Beyonce Shows Target Who is BOSS!!!

Target announced this week that they would not be selling Beyonce's New CD because she has flooded the market with an early on line release. What a crock of shit! Look, many people do not use ITunes to get their music. Me included. The few times that I have purchased music on line, I have done it from Amazon.com. I have never used ITunes, and don't plan to in the future. Well, Beyonce went to a Walmart in Tewksbury MA, and purchased a copy of her new CD, Beyonce, and a doll for her daughter Blue Ivy. She also gave every shopper in the store a $50.00 gift card...all 750 of them. Total cost for her night out of shopping, $37,000.00. Hey Target, how's that for sticking a finger in the air to you? So what if she releases her CD on line? Some people still want a hard copy! Good going for you Walmart in seeing that and offering the CD for sale! DUH!!! Target is not doing so well now anyway, first they get hacked and 40 million credit and debit card holders information gets stolen for all 1,739 stores for everyone who shopped at Target between Thanksgiving and Dec 15th. Target tried to woo people back this weekend by offering 10% off on all sales. Didn't work, media outlets report that Target's overall sales were down 4% this weekend. Now I think I will get a Greendot Visa card and only use that for shopping, since clearly it is not safe to use a debit card for point of sale shopping. Word on the Internet is that many of the hacked debit card credit card #s were sold in blocks of 1million for anywhere from $20 to $100.00 per name and number. And some people who were hacked have had fraudulent charges show up on their accounts. Lawsuits have already been filed against Target.
