Toni Braxton's 2nd Bankruptcy Finally Settled!

Toni Braxton filed for Bankruptcy for the 2nd time in 2010 and it just now being settled in 2013. Wow! That's a long ass time! hahahaha The issues that held it up were some earnings that she made after the Chapter 7 filing. These were shows she did outside of the USA and after she had filed chapter 7 so Toni thought she should be able to keep all of the money. The Trustee didn't agree and so the compromise was that Toni would pay $100,000.00 of those monies to the court. Also at issue was a balloon payment of $50,000.00 that she owed for some personal property that she bought back from the Trustee. So for a mere $150,000.00 Toni Braxton will be once again debt free, as long as the judge signs off on the deal.
