Tiny Manhattan Apt Rents for $1,100.00 Per Month...Guess How Small It Is? 100 Sqr Feet!!!!!!!!

That's right, folks this TINY Manhattan Apt is just 100 square feet, that one hundred sqr ft!!!!!!!! It has no kitchen and the shower and sink are in the only room. There is an alcove with a toilet in it, but no door on the toilet. This place is so small that a twin bed just barely fits into the room, along with a 3 shelf bookcase which holds his hot plate. That's right there is NO kitchen, no closet!!! Luckily it has high ceilings and so he has some shelves up to hold spices , oils, clothes, and essentials. There's no TV and no window. Basically this guy is living in jail cell but a really tiny jail cell. 8' by 10' would be an improvement....but just barely. hahahaha The renter is a Grayson Altenberg, he is a sous chef at a restaurant at Lincoln Center which is just a 5 min walk away. Location, location, location, right?
