A North Carolina handyman and roofer, Dale Summey and his wife Robin, spent $30.00 on a scratcher and wins $10 million dollars! They chose to take the lump sum which is $6 million but after state and federal taxes, they were left with just $4.1 million dollars. Dale purchased the ticket at his local gas station and held on to the ticket for 4 days b4 scratching it off. I wonder if he had a premonition that he was gonna win? So he sits down one day at the picnic table outside his home, ( I bet it is a trailer hahahaha --that's sort of a read! hahahaha) and scratched it off and Whamo!!! He's a winner!!! So he calls his wife Robin and yells, "I've done it!" Dale didn't give an interview, but in the past he and his wife have talked about buying a new car and truck and taking care of their son and parents. Good for them. Congratulations! I bet you deserve it.
