Why is Damon Dash So So Broke?

I just don't understand this, can someone please tell me why Damon Dash is so broke? Damon is the former business partner of Jay Z and even founded Rockawear and Roc-a-Fella Records with him. Damon is also the founder of So So Def Records. Damon owes nearly 3 million in Federal Taxes for years 2005 and 2011. But he also owes a ton of money in back state taxes to NJ and NY. What is Damon doing with all of his money? Are you wasting it on hos? Maybe you should stop hitting the strip clubs and then you would have some money left over to meet your obligations. hahahaha JayZ is rolling in the cash, why aren't you Damon?
