Orange is the New Black Actress Arrested for Assaulting a 17 Yr in Her Home Back in July!!!

Actress Dascha Polanco who portrays Dayanara Diaz on Orange is the New Black was arrested for assault, attempted assault and harassment charges after allegedly assaulting a 17-year-old girl inside the actresses' home this summer, Page Sixreports. Polanco appeared in Manhattan Criminal Court on Thursday to face the charges - the very day she turned 33, no less.

Polanco was arrested in July after, court papers say, she attacked Michelle Cardona. "Ms. Cardona observed the defendant strike Ms. Cardona about the face and head with a closed fist at least three times, pull Ms. Cardona's hair, and strike Ms. Cardona's arms with the defendant's hands and nails," the documents read. Cardona was hospitalized for her injuries.

Polanco's defense lawyer, Gerald Lefcourt, called the case a setup. "This young woman was trying to extort her to drop the case. We're confident the charges will be dismissed."

Rapper Niki Minaj's Brother Arrested for Raping a 12 Yr Old Child....EEWWWWWW!!!!

This is really sick. Rapper Niki Minaj's older brother, Jelani Maraj, was allegedly arrested for raping a 12 yr old child. Jelani recently got married and resides on Long Island. No specific details were given about the crime, like who the 12 yr old child was, if the child is a relative, like a niece, cousin, etc,  The only details given were the charges, which are first degree rape of a child and first degree course sexual conduct against a child. I think they meant first degree intercourse sexual conduct against a child! Jelani was released on $100,000.00 bond.

Maraj is a frequent reference in Minaj’s rhymes, making appearances in such hits as “I’m the Best” and “All Things Go.” In the latter, the hip-hop icon rhymes, “And I know Jelani will always love me and I’ll always love him / And I’m just his little sister, not Nicki Minaj when I’m around him.”

Man Finds Grandparent's 100+ Year Old Cake in His Garage While Cleaning It Out!!!

Okay this has got to be one for the Guinness Book, right? Ronald Warninger was cleaning out his garage when he stumbled onto a hat box containing the top layer from his Grandparent's wedding cake. You might say so what, but here is the catch. The grandparents were married on March 17, 1915. That's 100 years and 8 months!!!  Ronald's parents used to have the hat box and cake in their freezer and then apparently Ronald inherited it. And at some point it was moved into the garage. It doesn't look bad at now. What do you think? hahahaha I wouldn't eat though, after 100 yrs I bet it is pretty stale. hahahaha

And although the cake is now “kind of hollowed out inside” with icing that “sounds like porcelain when you tap it with your fingernail,” it’s just as beautiful now as it was on Inez and Harvey Warninger’s meaningful day a century ago in Crookston, Minnesota.

More than anything, “I’m just glad it reappeared,” he said. “I felt a little responsible for it. It is just the top of a wedding cake, but how many people have those all these years later? It’s just like a time capsule. I hope to pass it along to one of my kids and maybe they’ll keep it for another 100 years.”

Actor Robert Loggia , Dead at 85 Years!!!

Actor Robert Loggia passed away in Los Angeles today, he was 85 yrs old. According to his widow of 33 yrs, he had been battling Alzheimer's for the last 5 yrs.

Robert was a prolific actor and appeared in many big films, like Scarface, Prizzi's Honor, Independence Day, An Officer and a Gentleman, Big, and Problem Child to name a few.

He was nominated for a Supporting Actor Academy Award for Jagged Edge in 1986 for his portrayal of blunt private detective Sam Ransom.
Rest in peace Robert.

Pistorius's Conviction Overturned, Prosecutor Wins!!!

Oscar Pistorius is not having a good day.  Today the Appeal's Judge overturned his conviction for manslaughter and convicted him of first degree murder. He stated that the first Judge, made a mistake because Pistorius fired the fatal shots with criminal intent. He meant to shoot the "Burglar" he thought was doing #2 in his bathroom. (hahahaha nah, I'm just kidding.) But Pistorius did mean to kill the burglar behind the door. I knew it was first degree murder from jump street. You cannot convince me that he didn't know it was his girlfriend in the bathroom. Come on, get real. You go to sleep with your girlfriend sleeping next to you and then you wake up and she's not there but you hear someone in the bathroom. The first thing I would think is, oh that's my girlfriend in there because she is no longer sleeping next to me now.

Oscar was sentenced to 5 yrs for the manslaughter and did about 10 months and then was released to serve a few more months under house arrest. Now all of that will be overturned and he will have to be sentenced for the first degree murder and so he is now facing 15 yrs to life. I bet he wont even do 5 yrs. It's just not right. Reeva Steenkamp's family deserves more justice than what they have gotten so far!!!!!

27 Yr Old Special Effects Movie Producer Missing Since Tues, Parents Suspect Foul Play!

27 year old Erik Kohler, a special effects movie producer has been missing in Los Angeles since the Tues b4 Thanksgiving. There is video footage of him leaving a Food4Less and that was the last time he was seen alive. Shortly after that, his phone stopped pinging. Hmmm, I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say Erik, he in danger gurl! So his parents say he has never gone missing this long without calling them and they suspect something has happened to him. His mom, states that he took out $400.00 from his back account on that day and that there hasn't been any activity in his accounts since then.
Erik has worked on some blockbusters, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Avengers, XMen, and Goosebumps just to name a few.

RHOBH Reality Star Files for Divorce!!!

Wow, when are these chicks going to learn that being on a reality show is a recipe for disaster. Well, Real Housewife of Beverly Hills Yolonda Foster is divorcing her husband David Foster, after 9 yrs of being together and just 4 yrs of marriage. They say the last 4 have just been hell on them. She is struggling with Lyme Disease and he has diabetes. I wonder if he is impotent? Long term diabetes is the peter killer. Sigh, I still want his step son, Brody Jenner though. hahahaha Such a HOTTIE!!!
