Male Model Files Paternity Suit Against Kourtney Kardashian: Mason May Not Be Scott's Son?

Wow this is shocking! But male model Michael Girgenti has filed a paternity suit against Kourtney Kardashing seeking a paternity test to find out if he is the father of her son, Mason. Michael claims that he met Kourtney on a photo shoot in 2009. And shortly after that the 2 started a texting relationship which turned sexual after Kourtney texted him telling him that she was on the outs with her bf Scott. She asked if they could hang out. They subsequently had unprotected sex and 9 months later Mason was born. Michael claims he has tried to contact Kourtney but he has been unable to contact her. Hmmm, maybe she is refusing to contact you because you are psycho? hahahaha  And this whole scenario is a figment of your imagination. hahahaha Kourtney's lawyers are claiming foul! They say, Michael's claims are "false and defamatory" according to Shawn Chapman Holly (the same attorney who was representing Lindsay Lohan). Another attorney Todd Wilson telling TMZ plainly that Disick is Mason's father, and alleging Girgenti "has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years." Hmmm, 2 attorneys, sounds like Kourtney is serious that this is a false and fabricated story!
