's dead body is inside the trunk. The couple then returns all of the money they stole from the convenience stores and the bank plus extra. The movie ends with the couple sitting at their dinning room table with what is left of the $624,741.38 after they returned the stolen money. And then Sean's twin is released from jail, but I don't think Sean ever told him where or even who the couple was. We'll never know because that was the end. hahahaha

I really liked this movie, even in spite of some of the flaws in the script. Chris was hell of stupid. If you find a bag of money the last thing you do is go buy a car for cash. Several years ago, some bags fell out of an armoured car in Oakland and people were stopping and grabbing bags of cash. Well, one guy who grabbed a bag went the very next day to a car dealer and bought his dream car for cash. the police showed up at his door that same day and arrested him. Dumbass!!! Any transactions over $10,000.00 must be reported to the IRS. And if you are broke on Tuesday and Wednesday you go buy a $50,000.00 Range Rover for Cash, the IRS and maybe even the California State Franchise Tax Board is gonna wanna know about it. What they should have done was go buy a newer used car for like $9,000.00. Then you pack up your belongings and you move to the opposite coast that you are living on or at least 1,500 miles away from your current location. Then you quietly buy a house and property. No one will know you in your new state, so you are now free to shop and buy a new car. Oh and do not forget to change your name. And do not tell anyone from your past where you are living now. If you quietly disappear and do not tell anyone where you are going, it is very possible to not ever be found. Like if you rent a Uhaul to move your furniture, Tell them you are moving to Washington DC, but move your stuff to Maine or Rhode Island and then drive the Uhaul down to Washington DC and turn it in. Never turn it in in the city that you are really living in. LOL Disappearing is very easy. The DMV is gonna have cameras and an alarm system. There is no way, some Joe Dirt is gonna be able to break in and steal paperwork. Those files would have been locked away and probably wouldn't have still been in paper form anyway. I am sure that the DMV would have scanned those in as they came into the office. Why keep a whole bunch of paper around when you can scan the document and then discard it.

Anyway, if you like good acting and a fairly good plot, you'll love this movie too. And if you like eye candy, Chris Hemsworth takes off his shirt a couple of times in the movie. Very sexy. Yum Yum!!! hahahahaha

Actress Kelly Rutherford was awarded temporary sole custody of her 2 children from her ex husband, Daniel Giersch. Kelly and Daniel divorced back in 2012 and they were granted 50/50 custody. But since Daniel lived in Monaco, he was granted physical custody. Kelly had been fighting in the courts ever since to gain custody of her children.

Actress Ann Meara of the comedy duo Meara and Stiller and mother of actor Ben Stiller has died, according to her family she passed away on Sat. No other details were released. She was 85 yrs old.  Meara had been married to fellow actor Jerry Stiller her life partner and husband and fellow jokester for 61 yrs and they had one child actor, Ben Stiller. Rest in Peace Ann.

Michigan Woman Robbed Twice...First By Insurance Scammer and 2nd by Cops!!! Yes, I Wrote Cops!!!!

Have I got a story to tell you! Are you sitting down? Well sit down and take a load off. This is going to blow your mind!! This sounds like something that could happen in a foreign country, not here in the good ole USA! A 36 yr old woman, named Tracy Martin was at a car dealership buying a used truck. She meets this insurance broker who claims he can get her a good deal on an insurance policy with Progressive Insurance. Tracy is a hardworking woman whose husband is disabled and she could use a good deal because money is tight. So she agrees to the deal. That was 2013, well now fast forward 2 yrs to present day. One night when Tracy is out with friends, she gets a frantic call from her husband telling her that her truck has been impounded from the police and they left her a notice. Tracy is shocked and scared, what kind of fresh hell is this? Her truck payments are current and so is her insurance, or so she thought. Turns out the police did indeed impound her truck because of fraudulent insurance. That good deal policy with Progressive was a fake policy. This is a new scam that scammers have come up with and it is sweeping the midwest and Florida. What the scammers do is get a real policy with say Progressive or Freeway Insurance and they only pay the initial down payment so that they can get the insurance card and a policy number. They use fake information to arrange payments with the insurance company and so when it goes to get the 2nd payment it is declined and then the policy is cancelled for nonpayment. But the damage has been done because the scammer has sold that policy to some unsuspecting hard working individual who was just looking for a deal. And by the time the victim finds out that their policy has been cancelled, it is too late and they have made several payments to the "insurance broker", and he has now absconded with those proceeds. That's exactly what happened to Tracy, her "insurance broker" Jonathan Brown never worked for the company that he told her that he worked for. And Progressive never heard of him either. By the time the police impounded her vehicle, Tracy had paid an additional $2,000.00 in premiums to Jonathan Brown.

And to add insult to injury and here is the really fucked up part. The Detroit police impounded Tracy's truck because they say she knew that the insurance was fake therefore they were doing an asset forfeiture on her truck because she broke the law. And the only way for her to get her truck back is if she buys it at auction. WTF!!! How can this happen? Well, in Michigan, the police can do an asset forfeiture without going to court if the asset is worth $50,000.00 or less. They simply need to fill out some forms to do it. And since they cannot get the scammers, they will go after the consumer instead because the police say most know it's a scam and have broken the law. Sometimes the police will let you pay a fine and get your vehicle back, one woman this happened to was lucky enough to be able to do just that. She paid the police $345 fine for them to release the vehicle, and then she paid the tow service $445 for the tow. She was lucky. Most end up like Tracy and have to try and buy their vehicles back at police auctions. Tracy says the police wont tell her when or where the auction is to be held. So she is worried they may sell her truck to someone else and then she will be out of her truck for good.

So here is something my father taught me about deals, "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". So if you meet some insurance broker who tells you he can get you a good deal on insurance, for like $100.00 a month when you know you should be paying $200.00 a month, something is wrong here folks!!! Insurance companies are out to make as much money as they can and they are not going to give you a cut rate deal just for nothing. Be for real here! And Michigan has a law where drivers need to have unlimited lifetime medical for injured parties, that's why insurance is so HIGH in Michigan.So Tracy should have known by the price that something was amiss. But some people are just naive and think that there are people out there willing to help them for nothing. ( Rolls Eyes!) I could never be that naive!!!

Florida Childrens Dentist Agress To Stop Practicing Dentistry Amid Multiple Lawsuits for Malpractice!!!

OMG! I can so relate to this story, unfortunately. Dr.Howard Schneider has agreed to stop practicing Dentistry in the state of Florida and give up his license amid multiple lawsuits for malpractice. Many of the former patients claim that Dr Schneider was running a "house of horrors", he used to dress up scary costumes, and threaten the children with statements like "your mom will die if you tell her what happened." He would perform procedures without anesthetic, one mom claims her son had fallen and cracked his 2 front teeth, but when she got him back from Dr. Schneider, the Dr had removed 4 teeth. Another mom had taken her daughter in for 1 extraction and ended up with 7 removed. Dr Schneider has billed medicaid for over $4 million dollars in reimbursements for the years 2010 to 2014. And that is excessive, even though he was the only dentist in Jacksonville who accepted medicaid.
"What appeared from the outside to be an unremarkable pediatric dentistry practice, on the inside was a house of horrors ... where the most defenseless members of our society, indigent children ... are regularly assaulted," plaintiff's attorney Sarris wrote in the complaint.

On a follow-up appointment Mason came out of the office with bruises around his neck and gauze around his lower teeth, even though he'd come in for work on his uppers. Phillips took Mason to his pediatrician, and they were startled."The pediatrician the following day discovered a scalpel slice from ear to ear on Mason's gum," Phillips said. She is among dozens of people suing Schneider in a complaint filed by attorney Gust Sarris. 

Wow, sounds like this Dentist was a menace to society!!! When I was about 16 yrs old, I went to this new dentist in Hayward and that retard was drilling in my mouth saying that the cavities didn't look that deep and he had not given me any Novocain. I started squirming and moaning in pain and then he called me a baby and gave me some Novocain. I told my mother when I got home, but we should have gotten an attorney and sued that whack job!!! Suffice it to say, I never went back to him again. hahahaha

Anyway, Dr Schenider has been sued 2 previous times, both went to mediation and 1 resulted in a settlement. I this one is gonna end in a settlement and criminal charges. Oh my Good Lord, Ireland has come into the year 2015 with a bullet!!! Ireland passes the same sex marriage referendum by a huge margin!!! There was a record turn out in voters!!! So it is now legal for same sex couples to marry anywhere they wish in Ireland. Which is a big Catholic country!!! You would have thought that because same sex marriages are legal in UK that they would be in Ireland too. But I guess that wasn't the case until now. I believe this is the first time in any European country has passed a gay rights bill by popular vote.The millennials are getting everything that we older gays used to dream about. I still cant believe that in California, if I find Mr. Right, I can marry him. Yeah! Or we could fly to Ireland and get married. hahahaha Good Job Ireland!!!

David Letterman's Set Dismantled and MOST of It Was Tossed Into Dumpsters!!! So SAD!!!!!

Wow, as you know, David Letterman, 68 yrs, called it quits this week after 33 yrs of doing late night TV. Well, the very next day, workers arrived at the Ed Sullivan Theater and just started tearing the set apart and tossing those pieces into the trash dumpsters outside. WTF! I guess no one wanted to keep the set, not even David Letterman. The only thing that didn't go into a dumpster was the replica of the Brooklyn Bridge 2 guys loaded it into a van. But everything else, including David's on set desk and the chairs that the guests sat in, went into the dumpsters. I used to love looking at his set, it was the NYC skyline. Very Iconic!!! I wonder why David didn't want to keep it? Or his desk? Maybe the following quote sums it up best, David thanked his family. His wife Regina and his son Harry, “Thank you. Just seriously, thank you for being my family,” he said. “I love you both and really nothing else matters, does it?” Apparently nothing else did matter and that's why it all went into the trash. So sad!!!

Salmonella Outbreak Linked to Raw Tuna!!! 53 Injured So Far!!!

Okay, this is another hot ass mess. 53 people have been infected with Salmonella and it has been traced back to spicy Tuna rolls that they ate.Most of the cases — 31 — are in California, officials at the California Department of Public Health said. Other affected states include Arizona, Illinois, Mississippi, New Mexico, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin. Affected patients range in age from younger than one year old to 83 years old.  Okay, what the hell was a baby doing eating raw fish? That's a bad mother. Babies should NEVER eat raw animal flesh. They lack the antibodies to deal with any diseases. And raw Tuna might have a high mercury count, so again, that's not good for a baby. 
Anyway, Ten people have been hospitalized but no deaths have been reported, according to state and federal officials. The source of the outbreak is unknown, but nearly all the sick people who were questioned by health workers reported consuming sushi with raw tuna before they became ill, and most of those specifically said they ate “spicy” tuna, according to the CDC. The tuna in “spicy” tuna is usually ground before serving. If the victims had eaten cooked tuna they probably wouldn't have gotten ill. Cooking meat to it's proper temperature would probably kill the salmonella bacteria on the outside of the Tuna. Several years ago, a friend and I had been out shopping and when we got back to his place, we raided the fridge. We nuked some chicken that we found there and unfortunately for him, it had salmonella bacteria on it. He was HIV positive at the time so he ended up getting very ill. I was HIV neg at the time and so it just passed right through me. Had we heated the chicken completely the microwaves would have killed the salmonella. I think we just nuked it for a couple minutes, when we should have heated it for at least 5 mins. My friend never recovered from that salmonella infection. 
Officials say that the strain of salmonella that’s sickened people is called paratyphi B and considered to be a rare form of the food borne illness. Sounds like if the find the right piece of Tuna, they will be able to match it to the outbreak, but it's been awhile so all of Tuna has probably been consumed or thrown out by now. Actually, the salmonella might not be in the tuna, it might be in the wasabi paste that is used to make the tuna spicy! Since spicy tuna seems to be the most prevalent common factor among the 53 infected individuals. I sure hope they find out what and where it is. Godspeed people!

Canadian Man Builds and Flies Hover Board Nearly 300 M Setting New World Record!!!

Wow, this is exciting, It's kind of like another Richie Rich kind of item. (Richie Rich is a cartoon character that has lots of gizmos and is super rich and solves crimes. hahahaha For those not familiar with him. hahahaha) Anyway, A Canadian man,Catalin Alexandru Duru , built and flew a hover board over Lake Ouareau in Quebec , he flew 275 M (905.2 feet) before splashing down. This occurred on Aug 14, 2014 and was witnessed by the Guinness Book of World Records, but they are just now releasing the video footage and world record info. The hover board looks like one of those octocopter drones that everyone flies and Catalin was only 15 feet high over the lake when he flew it. so I don't think his invention can get much height yet. It took Catalin 12 months to build his craft. Good Job dude, keep up the good work!!!!!

TLC Pulls 19 Kids and Counting After Josh Duggar Admits to Molesting 5 Girls 12 Yrs Ago!!! Including Some of His Sisters!!!!!!! EWWWW!!!!!!!!

Okay here we go again. Not everyone who attends church and or is a member in good standing with their church is holy. And Josh Duggar is a prime example. Josh Duggar just admitted to molesting 5 girls when he was 14 yrs old, including some of his sisters!!! EWWWW!!! His father never once turned him into police, but after the last incident they sent him to some church retreat for counseling for 4 months. He needs real help not some "church" help!!! I wouldn't be surprised if he has continued to do it!?! Since he did not receive proper help. Josh claims that he has prayed about it and that he accepted Christ into his heart. Look dude, it's not your heart that we are worried about it's your wandering hands. When Josh was 14 yrs old, he fondled the breasts , buttocks and vaginas of 3 his sisters and a couple of friends of the family.Some of the victims were sleeping while it happened and some were awake. Wow! That is just nasty as hell, how could you molest your sisters? That's incest!!!!! EWWWW!!!! I never liked this show. Clearly the father, James,  was large and in charge and he wanted a LOT of kids!!! There just always seemed to be something "off" about this family to me. I watched part of one episode and it gave me the creeps now I know why.

Anyway, TLC released the following statement when they pulled the show from the air today, "Effective immediately, TLC has pulled all episodes of 19 Kids and Counting currently from the air. We are deeply saddened and troubled by this heartbreaking situation, and our thoughts and prayers are with the family and victims at this difficult time." TLC fell down when it vetted this family and now look at the egg on their faces!!!! There was some records about this molestation and TMZ and Yahoo found them. In the official records about the molestations, Josh's name has been redacted but clearly these records match the year that the molestations occurred. Good Job TMZ, once again.

Wow, this is the 2nd time this week something like this has happened. A customer who went to Huck Finn's in New Orleans with 3 coworkers for lunch got a nasty surprise when she was given the receipt. Under her Catfish platter item, she found the following message typed, "Nigger, 100% dislike". Wow! Really? What is wrong with people? "Say it forget it, write it regret it!" the customer says that Huck Finn's didn't fire the server right away, but Huck Finn's denies that. They released the following statement, Huck Finn's Cafe is shocked and appalled at the actions of one of its employees, who was terminated immediately after management found out they violated company policy. Huck Finn's Cafe is committed to treating everyone, employees and customers alike, with dignity and respect. The unfortunate actions of this one employee do not mirror the mission of Huck Finn's Cafe's firm non-discrimination policy, and we are extremely apologetic for any inconvenience this may have caused. 

They better had fired dude. That is just so wrong. What the hell was he thinking? They should have named the employee and put his picture in the article so that everyone could see who that racist punk is. Former Girlfriend of NASCAR Driver Kurt Busch Embezzled Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars From Armed Services Charity!!!

This is absolutely disgusting. The former girlfriend of NASCAR Driver Kurt Busch, Patricia Driscoll embezzled hundreds of thousands of dollars from the Armed Forces Foundation (AFF) where she was the President. According to an ESPN Outside the Lines Investigation, she used a credit card from the Armed Forces Foundation to pay off a personal credit card in the amount of $130,000.00, she had used the personal credit card to pay for lavish vacations to Paris and Morocco with Kurt. She also had AFF pay for her son to fly all over the country and he was not doing AFF business.

• Federal tax filings failed to reconcile with audits, which showed numerous discrepancies exceeding hundreds of thousands of dollars. Driscoll also didn't properly disclose "substantial" bonuses she received for fundraising. A former foundation employee has provided information and documents to the FBI and is planning to file a federal whistleblower complaint with the Internal Revenue Service against Driscoll.
• ESPN said 72 cents of every dollar raised by the Armed Forces Foundation goes to supporting military members and their families instead of 95 cents, as claimed by the non-profit.
• In documents obtained by ESPN, Driscoll used a credit card from her own company, Frontline Defense Systems, to pay for herself and Busch to travel to Paris and Morocco. Driscoll later paid off the bill using an Armed Forces Foundation credit card. The Armed Forces Foundation also paid off another set of transactions totaling more than $130,000, which included expenses for massage treatments, personal medical expenses, toy store purchases and grocery bills.
• Overall, 17 times in a 19-month span the Armed Forces Foundation paid expenses Driscoll accrued through Frontline Defense System.

Driscoll and Busch ended their multi-year relationship last September, and a week later were involved in a highly publicized incident at Dover International Speedway. Driscoll alleges Busch grabbed her by the throat and slammed her head against a wall inside his motorhome. Charges were declined by the DA in that matter. 

Driscoll declined to comment through an intermediary when asked for a comment. Yeah, I bet she's not willing to talk now. Because anything she says can be used against her in court later. DUH. She is the lowest of the low, stealing from our veterans. They need all of the help they can get after serving in the military. We are all free because of their sacrifices. And trust me it is a sacrifice to serve in the military. Driscoll needs to repay every dime of that stolen money!!! And then they need to lock her thieving ass up! hahaha

South Korean Court Frees Former South Korean Airlines Executive in Nut-Gate Case!

Do you remember back in Dec 2014, a Korean Airlines executive was arrested and removed from a flight out of JFK in NYC, because had a road rage incident with a flight attendant who served her some macadamia nuts in a bag instead of in a dish? She both verbally and physically attacked the poor man and made him kneel at her feet and apologize to her? Well, her case was appealed and the higher cour has freed her, Cho Hyun-ah, the daughter of the CEO of Korean Airlines.  She was sentenced to 1 yr then it was cut to 10 months and now it has been suspended completely. I think she should have stayed in prison. What she did was absolutely horrible to that man, yes the flight attendant was a man. And she hit and kicked him. If anything, she should have been given more time for her crimes. According to this Yahoo Article, she is the mother of twin boys and apparently the court felt sorry for her. And since she comes from a very wealthy family in South Korea, I think that had something to do with her getting an early release also. I am sure the Nannys could have continued to take care of her twins or her rich father could have hired more help to take care of his grandchildren. DUH!!! Cho resigned her position, but its not like she needed the money, like I already stated, she comes from a VERY wealthy family. I got 99 problems and rich people's aint one. hahahaha

Police Have Arrested the Suspect in the DC Mansion Killings!!!

Thank God the police have arrested the suspect whose DNA was found on a pizza crust at the crime scene in the DC Mansion murders of a wealthy DC family, 46-year-old Savvas Savopoulos; his 47-year-old wife, Amy; their son, Philip; and housekeeper Veralicia Figueroa. Three of the four victims had been stabbed or bludgeoned before the fire. The suspect whose name is Daron Wint, 34 yrs old used to work for Saavas's company, the American Iron Works Company, as a welder. Police believe that Wint held the family in the house for at lease 24 hrs and forced Savvros to call his assistant and banker and have $40,000.00 in cash delivered to the house. On Friday, the second day of the ordeal, someone ordered a pizza from Dominos and had it delivered to the mansion. It was the crust from that pizza that the police found Wint's DNA on. I am surprised that they could get a DNA match so quickly, has DNA progressed to the point of like it is on the CSI TV shows, where they can get a match in like 5 mins?! Wow, that's amazing!!!

Police released some grainy video of a figure wearing a hoodie and running from the property carrying what appeared to be large white bag. If the figure running was Wint, then presumably that was the $40, 000.00 in the white bag. I can't believe that Wint could murder a 10 yr old boy for $40,000.00 that's just so messed up. I sure hope Washing DC has the death penalty! Wint has been charged with 4 counts of 1 st degree murder.

Rapper Hype Man, Flavor Flav, real name William Jonathan Drayton Jr., was arrested in Las Vegas on a slew of charges, suspicion of driving while intoxicated, speeding, possession of less than 1 oz of marijuana, open container, driving with a suspended license and false registration. His bail was set at $7,000.00. He was pulled over for doing 73 mph in a 45 mph zone. Dayum, you should see the mug shot of Flavor, he is one ugly ass troll. EWWWW Makes my eyes bleed. hahahaha

Biggest House in America For Sale Outside of Houston for Just $3.5 Million ...Abaondoned!!!

Okay, that house in Florida , the Versailles house has nothing on this one. That house is 30,000 sqr feet and this one is 60,175 sqr ft with 70 bedrooms and 26 bathrooms, a pool , 9 garages, and 15 acres. Originally, this house was being built as a surgical recovery center or an elderly inhome care facility and next door is a smaller house which is only 30,000 sqr feet. Neither house was finished and both have been abandoned for the last 6 yrs. I bet you could snap up both for song and a prayer. Or $3.5 million for the big one. I think that is way too high, yeah you get 15 acres of land, but its gonna cost you at least $1 or 2 million just to finish the house. The pictures tell a dismal story. Nothing is finished. And the spiders have taken over, with cobwebs and dirt everywhere. There was a picture of one of the bathrooms and all it had was an ugly white tub in it. No tile, no fixtures, no flooring and no drywall. So to make that a bathroom, you would need flooring, drywall, tile, fixtures, a toilet, sinks, mirrors, storage, vanity etc. That's at least $10,000.00. More if you want some stylish upgrades. Saudia Arabia Building the Biggest Hotel in the World with 10,000 Rooms for $3.5 Billion Dollars!!!!

Wow, they say, if you build it, they will come! I wonder if that will be true for the biggest hotel in the world. Well Saudia Arabia will find out in 2017 when they open this new hotel they are building called the Abraj Kudai for a cool, $3.5 billion dollars. That's right Billion with a B. hahahaha The hotel is being built near mecca where more than 2 million visit annually. The hotel is slated to have about 10 towers, several of which will have helipads on top and the total square footage for this property will 1.4 million sqr meters. And it's going to be a mixed use property with a luxury hotel, shopping mall, full-size convention center, rooftop helipads, food court and bus station. Bus station? Why not a train station or light rail system? hahahaha Buses are so pedestrian. hahahaha

Wow! I kid you not. This is a hot ass mess. I guess in Thailand, there's no such thing as free speech. So if you insult the Monarchy, you can be sentenced to prison for as long as 50 years for each offence!!! Thailand is currently being ruled by a  King who was installed by a military coup. And they have these draconian laws called the lese majeste laws which make it a crime punishable by prison just for speaking or writing insults upon the Monarchy. Can you believe that? And no one is safe, they recently arrested a 65 yr old mentally retarded woman and imprisoned her for speaking ill of the monarchy. And a 58 yr old man was jailed for 25 yrs for posting 5 rude comments about the monarchy. That's not right! But like Judge Marilyn Millan says on the People's Court, "Say it forget it, write it regret it!" Thailand police currently has 204 active cases, with 128 under investigation including those of 30 Thais living overseas. Wow, so you are not even safe if you are out of the country. But if you get convicted, I wonder if  they send a death squad to come and get you and take you to prison? Or do they wait until you are stupid enough to return to Thailand? Thailand is not one of those places I ever wanted to visit. They have bombings in night clubs pretty often over there and their Muslims are just as crazy as the Muslims in the Middle East. So, you couldn't pay me enough to visit there.

The Two Houses That Appeared in the Bodyguard Are Both Up for Sale!!!

Hey do you remember the pink stucco house in the Bodyguard starring the late Whitney Houston and Kevin Costner? Well it is up for sale, the house called the Beverly House and is located 1011 North Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills California. It is one of the MOST expensive houses up for sale in the United States, the asking price is JUST $135 million. That's right, I said, just $135 million!!!!! I think that is like 100 times too much! The house is 50,000 sqr feet and sits on 6 acres. No where in the listing does it state how many bedrooms or how many bathrooms the house has. That is just retarded to me. It probably has more than 1 kitchen but again, the listing is lacking in specific details. Other than the fact that the house was designed by Gordon Kaufmann and built in 1926 for banker Milton Getz. Big whoop!!! I've never heard of either man. hahahaha The house was later purchased by Marion Davies who gave it to William Randolf Hearst. And President and Mrs John F. Kennedy honeymooned in the home back in 1953. And this house was also the house used in the Godfather, where the man who woke up with a horse head in his bed. hahahaha

The other house that is for sale, also appeared in the Bodyguard is the lodge, where Kevin Costner's character took Rachel, her son and her sister to hide away from the killer. It is located on a small lake near South Lake Tahoe in the mountains of California. This house is called the Tallac House, it has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, in 3,000 sqr feet and it sits on 2.75 acres. This listing price is $7,995,000.00 dollars. I like both houses, but there is a long and winding road that you have to travel just to get the lodge from the main road, I hate those.

Okay, so who wants to loan me a $143 million so that I can live Rachel Ward did? LOL Just kidding. I can't imagine what the up keep would be on the Beverly house! Probably thousands of dollars each month!!! I think the best thing to do with that property would be to turn it into a luxury bed and breakfast or hotel.

Two Arizona Men Get a Little Something Extra With Their Pizza To Go Order...Racial Slurs and Swastikas!!!

Okay this makes me mad. Two men, Samonte Wallace and Bryan Reed, went to Pizza Hut and ordered a pizza to go. However, when they got home, written in the top of the pizza box was racial slurs, swastikas and the letters KKK. Are you serious? This is 2015 people!!! Not 1715!!! So the mother of one of the men contacted Pizza Hut's Corporate offices and informed them of what happened. Pizza Hut's corporate offices released the following statement, the actions of the employees involved "are inexcusable and have resulted in their termination... We extend that sincere apology to everyone who was offended by this ignorant act." Pizza Hut also offered the customers a free meal.  One free meal? Is that all you want to give me after I have just been humiliated and possibly poisoned? The men went to the hospital to get checked out because they Pizza Hut employees could have put something on the pizza? No one knows for sure. I mean if they are going to be stupid enough to write hate speech on the pizza box lid there is no telling what else they did! So far, the 2 customers have had no ill effects. The 2 customers are also seeking legal representation to file a lawsuit. When are we as a nation going to put an end to racism? I think Pizza Hut's corporate offices acted swiftly and decisively, but I think they should have mad the 2 men write a formal apology first and then fired them. The 2 former employees were not named in the Yahoo article. I wish they had been, These 2 morons do not need to work in  close contact with customers ever again!!!  So sad.

Actor Danny Pino Exits Law and Order: SVU

I am kind of underwhelmed by this news, but here it is. I used to be a major fan of this show, Law and Order: SVU. But then Chris Meloni left the show and I got mad and stopped watching it. He is so HOT!!! I've seen him naked, full frontal too! LOL He used to play a gay killer on HBO's Oz. I loved that show. Lots of hot men, walking around half naked and every once in a while, a full frontal shot when they would get thrown into solitary confinement naked. Yum yum. hahahaha Anyway, sorry but I digressed. Anyway, Danny Pino joined the cast of Law and Order: SVU after Chris left and he was a welcomed addition, and he is a hottie too. But not as hot as Chris. hahahaha So after 4 seasons, Danny will be leaving the show. I think the writers just wrote his character into a hole like they sometimes do and they were just too lazy or too stupid to write him out of it. It's like "Lost", the stupid writers were too stupid to come up with a plausible explanation for the Island and all of it's strange goings on so they had most of the characters go sit in a church with no explanation at all. That was 5 years I wasted watching that show. If, I ever meet those writers I'm gonna punch them all out.  hahahaha Danny is a good actor, so I am sure he will be able to find a new position somewhere else. Good Luck Danny boy!!!

Kansas City Woman Wins Record $83 Million Judgement Against Debt Collection Company Who Wrongfully Sued Her Over a Debt She Didn't Owe!

Okay this is a hot ass mess, but in the end Justice was served. A Kansas City Missouri woman, Maria Guadalupe Mejia sued Portfolio Recovery Associates for suing her for a $1,000.00 credit card bill that she didn't owe. It was actually owed by a man with a similar name. But PRA harassed and sued her by mistake. Maria was awarded $250,000.00 for violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and $82,990,000.00 in punitive damages for maliciously prosecuting Maria.PRA released the following statement, "This outlandish verdict defies all common sense," wrote spokesman Michael McKeon. "We hope and expect the judge will set aside this inappropriate award, and we plan to file motions to make that request formally in the near term. Any fair reading of the facts of this case makes plain that a verdict of this size is not justice by any means, and cannot stand."

I think the jury got it right. Its about time a debt collection company pays punitive damages when they are in the wrong. And this was definitely a case of them being in the wrong. Maria didn't even owe the $1,000.00 and for them to phone harass her and then sue her. Good job Maria in suing them back and winning!!! The $83 million judgement might now stand the judge might reduce it, but I hope he leaves it in the millions. Debt collection companies are the lowest of the low. I know for me, that I keep getting calls for a Michael Baldwin, and I keep telling them that I am not Michael Baldwin. But they keep calling me regardless. Luckily I can block some of their calls with my phone service. But that is only limited to 12 callers. And many of these companies have more than 1 phone# they can use to call you on.

Parking Dispute Leaves 9 Dead, 18 Wounded and 170 Arrested in Waco Texas

This has got to be one of the biggest biker brawls in US History. A parking dispute at the Twin Peaks Bar and Grill in Waco Texas started in the bathroom and ended in the parking lot; where 9 people were killed, 18 more were wounded and 170 were arrested. Several biker gangs were at the restaurant for a meal, no one knows why they all decided to go to this restaurant at the same time. 2 men get into a dispute over parking and one follows another into the bathroom inside the restaurant. Fist start to fly then the fight is shuffled out into the parking lot where knives and bottles were thrown and then finally guns and shooting started happening. All of the 9 people that were killed were biker gang members, so no pedestrians or civilians. There were some police already at the restaurant because of the large number of bikers there but more were called in once the melee started.“In 34 years of law enforcement, this is the most violent crime scene I have ever been involved in,” Waco Police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said following a biker gang shootout that left 9 dead and 18 others wounded in the parking lot of a busy shopping center Sunday. “There is blood everywhere.”

In a press conference Monday, Swanton said that five gangs had been identified in the deadly altercation, but added that he was "not about to give them the respect of giving you their names.” While Swanton insisted that the Waco police would continue to refrain from naming the groups so as not to “give them publicity,” earlier reports on the shooting pinpointed at least two gangs at the center of the chaos: the Bandidos and the Cossacks.

With up to 2,500 members across 13 countries — 900 of them in the U.S. alone — the Bandidos are considered one of the country’s largest outlaw motorcycle gangs and “a growing criminal threat” by the Department of Justice.

Less is known about the Cossacks Motorcycle Club, a local Texas gangreportedly founded just three years after the Bandidos, in 1969. But early expert analyses suggest rising territory-related tensions between the two Texas groups may have been at the root of Sunday’s shootout. 

I've never heard of either gang. But just because they were unknown here in California doesn't mean they are not popular out in Texas. Clearly the police know about them. And they sure did make a name for themselves with this brawl. Because it's getting national and international press now. Sigh. Oh well, I sure hope the police and prosecutors get some good convictions off of this case. Those 9 people deserve justice,even if they were lowlife bikers.

Twin Peaks is no longer Twin Peaks, the corporate entity has revoked the Twin Peaks franchise for that location. And the Bureau of Alcohol has revoked the liquor license for the restaurant for the next 7 days. According to this Yahoo Article, the restaurant knew that 200 bikers were planning on meeting at their restaurant and the restaurant refused to assist law enforcement to maybe keep things low key and uneventful. OH WOW! How stupid of the restaurant management. They are going to lose so much money now. No liquor sales for 1 week is definitely a big chunk of change for that week. And losing your franchise license, now you have to come up with a new name and get a license for it, maybe they will lose their liquor license for good or have to reapply for it under the new name. This place is in real trouble now!!!! And it didn't have to happen this way. The smart thing to do would have been to cooperate with the police from jump street. Duh!!!

UC Berkeley Researchers Create Pecursor to Morphine in Lab....Open Door to Homemade Heroine!!!

UC Berkeley researchers have been able to create a chemical process to make a precursor to making morphine using yeast. They didn't actually create the morphine, but they are just a few steps away from it. The precursor that was made is not strong enough to make hospital grade morphine, but it was a giant step in the right direction. Once they make some strong enough to make hospital grade morphine, they they will be a few steps closer to making lab created heroine without Poppys. The drug world will be turned on its ear!!! Good bye Afghani Heroine!!! Researchers are worried that when that day comes, homemade heroine will be made all over the USA. Okay this is some freaky deaky mess. An Oklahoma woman named Shayanna Simms, 26 yrs old was arrested and bail set at a measly $10,000.00 for cutting off the toe and the breasts of her boyfriends' dead ex girlfriend at the woman's viewing. Not only did she cut some parts to go, but she slashed the dead woman's face, cut off some of her hair and threw it on the floor and smeared her makeup.  Wow, really gurl, did she still look better than you dead? ROFL! Wow, some people just are so jealous. Well the police dont know what she did with the missing body parts. Did ya'll check her freezer? Jeffery Dahmer liked to keep the body parts of his victims in his freezer and fridge. Nothing like fresh frozen human body parts. Ewwww!!!! hahahaha Oh! And to add insult to injury, after Shayanna stole the body parts, she went to the dead girls apartment and stole a pair of shoes. And it was at that apartment that she was arrested at, and she still had the knife she used at the viewing which still had hair and blood from the dead woman on it. EWWWWW!!! BASE Jumper Dean Potter and Friend Jumped To Their Deaths In Yosemite Park!!!

Okay this is really senseless. White people, yeah I said it, are always doing stupid things and dying for it. People say they are living their lives to the fullest, no you aren't!!! Risking your life, which is your most precious GIFT!!! And your most PRIZED POSSESSION!!! Stop driving fast, climbing mountains without safety gear, and BASE jumping. Risking your life is STUPID, just for a thrill. Dean Potter, 43 yrs and his friend and climbing partner, Graham Hunt, 29 yrs both jumped to their deaths in Yosemite Park this weekend from the Taft Point which is 7,500 ft high. They were both wearing wingsuits and neither had deployed their parachutes. So they apparently fell too quickly to deploy the chutes which were designed to slow their descent. I would say rest in peace fellas, but this totally could have been prevented.  BASE jumping is for fools. It is dangerous and deadly, just ask Dean Potter and Graham Hunt. Oh wait! You cant because they are DEAD!!! DEAD DEAD DEAD!!!

UFC Fighter Corey Hill Dead at 36 Yrs!

Wow! This is really shocking. UFC fighter Corey Hill has passed away from a brief illness on Thursday morning. He was just 36 yrs old. Corey died of fungal pneumonia.  Hmmm, I wonder if it was Pneumocystis Pneumonia? Corey had a professional record of 6-9. And he appeared on the 5th season of the Ultimate Fighter, where he won 3 bouts. Corey is survived by his wife and 3 small children. Rest in peace Corey.

1,450 Blue Bell Ice Cream Workers Getting Fired and Furloughed

Awww, this is so sad. These poor people are getting dogged out and it's not even their fault. Do you remember when I told that Blue Bell Ice Cream Company had listeria contamination? Well, things have not gotten better and the production plants have not been cleaned up and reopened. So now, Blue Bell is firing and furloughing production and distribution staff. Blue Bell has signed an agreement with US Government about reporting every single positive listeria test they have in the future and some other stuff. However, Blue Bell still has not discovered how the contamination occurred, was it on purpose, or by accident, etc. And they have not completed clean up yet. What's taking them so long, people need their jobs. They need to be able to feed their families and pay their bills etc etc.

Blue Bell CEO and President Paul Kruse called the decision to layoff and furlough workers "agonizing." Yeah, I am sure it was Paul. Bullshit! What Paul needs to do is hire an independent team to investigate and find how the contamination occurred, then he needs to hire an industrial cleanup team to clean all of Blue Bell's production plants. It's gonna cost Blue Bell some money to do this but it HAS to be done! The only way to insure that the contamination wont happen again is to find out how it happened this time and change your safety protocols. Or if someone did this on purpose, fire them and hire new staff and vett them fully. The contamination goes back to 2013 and at that time Blue Bell failed to inform the government about the positive test results. 3 people from Kansas have died from this outbreak, and 8 others have gotten sick. Blue Bell needs to stop dragging its feet and solve the problems! They are not insurmountable!!! My prayers go out to the workers who are losing their jobs. So sad.

Indiana Woman Pleads Guilty in Death of Her Baby On Cruise Ship!!!

Okay this is absolutely disgusting. What kind of monster is this woman! No, she is not a woman but an animal. An Indiana "woman", named Alicia Keir, 24 yrs old of Demotte Indiana plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the death of her new born on a Cruise ship in the Caribbean. Court records show that in October of 2011, Alicia gave birth by herself in her stateroom and then wrapped the baby up and placed it under her bed. The next morning she departed from the ship and fly home to Indiana.Later than morning, the ships cleaning crew found the baby deceased under the bed. What kind of monster would give birth to a healthy baby and then toss it under her bed like a pair of old shoes? How could do that? There are so many desperate couples out there who would have been thrilled and happy to take the little girl off of her hands. I bet there would have been hundreds of happy couples out there who would have adopted her in a heart beat!!! This really makes me so sad. What a waste!!!! Anyway, Alicia got off easy, by her taking this plea deal, she avoids a life sentence and a possible needle in her arm. I say, toss this bitch into a pit of lions or tigers and let them chew on her nasty ass!!! She doesn't deserve to live!!! That poor innocent baby. Tsk tsk tsk tsk. Keir is facing JUST 8 yrs in prison and a $250,000.00 fine for her crime. She needs to be facing a firing squad or a needle in her arm. I also think if they are going to allow her to live, she needs to be sterilized!!! She killed one baby, who's to say that she wont do it again in the future? Maybe the cons will do her in when the find out what she did. We can only pray they will. hahahaha Convicts don't like it when people harm children!!!

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, The Convicted Boston Bomber is Sentenced to Death!!! YEAH!!!!

I am so happy to report that the Jury in the Boston Bomber case has sentenced, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, to death for his part in the Boston Bombing. It took them 14 hrs to reach that decision, I don't understand why! I think they had 13 hrs and 55 mins too long. If I were on the Jury, it would have been ok let's take a vote. First vote. Death! Period. End of story. As a matter of fact, I wanna dig up his brother and kill him all over again. What they did was just horrific!!! They murdered an innocent child as well as a couple of innocent adults.( I don't remember how many people died, but 1 is too many.) Anyway, I hope they transfer this piece of shit to the Supermax in Florence Colorado and then execute him forthwith! Don't let him linger in death row for years and years. Kill that bitch now!!!

Two Libyan Soldiers Convicted of Raping a Man Get Sentenced to 12 yrs in Prinson in the UK!!!

What the fuck!!! Its been a really long time since I heard about a man getting raped, but gang raped! OMG!!! So there is this guy who was really drunk one night in the United Kingdom and 3 Libyan Soldiers see him and decide, hey I wanna get me some tail and they jump on him and rape him. The victim is not identified because of the nature of the crime, I guess the UK has sex crime laws similar to the ones we have here. So 2 of the 3 soldiers (the Yahoo article doesn't say what happened to the 3rd man who committed the rape) ,Moktar Ali Saad Mahmoud, 33, and Ibrahim Abugtila, 23, guilty of rape, and aiding and abetting each other in raping the man in October last year. The men were stationed at  the Bassingbourn Barracks in Cambridgeshire, in eastern England. The other soldiers who were stationed there have since left because the training session has ended. But these 2 were not the only ones who were convicted of sexual assaults during their time there in the UK. .Other soldiers convicted are Khaled El Azibi, 19, admitted to two counts of sexual assault, and was jailed for 12 months, while Naji El Maarfi, 21, was jailed for 10 months after admitting to three counts of sexual assault and one of exposure.

Oh wow, why do people put themselves through this mess. Former Spice Girl Geri Haliwell wed Formula 1 Boss Christian Horner, 41 yrs after a brief 6 month engagement. Wow! Really gurl? I bet she doesn't even know his favorite foods or favorite color yet? 6 months is too short!!! Jennifer Hudson has been engaged for like 5 yrs which I think is too long. But its better to take too much time than to not have taken enough time. Anyway, only 1 former Spice Girl attended the wedding, that was Emma Bunton. Legendary Guitarist BB King, Dead at 89 Yrs!

Aww this is sad. Legendary guitarist BB King passed away today, he was 89 yrs old. Details are sketchy but on May 1st, he posted to his website that he was in hospice care at his home in Las Vegas. King had been hospitalized twice earlier this year for complications from high blood pressure and diabetes. Rest in peace BB.

Two Florida Hearse Drivers Fired for Stopping for Coffee On Way to Funeral!

Okay this sounds like a joke right? Well, it is not a joke. Two hearse drivers were fired for stopping at Dunkin' Donuts for coffee while on the way to a funeral with a flag draped coffin in the back of the hearse. The body inside was that of Lt Col Jesse Coleman, a decorated veteran of both the Korean and Vietnam wars. I guess they do funerals differently down in Florida. Or maybe the hearst was on it's way from the funeral home to the church. Those details are not revealed in this Yahoo article. As long as the hearse was not leading a funeral procession, what's wrong with the guys stopping to get some coffee. Maybe they were sleepy? Mrs. Coleman told the funeral director that she didn't want these 2 guys to lose their jobs, but he didn't listen and fired them anyway. I think they should have used the drive-thru. hahahaha What do you think? Should these 2 guys have lost their jobs JUST for stopping for coffee with a coffin in the back of the hearse? Hey, maybe they should have bought the Lt Col some coffee too or taken him into Dunkin' Donuts with them? LOL

CBS Cancels CSI:Las Vegas After 15 Seasons!!!

Well the writing had been on the walls for some time. And this season, they moved CSI: Las Vegas from it's normal time slot on Wed to Sunday night. Sunday is not a big TV Watching night. Most people are tired from the weekend and fall asleep early because they know they have to get up early on Monday and start their busy weeks off. This show had really gotten boring and predictable. So I am not sorry to see this show go. I hadn't been watching it like I used to. So to end it, CBS is having a lot of the originals return for its Show finale that will air on Sunday Sept 27th. This is going to be a special 2hr movie event. This used to be one of my favorite shows. And it spawned several spinoffs, CSI:New York, CSI: Miami and CSI: Cyber. And in it's hayday, CSI: Las Vegas had high viewership of like 20 million viewers! But the last few seasons, the original actors were jumping ship like rats on a sinking ship. And at the end of the last season, the last remaining original actor who portrayed "Nick Stokes" left the show. Oh well, I think CBS should leave this genre alone and go back to the police procedural type show. We need a new HOT cop but with a Columbo type brain. hahahaha

Jennifer Lopez Announces Las Vegas Residency at Planet Hollywood for Jan 2016!

"Singer" Jennifer Lopez announced last night on American Idol that she will doing a Las Vegas "residency" starting Jan 20, 2016 at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino's Axis Theater. She states, "I've been preparing for this moment my entire life,” she said in a statement. “The show is going to be a multifaceted high energy Jenny from the Block party, mixing all aspects of what my fans and I love - Dance, Hip Hop, Latin and Pop. It’s going to be the show I’ve always dreamt of creating.” Jennifer is a weak singer and a weak dancer in my opinion. Jennifer is 45 yrs old now, she thinks she can shake her booty like she did when she was in her 20s and a fly girl on in Living Colour. hahahaha I wouldn't go see her even if the tickets were free. hahahaha Oh wait, she might have some cute male dancers though. Okay, so if the tickets were free I would go. Women aren't the only ones who can change their minds. LOL
