Bobby Kristina's Aunt Sues Nick Gordon For $10 Million!! Alleges Abuse and Other Crimes!!!

Oh wow, this shit just got real. Real dumb! Guardians for Bobbi Kristina Brown just filed a lawsuit against Brown's boyfriend Nick Gordon alleging that he physically abused Brown, stole money out of her account, limited access to her from everyone else, etc etc. They are seeking $10 million dollars in punitive damages! Where in the hell is he gonna get $10 million dollars I bet he doesn't even have $10 dollars to his name now. He was completely living off of her and now that he doesn't have access to her money, he has nothing. He's broke ass dude. He doesn't even have a job! He needs to return her engagement ring though, I think that ring belonged to her later mother Whitney. And he claimed he still had it when he did his Dr. Phil interview.

The complaint, filed by Bedelia C. Hargrove in Fulton County, Georgia on Wednesday, alleges that Gordon posed as Brown’s husband in order to control her contact with others as part of a “scheme to benefit from her wealth.

The misrepresentation that Defendant was Brown’s ‘husband’ was used to control Brown and limit with whom she could interact,” the complaint, obtained by USA Today, reads. “For example, Defendant often answered Brown’s personal cell phone, would not allow her to make appointments without his approval, and manipulated her bank relationship so that he could access her money. This was all part of a scheme to benefit from her wealth.”

The lawsuit goes on to allege that Gordon “routinely” transferred a “large portion of Brown’s funds into an account controlled solely by him, without the consent or authorization of Brown.”

The lawsuit also catalogs alleged domestic abuse inflicted on Brown by Gordon, “including punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth, and dragging her upstairs by her hair.” Wow, that's cavemen style! LOL If, that is true, that is HELL of fucked up!!! I cant imagine people would allow that to go on around them? Would they?

The complaint further alleges that, on the morning of January 31 — the same day that Brown was found face-down and unresponsive in her bathtub — she became “embroiled in a loud argument with Defendant at her townhome.”

Following Brown’s hospitalization, the suit claims, Gordon “accessed Brown’s bank account(s) and stole in excess of $11,000 from Brown’s bank account(s).”

The suit also alleges that, shortly before the bathtub incident, Brown “had confided in someone that Defendant was not the man she thought he was” and set up a Jan. 31 meeting with that person “to further discuss this revelation.” Earlier this month, “Whitney & Bobbi Kristina” author Ian Halperin revealed to TheWrap that Brown had planned to break up with Gordon on Jan. 31, the day of the bathtub incident. No wonder he killed her that day, she probably told him to get his broke ass out. And he went ballistic and killed her because he had been beating her all along so this was nothing new to him. WOW!!!

So now the guardians are saying that Bobbi Kristina has been moved to hospice care. So finally it sounds like they are ready to let her go. She's been dead since Jan 31st. Only her body doesn't know it yet. This is so sad, I hope she is with her mother where ever the afterlife takes you. Rest in peace Bobbi Kristina and Whitney.
