R&B Singer Usher Heading Back to Family Court Over Custody Issues

Ex-wife Tameka Foster Raymond requested a new hearing on custody in regards to her 2 sons with Usher. One of the 5yr old boys had a near death experience from being left alone swimming in Usher's pool when he apparently got caught in the suction of the pool drain. Usher's Aunt was babysitting at the time. The trial is set for Friday afternoon in Atlanta.
