Bolivian Man Claims to be Oldest Man Alive on the Planet at 123 Years Old!

This is totally shocking. I have never heard of anyone living to be this age before. But there is a Bolivian man who claims that he has lived 123 yrs so far. His name is Carmelo Flores Laura. Unfortunately, he does not have a birth certificate because Bolivia didn't start issuing such documents until 1940. However, Bolivia's civil registry lists Carmelo's birth date as 16 July 1890. WOW! That's hell of OLD! hahahaha Looking at his picture, he certainly looks like he could 123 yrs old, but after 100, how can you tell? LOL He's just a bunch of wrinkles stretched over a skeleton. hahahahaha Well, good luck Carmelo, I hope you reach 124. hahahaha
