Marion "Suge" Knight Will Stand Trial for Murder Inspite of Victim's Refusal to Name Him as Assailant In Court

Marrion "Suge" Knight will stand trial for muder according to Judge Stephen A. Marcus even though the surviving victim refused to name "Suge" as the man who was driving the truck that ran him over. Judge Marcus stated, “He doesn’t say that it’s not him.” hahahaha good point.  However, Knight's attorney, Thomas Mesereau said the judge should reject Sloan’s testimony because his changing story showed he wasn’t credible. The Judge is also going to reduce Suge $10 million bail. I hope he dosen't reduce it to a figure Suge can make or else I am sure he will flee once he gets out. TMZ has video footage of Knight running over the men, it was captured on the surveillance system of the fast food restaurant where the incident occurred. The video shows Suge driving Suge's truck and backing over the men! So I don't know how Mesereau can say Suge is innocent! BULLSHIT! Just go to TMZ and watch the video.
