Beyonce and Jay Z Are Getting Evicted From Their LA Rental!!!

I just have to sit here and shake my head in disgust. This is definitely a case of stupid rich people doing stupid things. Beyonce, JayZ and Baby Blue have 60 days to get out of their Los Angeles rental because it is under contract. They have been renting it for months now, for $150,000.00 per MONTH! That's right, I wrote one hundred fifty thousand per month. You could buy an entire house up here Sacramento for just one month's rental down there. Sure, the house in LA is 16,000 sqr feet, with an infinity pool, 2 libraries, a tennis court, a theater , 75 foot gallery for art, a wine cellar, and a catering kitchen as well as others not listed in the Yahoo article. Originally, JayZ and Beyonce were renting this pad for $200,000.00 per month, but then they went on tour and so when they returned they were able to get a better deal.  It just really amazes me when rich people waste money. Whey spend $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 per month for a big house when you could spend far less money, say $30,000.00 for the presidential suite at a ritzy hotel? Better yet, hire a realtor, months b4 you plan to relocate and then fly out again months b4 you plan to move permanently and go house hunting. If you plan your move just right, you will find a house and have the renovations done long b4 you move. Planning is the key to any good move. hahahaha
So JayZ and Beyonce have 60 days to get out b4 the new owners take possession. That should be enough time to find a new home to rent and maybe to buy.
