Legendary wrestler and WWE Hall of Famer, "Rowdy" Roddy Piper passed away in his sleep last night from a heart attack, he was just 61 yrs old. Roddy's real name is Roddy Toombs rose to fame in the 1980s. Born in Saskatchewan, Canada, Piper competed in the very first
Wrestlemania, working a faux-Scottish angle in a tag-team match (along
with Mr. Wonderful Paul Orndorff) against Hulk Hogan and Mr. T, and
quickly became one of the sport's most hated villains. After retiring from wrestling, Roddy became a movie star. He portrayed a lot of disenfranchised guys who were just out to do right and live a good life, however, life just kept kicking then in the teeth. He was a pretty good actor too. She was just 67 yrs old. I remember seeing this Rondo ad for one of their record collections and Lynn Anderson singing, "I Never Promised You a Rose Garden" came on. I think that was her only major hit song (Its the only one that I know of. hahahahaha) Rest in peace Lynn.
Congratulations go out to Ashlee Simpson Ross and her hubby Evan Ross, on the birth of their first child last night, a daughter. No word on the child's name or weight or length. Look I know that Ryan Seacrest was trying to do good by making people's wishes come true on live TV but I am not interested in watching other people get free shit. That's just BORING to me! The first episode of "Knock Knock Live" garnered 0.6 demo share and 1.75 million viewers and the 2nd episode was 0.5 and 1.6 million total viewers. Yawn!!! Okay this is some bullshit. Former prison employee Joyce Mitchell has pleaded guilty to the 2 charges she faced in connection with the June Prison escape in Danemora NY of 2 convicted murderers David Sweat and Richard Matt. By taking this plea deal, she is only facing 2 1/3 to 7 years and a $5,000.00 fine. SUCH BULLSHIT!!! These 2 killers could have killed someone while out on the run and had their plan been kept to, her husband would be dead now. The DA is not going to charge her with the conspiracy to commit murder nor any sexual charges for having sex with the inmates. I think they should throw the book at her. She needs to do at least 20yrs!!! Otherwise how will she and others learn that it is wrong to help prisoners to escape. Hell if all you're gonna face is 7 yrs or less. Let's risk it. Joyce needs to be locked up in a padded cell and for her entire sentence with no contact with other inmates or guards. Otherwise, I bet she will sleep her way out of prison. hahahaha She's clearly a loose woman and all anyone has to do is pay her some attention and she will spread her legs like peanut butter and let them fuck her.
Mitchell agreed to cooperate with the investigation and also agreed to give up her teaching certificate. Big whoop! Who cares if she has her teaching certificate or not?? We know she hid tools in hamburger meat that was passed to the prisoners. We know that the prisoners then used the tools to break out of prison. What else do we need to find out?
I want to know why Mitchell is not being charged with Richard Matt's murder? He would still be in prison and alive had she not helped him escape. He is dead because of her.

The FDA was doing its job and randomly testing the products when they discovered that a batch of garlic powder was contaminated with the salmonella bacteria. Former rapper IceT and his wife Coco, are expecting their first child. No word on when that is, but she must be at least 3 months pregnant for them to announce it. It is with great regret that I announce the passing of Bobbi Kristina Brown, the only child of the late Great Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown. Bobbi Kristina passed away on Sunday July 26 according to media reports, but she may have died earlier in the week. A tent was put up at the hospice facility where she was and then a few days after that, her Aunt Pat Houston went and cleaned out Bobbi's townhouse removing everything and only allegedly keeping the Gold and Platinum plaques awarded Whitney for her Gold and Platinum albums. I knew Bobbi Kristina was near death. You only go into hospice care typically when you have 6 months or less.
Bobby Brown had his daughter Bobbi flown to a specialist in Chicago a couple of days b4 she was put into hospice care at that exam, Bobby was told there was no hope. And he finally accepted it. I also believe that when Bobbi was put into hospice care, the family took her off of nutritional IVs. I also believe that the Atlanta Police told the family that she has to die b4 they can arrest her boyfriend Nick Gordon. Gordon beat Bobbi the night b4 she was found in her bathtub on Jan 31, he beat her so severely that he knocked out a tooth and he drug up the stairs by her hair. Nick can now be charged with felony domestic violence and 1 st degree murder or felony murder because she died from the beating which was a felony. Mark my words, people, the police are going to move now. Nick better be on the look out for them to arrest him now.

This is a horrible tragedy. Two "experienced" 14 yr old fishermen went fishing in a 19 foot boat after buying $110 worth of gas. Their boat was found unoccupied and overturned 67 miles off the coast of Florida near Ponce de Leon Inlet, by the Coast Guard. The Coast Guard turned the boat back upright and left it where they found it, in hopes the boys would return to it. But that is doubtful for sure. Most of the commenters on the story believe that the boys were headed to the Bahamas. I want to know where the hell their parents were when they went fishing. 2 children do not need to be out in the OCEAN alone in tiny little boat. Did they even have a GPS system, were they wearing their life vests? Did they have an emergency raft with them? Usually those emergency rafts will float so that if you need it all you have to do is pull the cord. The Coast Guard is still searching for the boys but I think they were either eaten by sharks or they drowned or both. If the Coast Guard finds them, it will be dead bodies and not live boys. One of the boys is the neighbor to former NFL Player Joe Namath and Namath has put up a $100,000.00 reward for the safe return of the boys. I doubt you will have to pay it Joe. So sad!!!

The sushi grade tuna was sold to Safeway and Walmart stores as well as college campuses. So please do not buy sushi products containing tuna from these retail locations. The tuna products in question were distributed between May 20 and May 26th. So they could still be out there in retail locations.

Wow, this is a developing story and it is very shocking. An as yet unidentified 21 yr old man was found dead in Demi Moore's pool today. According to US Weekly and the neighbors, there has been many parties going on this week at the house, at least a party a day. At the time of the incident, there were 5 people home at the house including a maid. Rumer Willis is in NYC, and her sisters have been Instagramming photos from France so they were not among the 5 known to be in the house at the time. No word as yet if Demi was one of the 5? I wonder if she was dating the guy? Or trying to date the guy, last year she was dating that Schnabel guy who is not dating the Project Runway Host and Victoria Secret Model Heidi Klum.

and was found in the morning. The identity of the body has not been
released, and the police would not confirm whether or not Moore had been

The guy who was found dead in the swimming pool was not a bf of Demi's she is out of town. Her assistant was the one throwing the parties and had the guests over. The assistant and some of the guests left to go get some food and left this guy alone at the house and he accidentally fell into the pool and he couldn't swim and he drowned according to Wendy Williams. If I were Demi, I would fire the assistant and the maid for allowing the parties to go on while I was not there. Drinking my booze and eating my food and swimming in my pool YUCK!
Veteran character Actor Alex Rocco, real name Alexander Federico Petricone, died yesterday according to his daughter, and he was just 79 years old. Alex was best known for portraying Moe the Mobster in original Godfather movie, but he had many roles in TV and the movies. A Bug's Life, the Facts of Life, Three for the Road and the George Carlin Show, just to name a few. Alex is survived by his daughter and friends. Rest in Peace Alex.

Okay, do you remember an earlier post about an attorney who FedExed a lottery ticket and claim form to the Iowa Lottery trying to claim a $16.5 million dollar jackpot by a closed trust? And when the lottery requested more information about the purchaser of the winning ticket, the attorney dropped the matter all together? Well as it turned out, the winning lottery ticket was purchased by Eddie Tipton, one of 4 people who had security clearance to the drawing room. Eddie installed malware that would run a sophisticated program to generate a winning ticket and then disappear without a trace.
Prosecutors allege surveillance video shows a hooded and bearded
Tipton buying a winning lotto ticket at a Des Moines convenience store
in 2010, all part of his 21st century inside job, they say, to win a
$16.5 million jackpot.
Tipton was then security director for the Multi-State Lottery Association, making it illegal for him to play the lottery.
Investigators say he purchased the winning ticket after he rigged the game in his favor.
In 2011, just hours before the ticket was set to expire, attorneys representing a trust attempted to claim the prize money.
"Beyond
a reasonable doubt, not only was he the purchaser of that ticket, not
only did he pass that ticket along to be claimed by others, but he
tampered with lottery equipment in order to know what those numbers
would be," prosecutor Rob Sand said.
The prosecution alleges Tipton tampered with security cameras and
used a thumb drive to install malware, enabling him to pick the winning
numbers. Examinations of the lottery's computers showed no signs of
tampering.
Tipton's attorneys deny he was part of a scheme and say it's not him in the surveillance video.
"This isn't a case about deductions and inferences; this is a case about speculation," defense attorney Dean Stowers said. (Rolls eyes, of course the defense attorney is going to deny deny deny. hahaha)
There is one piece of digital evidence that can hurt the defense and
Tipton's credibility: his cell phone records. They show he was in Iowa
when the tickets were purchased and not in Texas, where he claims to
have been instead. If convicted, Tipton could face 10 years in prison.
Okay this is just down right ridiculous! Aspen foods is recalling 2 MILLION pounds of raw chicken, breaded chicken, frozen chicken, and stuffed chicken due to salmonella contamination. This is the 2nd company this week to do this. Is there any chicken out there that is safe to eat now? Is PETA behind this? This cannot be an accident. I think there must be a terrorist or corporate spy or spies out there contaminating our food products on purpose. Otherwise how can this be happening so frequently and in such high numbers? The other company was Barber Foods and they recalled 1.7 million pounds of chicken products. This is no accident, mark my words!!!!

Are you sitting down? Do you remember a few weeks ago when I told you about Lil Wayne's tour buses getting shot up? No one was injured but a lot of shots were fired at the buses as they drove through Atlanta. Well it turns out that it was Birdman and Young Thug, who were behind it and now the Prosecutors have charged them. Birdman, real name Bryan Williams, and Young Thug real name Jeffery Williams are both linked to the prison gang, the Bloods.
According to WSB-TV, the indictment alleges that Birdman, 46, and Young
Thug, 22, were behind the violence in a plot to kill Wayne on his bus
following an earlier threat from Young Thug against the “Lollipop”
rapper’s life.
The article ties the two performers to the Blood gang and includes a quote from the filing reading,
“After Atlanta Police discontinued their escort, [associate Jimmy
Winfrey] and fellow Blood Gang members entered Interstate 285 from
Atlanta Road in Cobb County in pursuit of the buses occupied by [Lil
Wayne’s] group… The white sports car pulled beside the buses, shots were
then fired into the buses from the sports car with a .40 caliber
handgun and a 9mm handgun.”
WSB-TV’s
report is just the latest step in the quick deterioration of Birdman
and Lil Wayne’s relationship. The two were close personal friends – with
Weezy even citing the “Money to Blow” rapper as a father figure – and
worked together many times over the years, including on the 2006 release
of their collaboration album, Like Father, Like Son.
The
dynamic between the former Cash Money labelmates soured last year
following a dispute over management and the release of Lil Wayne’s

In 2008 Carmine "The Bull" Agnello relocated just outside of Cleveland Ohio after serving 9 years in federal prison. He has been managing a scrap metal company there. Well, here is how the scam worked, Police said Agnello would buy stolen cars, fill them with sand to add
weight and would sell the compacted vehicles to an unidentified metal
processing company. Agnello is accused of bribing employees at the
processing company to ignore the extra weight that increased the price
paid for the compacted vehicles.

Tomba said at a news conference on Wednesday that Agnello married a
woman from the Cleveland area after prison and lives in the village of
Bentleyville, about 20 miles southeast of Cleveland. The investigation
into Agnello's activities began after Cleveland police noticed a spike
in auto thefts and realized that many of the vehicles weren't being
recovered as usual, Tomba said.
Detectives
conducted searches at three Cleveland scrap yards and Agnello's upscale
home, seizing $45,000 in cash and guns, authorities said. Because he's a
convicted felon, Agnello is not allowed to own firearms.
Agnello
is expected to be charged with theft, money laundering, conspiracy,
drugging animals before competition, cruelty to animals and corrupting
sports, according to a news release. Tomba said at the news conference
that Agnello is accused of injecting race horses with drugs but would
not provide further details.

Actor Tom Selleck has settled with the Calleguas Water District for $21, 685.55, the amount they paid the private detective to find out where the tanker was going with the water taken from their hydrant. While both sides maintain that the water was paid for, it is illegal to take the water out the Calleguas District. And Tom Sellecks' ranch is just outside of the boundary line. Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman, the big boss of the Sinaloa Cartel escaped from his prison cell where he spent 23 out of every 24 hrs a day via a hidden very sophisticated tunnel built just for him. Authorities believe that the tunnel which had lights, a rail system, 2 carts driven by a modified motorcycle that lead about 1 mile away to a bodega that was being built in a nearby town. This is the 2nd time that Guzman has escaped from prison, the first time was in 2001 and he stayed on the lam until Feb 2014. Prison authorities are interviewing staff at the prison to see if any guard or staff member was paid to aid in the escape. If Guzman was smart, he would buy a piece of land somewhere built a castle in the center of his land and hire armed henchmen to guard him. That way, the police couldn't get to him without him knowing well in advance of them arriving on his land. According to Wikipedia, The United States Intelligence Community considers the Sinaloa Cartel "the most powerful drug trafficking organization in the world"[17] and in 2011, the Los Angeles Times called it "Mexico's most powerful organized crime group."[18] The Sinaloa Cartel is associated with the label "Golden Triangle", which refers to the states of Sinaloa, Durango, and Chihuahua.

Late on Monday night, right b4 the bed check 4 prisoners escaped from a Raymond, Mississippi jail at 12:45 am. According to Jailers the men had help from both the inside and the outside but did not reveal details on who helped out. One of the men is a killer, 19 yr old Jermaine Wilson, who was charged with capitol murder in the 2012 death of a Jackson woman. Wilson was captured on Tuesday about 10 miles away from the jail in Jackson. 18 hrs later, also in Jackson, 18 yr old Kevin Holmes was arrested without incident hiding in a baseball dugout. The other two escapees are 25 yr old Montreal Damon Anderson , who is charged with recovered stolen property and 23 yr old John Rollins who is charged with auto theft, false pretense and malicious mischief. Police are following leads in Jackson for Anderson and Rollins.
Prisons and Jails need to tighten up their security procedures now. This is the 2nd big breakout from a Prison or a Jail in 2 months. So far no one has been injured by any of the escapees and I sure hope it stays that way. But it is not likely to, since these inmates will do anything to stay free. Disbarred Attorney Matthew Muller has been arrested and charged with the Vallejo kidnapping that occurred earlier this year on Mare Island of Denise Huskins. At that time Vallejo Police investigated and labeled the kidnapping a hoax. Because the victim was released b4 the ransom was paid and the ransom was asked for was just $8,500.00. Who kidnaps someone for $8,500 dollars? Not someone smart. LOL
Anyway, see if you can follow along this very convoluted case. Back in March 2015, Muller and another man broke into the home of Denise Huskins and her bf, Aaron Quinn. Quinn was drugged and tied up. Denise was taken and a ransom of just $8,500 was requested. However, Denise was released 2 days later down in Huntington Beach Calif, her home town. Vallejo Police investigate and cannot find any evidence of a break in nor of a kidnapping. Fast forward to this past June, in Dublin California, 2 people break into another home and attempt a robbery or kidnapping but get foiled in the attempt and low and behold one of the kidnappers turns out to be disgraced Attorney Matthew Muller. Now the FBI investigate and serve a search warrant on a storage unit in Vallejo that belonged to Muller and inside they find 4 drones, a wireless 4 channel video camera, and pair of pliers with the handle taped over (that's a burglary tool). Federal Prosecutors have charged Muller with the Huskin kidnapping.
Muller was fired from his job as and Immigration Attorney because he took a $1,250 dollar retainer for an immigration case and then failed to file the green card application. Muller is a Marine Vet, attended Harvard Law School, (just like President and Mrs. Obama), and even taught Law School at Harvard after he obtained his JD degree. Muller was a member of the California Bar Association, but was disbarred for failing to pay dues. Muller's attorney, Thomas Johnson, has said his client suffers from
bipolar disorder and will plead not guilty to the kidnapping charge. He
has already entered that plea to the attempted robbery and assault
charges, according to Johnson.
The kidnapping and attempted
robbery showed similarities to a 2009 home invasion in Palo Alto, police
Lt. Zach Perron said. Investigators had considered Muller a suspect but
did not have enough evidence to recommend charges.
Palo
Alto detectives plan to go through evidence collected during Muller's
arrest in June for any potential links to the 2009 home invasion.
"Crimes
like these are exceptionally rare in any city but especially in a small
city," Perron said. "It was a very troubling case for us from the get
go."
The FBI has said Muller
may be responsible for additional crimes, but spokeswoman Gina Swankie,
citing an ongoing investigation, declined to elaborate.
Here we go again. Barber Foods, ( a company I have never even heard of b4) is recalling 1.7 million pounds of contaminated chicken products. The culprit this time is Salmonella. Apparently there was a cluster of people falling ill in Wisconsin and Minnesota, and it turned out it was from frozen chicken products produced by Barber Foods. They also sell these chicken products under the names of Meijer and Sysco. The chicken is question is frozen chicken breasts on the bone and chicken Kiev. So check your freezers and get rid of this junk ASAP!!! In the Yahoo article, they state that some people are not cooking their chicken to an internal temperature of 165 OR they are cross contaminating their kitchens. The cross contamination occurs when they touch the chicken, like by putting it into a pan and then not washing their hands with soap and water. Or thawing the chicken on a plate, cooking it and then returning it to the same plate they used to thaw the chicken. WTF! Are you serious, that is JUST NASTY!!! I saw Ina Garten, the Barefoot Contessa do that on one of her shows one day. Pissed me off to no end!!! She was grilling spatchcock chickens, then she used the same heavy dish she marinated the chickens in, to hold them down while they cooked. Then when she flipped the chickens she layed that same nasty contaminated dish on top of the cooked chicken to hold it down. If she had taken it and washed in between or wrapped it in foil, it would have been okay.
Anyway, this chicken is contaminated with salmonella enteritidis, which causes fevers, abdominal cramps and diarrhea. It usually causes the patient to be hospitalized. So it's a very nasty strain of salmonella. Older people, babies and people with compromised immune systems are especially vulnerable. Please people, wash your hands after you handle ALL raw meat. And don't go touching everything in your kitchen when you are handling raw meat. Remember, the meat is a DEAD animal and as soon as something dies, the contaminates in the air jump right on it. Freezing will not stop this strain of salmonella, it stops the bacteria from replicating, but does not kill it. So as soon as it starts to thaw, the bacteria starts to replicate. Like an explosion! Look out!!!

frozen, stuffed, breaded chicken products, tells Yahoo Health that
they’re especially risky when it comes to salmonella.
Why?
Because of the way they appear, people assume that they’re already
cooked—and don’t cook them fully as a result. “We have a responsibility
to tell people that they need to cook these products properly,” he says.
“I don’t think we do a good job of it.” I think the best way to do a better job of not doing cross contamination, is to rinse your meat off in the sink, then place it onto a plate or platter to season it. Wash your hands thoroughly. Then use tongs to transfer the seasoned meat to the pan for cooking. That way, the only time you touch the meat is when you are rinsing it off and if you don't turn the water off after you rinse and wash your hands immediately, you will only touch the plunger on your soap dispenser. But wash that right away also. That's how I do it. NO cross contamination in my kitchen. hahahaha

Well, it's been 10yr since these Ruby Slippers were stolen but now there is a $1million dollar reward offered for the return and naming of the perpetrator. Whew! Okay, I am glad that this was not true. I like Tom Selleck and therefore, I am really glad that this was all just a big misunderstanding. As it turns out, the water that taken from the city hydrant and taken to Tom Sellecks' Avocado Farm was legally paid for.However, Selleck and the Thousand Oaks have reached a settlement, but did not disclose the details of the settlement because it has to be approved by the water board next week. Hmmm, that's kind of contradictory, if the water was paid for, why do you need to reach a settlement, eh? Jay Spurgin, public works director for Thousand Oaks, said a
construction company paid a fee to secure the rights to draw water from
the city hydrant two years ago. About 1.4 million gallons of water were
taken from the hydrant during that period.
Construction firms and contractors can obtain special meters that allow
them to haul water from hydrants for large projects. Companies can draw
as much water as they need or sell it to a third party as long as they
pay the monthly service charge and water bill, Spurgin said.
The water meter in question was removed in June.
It's
unclear if Selleck or his employees bought the water from the company
or another source. A representative for Selleck didn't immediately
return a request for comment on Friday.
The water district said it spent nearly $22,000 for a private detective to investigate.
This is a hot ass mess and what's so fucked up about it is that it was done on purpose. Initially, 1050 children fell ill after eating candy bought at lunchtime from traveling group. By the end of the day, that number rose to 1,350. 9 people have been arrested as the police are investigating and they police say the group traveled 190 miles just to sell the candy. So now the police think that the candy was tainted or poisoned and this group of 9 set out from jump street to infect these children on purpose. Otherwise, why travel almost 200 miles right?

Joey Fatone of NSync and AJ McClean and Nick Carter along with Carters' wife Lauren Kit are part of a group of 7 that is hired to kill zombies in the movie Dead Seven for SyFy Channel. There are just so many zombie shows on now, its kind of hard to get excited about another one. Walking Dead is my favorite one. Sigh. No premiere has been announced. Aww, this is really good news for Bobby Brown and his wife Alicia, they welcomed the birth of their daughter on Sat July 11th. This is the 2nd child for the couple, they share a 5 yr old also. This is the 5th child for Bobby Brown. He also has 4 others from several different relationships, including Bobbi Kristina Brown, the only child born to him and his late ex-wife Whitney Houston. 22 year old Bobbi Kristina is in hospice care in Atlanta. According to People Magazine, actor John Stamos has entered a residential rehab facility for substance abuse. I wonder why they don't just say for alcohol? It was just last month that Stamos was arrested in Beverly Hills for DUI. I am just happy that he is now getting the help he needs and I am also very happy that he didn't kill himself or anyone else last month when he was driving drunk. Amy's Baking Company is finally closing it's doors. YEAH!!! This is that crazy restaurant in Scottsdale Arizona with the old fart and trophy wife who were both complete idiots and got into it with Gordon Ramsey on Kitchen Nightmares when he tried to help them. The couple, Amy and Samy Bouzaglo and they are a couple of narcissists and completely crazy about their food, saying how wonderful it was and how the customers were idiots for not liking it, etc etc. Now, Amy can bake, but baking and cooking are two different things. Baking, you have to be very precise with your measurements and temperatures. But cooking you can throw a little bit of this and a little bit of that and pinch of that other stuff and still come up a really descent meal. But if you do that with baking it's gonna be too dry or too salty or too sweet or too something wrong. Gordon loved Amy's desserts. And they looked really delicious. But she was under baking her pizzas, and not seasoning her proteins nor was she putting a good sear on the proteins. That bitch cannot cook, no wonder her and her hubby are so skinny. This is exciting news, actor Wesley Snipes and Marvel Comics are in talks about doing another Blade movie. Snipes was San Diego's Comic Con and when asked, he stated, “Our conversations with Marvel have pretty good, they’ve been productive,” Snipes told Yahoo while discussing his new TV show, The Player, at San Diego Comic-Con on Thursday. “We talked about Blade,
we talked about a couple of other things. They have their model and
their agenda, and we have ours, so we’ll see if everything lines up.”
Blade topped the box office
when it hit theaters in August of 1998, and went on to earn $131 million
worldwide. Two sequels were made, with the series ending on a
relatively sour note with the poorly received Blade: Trilogy in 2004; Snipes, a producer on the film, sued the film’s director, David S. Goyer, and its distributor, New Line, over his role in the movie.
Marvel, however, reacquired the rights to the franchise several years
ago, and there’s been speculation that the character could show up
either in the Netflix shows, headlined by Daredevil, or play a role in the future of the company’s sprawling film franchises.

Character actor Irwin Keyes, passed away on Wednesday from complications from acromegaly, a pituitary disorder; he was just 63 years old. Irwin portrayed the bodyguard, Hugo Mojelewski on the The Jeffersons ( back in the late 1970s). He also had roles in The Warriors, Squeeze Play and the Prize Fighter. For TV, he had cameos on Married With Children, Growing Pains and Get Smart. Rest in peace Irwin.

Video surfaced yesterday of Ariana Grande and some friends in a donut shop called Wolfee's in California somewhere, with Ariana and her bf licking donuts sitting up on display case that she and her bf didn't subsequently purchase. Let's say it together....EWWWWWWW!!! That's nasty!!! If I had been in that shop and then saw what she did and had bought donuts, I would be looking for her. Wow, this is a hot ass mess. Actor Tom Selleck has been accused of stealing truckloads of water for 60 acre avocado farm in California. They say he goes to this one particular fire hydrant and just helps himself to the water. But this guy should be very wealthy, he has been on a couple of hit TV shows (Magnum PI and Blue Bloods), and he has made a lot of movies. Isn't he a multimillionaire? When Oprah needed water for Santa Barbara Estate, she had it trucked in also, but she had the decency to buy the water. hahahaha According tot he Celebrity Net Worth website, Tom Selleck is worth $25 million dollars. So he can well afford to buy water. hahahaha
According to a complaint filed by the Ventura County water district, the Magnum P.I. alum allegedly trucked water from the hydrant to his ranch, where he grows avocados, more than a dozen times since 2013. The Los Angeles Times reports
that Selleck and his wife, who have lived on the ranch for 30 years,
are prohibited from using the hydrant’s water because their home is
located in the Hidden Valley Municipal Water District.
Selleck, 70, was reportedly
ordered to stop trucking water in November 2013, but investigators
report they’ve spotted a white truck filling up and trucking water to
his ranch at least four times in March 2015.
The county is seeking $22,000
from Selleck to pay for the private investigator they hired, and a court
order which would keep Selleck from trucking water from the Calleguas
district.
Okay this is some mess. Comedian and writer Terry Hodges is suing comedian Chris Tucker over back earnings owed in the amount of $68,000.00 for fees accrued from years of editing, writing, acting and producing work for the program. Hodges claim that he started writing for Tucker back 2008 and the last time he received regular payments was 2011. Well, that's on you fool, this is 2015, If I hadn't been paid in 6 months, I would quit. I certainly wouln't allow it to go on for 4 yrs!!! That's just ridiculous!!! This afternoon, Subway posted to it's Facebook the following message: Subway and Jared Fogle have mutually agreed to suspend their relationship due to the current investigation. Jared continues to cooperate with authorities and he expects no actions to be forthcoming. Both Jared and Subway agree that this was the appropriate step to take. Hmm, I wonder why Subway is taking this route? Do they know something that I don't know? Or are they doing a preemptive strike, better safe than sorry. Okay this is nice but it is also disgusting. 62 year old Jeff Goldblum's 32 yr old wife just gave birth to their first child, a boy on Saturday, July 4th. They named him Charlie Ocean Goldblum. I am happy that Jeff is a father, but to do it with a woman who is young enough to be his granddaughter is just disgusting. Marrion "Suge" Knight will stand trial for muder according to Judge Stephen A. Marcus even though the surviving victim refused to name "Suge" as the man who was driving the truck that ran him over. Judge Marcus stated, “He doesn’t say that it’s not him.” hahahaha good point. However, Knight's attorney, Thomas Mesereau said the judge should reject Sloan’s testimony because his changing story showed he wasn’t credible. The Judge is also going to reduce Suge $10 million bail. I hope he dosen't reduce it to a figure Suge can make or else I am sure he will flee once he gets out. TMZ has video footage of Knight running over the men, it was captured on the surveillance system of the fast food restaurant where the incident occurred. The video shows Suge driving Suge's truck and backing over the men! So I don't know how Mesereau can say Suge is innocent! BULLSHIT! Just go to TMZ and watch the video.
Today a Grizzly bear smashed a glass wall in his enclosure at the Minnesota Zoo. The public was right watching when it happened, but at no time were they ever in danger because he had 4 more layers of glass to go through to get to them. hahahaha But I am sure it was still scary! The glass did exactly what it was supposed to do if broken, it cracked all over but did not break. That particular glass is 2.5 inches thick. And the bear used a basketball sized piece of rock which he bounced off of another rock. In the Yahoo article, it says that they removed all of rocks from the enclosure but in the video, you can see tons of rocks embedded in the ground. Maybe they meant that removed all of the loose rocks? Or maybe they are stupid. hahahaha The zoo has taken the precaution of closing the exhibit until the glass can be replaced which is scheduled to take several weeks.
FBI and Indiana State Police raided the home of Subway spokesman Jared Fogle looking for kiddie porn that may have been left there by former Jared Foundation executive director Russell Taylor, who the FBI arrested way back in May on child pornography charges. Taylor used to be at Jared's home often and that is why the FBI decided to search it and confiscate electronics which may or may not contain child porn.
Federal prosecutors in May filed a criminal complaint charging Taylor, 43, with seven counts of production of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. Fogle issued a statement after the charges were filed saying he was shocked by the allegations and was severing all ties with Taylor. No word on whether or not the FBI did or did not find any child porn in the house, however they did take some electronics. So I think it would be fair to say that they did. Otherwise, why take an empty computer when you know there isn't anything on it. Right? hahaha
During a search of Taylor's home this spring, federal investigators say they discovered a cache of sexually explicit photos and videos Taylor allegedly produced by secretly filming minor children at this home. They said they also allegedly found more than 400 videos of child pornography on computers and storage media recovered from Taylor's home office in his Indianapolis residence.
Taylor's attorney, Brad Banks, said Tuesday his client is being held "pre-indictment" by federal officials pending a grand jury possibly considering the allegations against him.
Banks said Taylor was hospitalized for a brief period after the allegations surfaced but is now in federal custody. Sheriff's officials have said that Taylor tried to take his own life. Too bad he failed, right? Fucking pervert!

Say what now? Lays Potato Chips is looking for a new flavor of chips and has 4 finalists out there for us, (John Q. Public) to vote on. The twist is, Lays isn't disclosing the names of the chips nor what they are made from, we have to guess at the ingredients and then name it. Wow!
Flavor #1: smells like roast chicken in a bag. It is a traditional chip and Taste: Very savory, almost meat-like in flavor. We noted hints rosemary, too. On the whole, the flavor recalls a Thanksgiving turkey. Said one editor: “I’d put it in a sandwich for a bit of crunch.”
Flavor #2: Smell: Whoa, baby! These chips have a smell that smacks you in the face, and not in a good way.
Taste: They’re a bit sweet at first, then savory on the finish. One taster thought they tasted like seaweed, another noted hints of a sweet pickle. No one liked them. “A seaweed-flavored chip is just wrong,” said one editor. This is kettle cooked chip.
Flavor #3: Smell: Cheddar-y, but with beef-y notes underneath. “My first thought when I smelled it was ‘Big Mac special sauce’,” one editor noted.

Actress Amanda Peterson, who starred in the romantic comedy opposite Patrick Dempsey, way back in 1987 was found dead in her home in Greeley Colorado on Sunday from unknown causes. She was just 43 yrs old. Toxicology tests have been ordered and her mother told TMZ that "this is not in any way a drug thing". But 43 yr olds just don't drop dead all of a suddenly. Police are investigating the suspicious circumstances. Rest in peace Amanda.
Okay it's kind of funny to watch, but I bet it wasn't funny when it happened to singer Demi Lovato. Demi was performing at a concert in Los Angeles on a wet stage suspended over a swimming pool when she suddenly takes a fall right on her right arm and stomach face down. I guess high heels and a wet stage really do not go together. Demi was standing up when it happened, so she wasn't dancing nor walking or anything like that. Luckily for Demi, she was uninjured and continued with her concert like nothing happened. Good for her, she is s consummate performer. hahahaha This accident happened on Sunday, July 5th.
I should write, 28 year old RETARD killed by an alligator after mocking alligators. But I am trying to be nice here. 28 year old Tommie Woodward had just relocated to Texas near the border with Louisiana along with his twin brother. Tommie was at Burkhart's Marina along with an unidentified woman and they went swimming in the bayou and Tommie was attacked by an alligator and killed. Just before jumping in, Tommie said "fuck the alligators". I bet the alligators are saying "Fuck you" to Tommie. hahahaha
Woodward’s body was found several hours later. The woman was not injured.
Orange County Justice of the Peace Rodney Price told CNN affiliate KFDM that Woodward ignored verbal warnings and a posted “No Swimming Alligators” sign and seemed to mock the deadly creatures before going in the water.
“He removed his shirt, removed his billfold … someone shouted a warning and he said ‘blank the alligators’ and jumped in to the water and almost immediately yelled for help,” Price said.
The “No Swimming Alligators” sign was posted this week after a 10-foot alligator was spotted in the bayou waters.
“Please do not go swimming, there’s a bigger alligator out here. Just please stay out of the water,” witness and marina employee Michelle Wright said she told Woodward.
She said the next thing she heard was the woman screaming, “An alligator’s got him.” Wright said she used a flashlight in the darkness to scan the water.
In an emotional interview with KFDM, Wright said, “I saw his body floating face down. And then he’s out there for a couple of seconds and then he’s dragged back down. And then he comes back up still face down and then he gets pulled down again. And then he just disappears.” Stupid is as stupid does. Why would this guy jump into a bayou filled with alligators at night? That's the alligators feeding time. I guess it's a good thing he was killed before he could procreate. We don't need people as stupid as him alive in this country. hahahaha It's just sad, though.
Rumors are flying now that the reason why Jennifer Garner finally decided to leave Ben Affleck and file for divorce is due to his costar in the "Suicide Squad" film he filmed Margot Robbie. Ben and Margot were in Toronto Canada. Set insiders say that is not true, that Ben and Margot spent very little time together. Plus she still has her long time boyfriend, Tom Ackerley. Hmm, where there is smoke there is fire. Ben has his cheating ways so I wouldn't put it past him for a little cheatation while in another country filming a movie. hahahaha Alright! LOL
Wow! This was a really good movie. I couldn't predict a damn thing in it! hahahaha There were only a couple of flaws that I saw, but other than that, just a damn good movie.
This movie, Catch Hell, was written, directed and produced by Ryan Phillippe. I don't know if this was his first script but it was a damn good movie. The plot, is a well known actor, flies to Shreveport Louisiana to make a film. The actor is fresh out of rehab and needs this movie to jumpstart his diminishing career. So, the first day he meets with the director and finds he doesn't like him so he calls his agent to try and get out of it. But the agent tells him, he needs this movie. So he stays and trys to make the best of a bad situation. The next morning bright and early, the front desk calls him and tells him that a car is there to take him to the set. So he jumps up and gets dressed and goes downstairs to the front of the hotel. Two men pull up in a van and he gets in and they start driving. They exchange some small talk and Ryan realizes that he doesn't know where he's supposed to meet for the rehearsal at 1pm. And he wants to call the director, so the bald guy, named Jr tells him, "give me your phone and I'll punch in the number". So Ryan hands him his phone and Jr promptly turns it off and puts in his fanny pack. Ryan, orders Jr to return the phone, but Mike, the driver, tells him sit back and shut the hell up. This is the first inkling that something is wrong here. After awhile they get to a cabin way out in the swamp. They get out of the fan and Ryan gets a little mouthy with Mike who proceeds to beat him unconscious. Then they drag Ryan into the cabin and handcuff and chain him to the wall. Mike starts yelling at him and accusing him of sleeping with his wife and ruining his marriage. Ok, so now we know the who and the what and the why. Ryan allegedly met Mike's wife who was working on a movie with him, she worked in wardrobe and then Ryan slept with her that ruined his marriage. Mike got into a domestic with his wife, got fired from the police dept and did a year in prison and now he cant even see his 2 sons. (Rolls eyes, so typical, backwoods hillbilly lowlife wife beater. hahahaha) Anyway, Mike is now a security guard and after a day of torturing Ryan, he must go into work and wont be back for 2 days. Jr is left in charge. Oh while Mike was torturing Ryan, he made him give him his passwords to both his cell phone and his laptop. Mike and Jr then post naked pics of 2 of Ryan's ex girlfriends to the web and Mike tweets 2 antisemitic rants. So Mike is hell bent on publicly destroying Ryan as well. So Mike goes to work and while he is gone Jr takes pity on Ryan and gives him hydrocodone for the pain and then he kills an alligator that wandered into the cabin. Jr then skins it and cooks it making an alligator stew. Mike keeps checking up on Jr, by calling him on his cell phone. Jr roofies Ryan and then hits on him, when Ryan passes out, Jr removes Ryan's pants and underwear and positions him on his knees on the side of the bed. Then Jr removes his shorts and starts to masturbate to get himself hard enough to have intercourse with Ryan. Ryan is pretending to be unconscious and just as Jr is trying to penetrate him, he attacks Jr and ultimately kills him. Both men are lying on the floor and another alligator comes in and grabs Jr by the foot and drags him out of the cabin. Ryan jumps up and gets dressed. Meanwhile, Mike calls again and this time he cannot reach Jr. So he leaves his job early and heads off to the cabin. This the 2nd mistake, when Mike leaves work, he jumps into a truck, but the entire time of the film, they were driving the van that the picked Ryan up in at the hotel. Anyway, Mike tries to drive back to the cabin, but one of the roads is out due to the rain. So he then goes to a relatives house and takes a boat. When he arrives at the cabin, he finds Jr dead at the waters' edge. Apparently, the gator was only half hungry because he ate Jr's lower half from the top of the butt down. hahahaha Mike walks over to the cabin and goes inside, using his flash light he starts looking for Ryan, he's not in the main cabin and he's not in the bathroom. then Mike walks back into the main cabin and starts sweeping the room with his flashlight, and then he finds Ryan huddled in a corner of the cabin, but it's too late because Ryan uses a bungee cord to shoot a machete into Mike's chest wounding him. Then Ryan takes axe handle with a big rock tied to it to beat Mike to death. Ryan stays in the cabin until morning and then he walks out and gets into the boat and leaves and finds some fisherman who rescue him and take him to a hospital. Ryan then gives several interviews about his ordeal. His agent calls him and tells him everyone wants him to star in their movie now and he has offers up the ying yang. Later that day, Ryan is checking his emails and he finds one from Jr who made a movie of them in the cabin, with Ryan tied to the bed and Jr wearing the alligator skin and dancing around the bed Ryan is lying in. And that's the end of the move.
The other mistake was when they first kidnapped Ryan and they were driving to the cabin, Ryan asked them to turn on the radio, and Jr turns it to a rap station, but once the jig is up and Jr takes Ryan's phone. Mike turns the radio off and says, "I hate Nigger music.", Later in the film, we find out that Mike's exwife, the one that Ryan supposedly slept with is AfroAmerican. If Mike is a racist, what the hell was he doing with a AfroAmerican wife?
