Actress Julie Harris Dead at Age 87

Actress and Broadway star Julie Harris died on Saturday from congestive heart failure at her home in West Chatham Mass. She was 87 years old. Miss Harris acted in many movies and Broadway plays, her 2 biggest roles were in "East of Eden" and a recurring role on Knots Landing from 1981 to 1987. Although Miss Harris was nominated 10 times for a Tony for Best Actress, she only won 5 Tony's for Best Actress. She also earned a Grammy Award. Rest in peace.
