2010 Top Cheff Winner Sbraga Being Sued by Food Services' Equipment Compnay Over Failed Restaurant!!!

Chef Kevin Sbraga is being sued for $106,000.00 by the Clark Food Services Equipment Company because Kevin's restaurant Juniper Commons failed after just 6 months and he never fully paid for equipment that was installed in the restaurant.

Clark Food Service Equipment's lawsuit, filed Friday in Philadelphia Common Pleas Court, calls the South Street restaurant an "abject failure." It closed after less than six months.

Philly.com (http://bit.ly/1NGn0gM ) reports that Sbraga referred calls to developer Carl Dranoff. He called the lawsuit a "routine matter" and expects it will be settled.
