Crooner Celine Dion is Selling Her Mega Mansion in Jupiter Florida for a Whopping $72.5 Million Dollars

Now this is just outrageous! Singer Celine Dion and her manager husband are selling their mansion in Jupiter Florida for a whopping $72.5 million dollars. I think they are asking waaaaayyyy too much! The house is just under 10,000 sqr feet, with only 5 en suite bathrooms and 5 bedrooms , a water park consisting of 2 pools, a bridge and a lazy river, plus an additional pool in the back which faces the Atlantic Ocean, a guest house with 8 bedrooms, a pool house and a tennis house(what the hell is a tennis house?). And it sits on just 5.7 acres of land. I cant believe there are no half baths, where do the guests go to the bathroom when they come over? Do they have to go all the way up stairs and go into one of the guest rooms to go potty? That is really NOT cool! You would think with all of that square footage, they would have put some half baths in there somewhere?? There is also a large walk in closet in the master bedroom which boasts an automated clothing rack and also an automated shoe rack as well. (Yawn). hahahahaha The reason the Dions are selling their property in Jupiter is because Celine is now based in Las Vegas for at least the next 6yrs because her contract with Caesars Palace has been extended to 2019. Therefore, the Jupiter Fl property will be underutilized for all of that time. Yeah, well good luck getting the asking price in this market. While the housing market is doing a lot better than say, 4 yrs ago, it has not totally rebounded yet. So I doubt Miss Celine will get her full asking price.
