And Another One Bites the Dust! 60s Soul Singer is Singing in the Choir in the Sky!

One hit wonder, Soul Singer Fontella Bass aged 72 has passed away last week. She had #1 R&B hit with "Rescue Me" back in 1965; which she co-wrote. Fontella comes from a very musical family and background, her mother was Gospel Singer Martha Bass who was one of the Clara Ward Singers and her brother was David Peaston who was discovered on the Showtime at the Apollo in Harlem NY. Peaston has a string of R&B hits in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Peaston died in Feb 2012 from complications of diabetes. Fontella died from complications of a heart attack that she suffered 3 weeks ago.

Although Fontella only garnered 1 #1 Hit, she recorded occasionally over the years. And in 1995 she recorded a critically acclaimed gospel album, "No Ways Tired" which was nominated for a Grammy.

Rest in peace my sista! She is survived by her 4 children.

Convicted Murderer and former Head Mistress for the Madeira School for Girls, Jean Harris died last Sunday in an assisted living home in New Haven. She is survived by her 2 sons. Jean murdered lover of 12 years famed cardiologist and author of the Scarsdale Diet Dr Herman Tarnower back in 1980. Jean claimed that she went to his house armed with a handgun with the intention of killing herself in his presence. However,  somehow they got into a struggle over the gun and she shot him 4 times. WTF!?! Excuse me? 4 times!!! I always thought that when you struggle for a gun after the first shot, everyone drops the gun. At least that's how it always happens in the movies. hahahaha So 4 times is not an accident, but ALWAYS MURDER!!! Good job jury!!! The reason Jean wanted to kill herself was that her long time lover Herman wasn't being faithful to her. He was cheating on her with his office assistant, a much younger lady. Wow! Famous People are Dropping Like Flies!

Storming Norman! The 4 Star General Norman Schwarzkopf, who lead the USA to victory in Desert Storm Gulf War has died suddenly in his home at 2:22pm today in Tampa Florida. The cause of death was not released. Gen. Schwarzkopf was just 78yrs old.

Also dead at the young age of 72 yrs is former Austin Police officer Houston McCoy. Mr McCoy was the officer who way back in 1966 shot and killed the sniper Charles Whitman who had killed 16 people from atop the University of Texas tower. Mr McCoy had a terminal illness that he had been battling for the past year. Rest in peace officer and Stormin Norman too.

Two Old Stars Have Gone on to that Big Stage in the Sky! Who will be Next?

Wow, in less than 24hrs two of Hollywood's notable character actors have passed on. Jack Klugman, aged 90 and Charles Durning, aged 89; both of natural causes. Jack Klugman is most famous for 2 TV roles from the 1970s and 1980s The Odd Couple where he portrayed Oscar Madison and Quincy, ME where he portrayed Dr. Quincy. The Dr. Quincy character is also famous for NOT having a first name. hahahaha Man oh man, I used to love that show. I never missed an episode. Jack Klugman is survived by his 2nd wife of just 4.5 yrs and his 2 grown sons, Adam and David from his first marriage to Brett Sommers.

Charles Durning was a prolific character actor he had supporting roles in such hits as The Sting (1973), North Dallas Forty (1979) , True Confessions (1981) and Tootsie (1982). He was also a stage actor and appeared in many plays in NYC. He was also a regular on several TV shows like Evening Shade, First Monday, Everybody Loves Raymond and Rescue Me.

If his mother had not owned assault rifles and ammo and had she NEVER taught him how to shoot. That tragedy NEVER would have taken place. The Xfactor Finale Was Disappointing!

The Xfactor finale was more than a little disappointing. This is a singing competition reality show, not a talk show. I wanted to slap the two hosts, because they kept asking people the same old boring question, How would winning Xfactor change your life? How the hell do you think? Going from a nobody to a multimillionaire recording artist! DUH! And who the hell is Khloe's stylist? Some blind stupid 90 yr old grandma? Khloe's first outfit looked like some grandma's ugly doily that she stole from granny boring living room couch. And the next 2 were no better. All were too tight! Too short and very UNFLATTERING! The only good thing about the finale was the singing and who won. One Direction was good that was the first time I ever saw them perform. Pitbull was okay. He looked a little sweaty. He really could used some powder on his mug and bald head. hahahahaha So the winner was Tate Stevens. YEAH!!! I like him, he's a good country singer. I think he's going to sell a lot cds in the future. GO TATE!!!! 5th Harmony was eliminated mid show, but I think they will get a record deal too. I like them too. I'm just so glad that that Carley Rose child didn't win. She needs to go sitdown on the Disney Channel. hahahahaha

A Christmas in Washington 2012 Was AMAZING!

Diana Ross I'll give you 3 words: FAB-U-LOUS! She started out the show singing a medley old Christmas standards in a beaded, blue, floor length, body hugging gown. with a portrait neckline, long sleeves and a big ruffle down the center. She wore her big "naturally" curly wig. Demi Lovato sang Mariah Carey's All I Want for Christmas is You song, she did it justice. Her outfit however was a big disappointment. She wore a black leather jacket with gold embellishments on the lapels over a black stretch pants and a long black tunic with 4 foot fringe and a giant gold triangle on the center of the chest. BORING! I know Demi is a little chunky, or thick as we like to call chicks in the Afro-American community. hahahaha I think she should have worn a more appropriately colored ball gown or formal gown with a peplum to hide her wide hips. hahahaha Scotty Mcreary and Chris Mann both sang well and wore nice dress suits. For Diana Ross's second song she work a beautiful black and white ball gown with gold embroidery on the bodice and top third of the skirt. I believe this was a Marchesa gown. So overall I'd give it a 3.5 stars out of 4. Check it out if they repeat it on TNT.

Motive Revealed for Katt Williams Bitch Slapping Target Employee

Katt Williams is finally explaining why he bitch slapped the Target Employee. According to Katt, the Target employee, Forrest Libenberg, stated to Katt that "your assistant is already suing you, you pussy ass nigger". And Katt claims he replied, " Did you just say the N word in front of Katt Williams?" And then he bitch slaps Forrest. Now this explains why Target fired Forrest after the incident. XFactor Finale Didn't Disappoint!

Well Xfactor is almost done for the season. Tonite was Part 1 of the Finale. The finalists sang 3 songs each, 1 duet with a current recording artist, and 2 singles. Leann Rhimes Cibrian sang with teen Carly Rose, 5th Harmony sang with Judge Demi Lovato and Tate sang with some country chicks I didn't recognize. hahahaha
I really enjoyed 5th Harmony and Demi Lovato, they sang Demi's song Give Your Heart a Break. The same song she sang on Vh1 Diva's 2012. I voted primarily for 5th Harmony. We really need a good girl group. Ever since Left Eye died in Mexico, we dont have any good girl groups around. I know they were mostly rappers but they were a girl group nonetheless. hahahaha Anyway, Khloe looked really pretty tonite and Mario was as fine as ever. I just love his dimples. He is sooooo HOT!!! hahahaha And I am so glad that that  DEMON LA Reid is leaving the show. So Thur night will be his last appearance on the show. YEAH!!! Good riddance!!! Tate looked hot and sang very well. I think it is really going to be between Tate and 5th Harmony. Carly blew her chance when she sang some old ass choral song, Hallelujah. Who sings that now a days? Dateline Oslo Norway. Sarah Jessica Parker was in Oslo hosting an event for the Nobel Institute. Well the event went well and Sarah and her entourage were at the Oslo Airport trying to board a plane when the police stop them. 27 Dead at School Shooting in Connecticut!

Apparently, some WHACKADOO went ballistic around 9:41am at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown Connecticut. 6 Adults, 20 children aged 5 to 10yrs old plus the gunman. But who cares about the gunman, I say bring him back to life and let's torture his ass. How can you ruin Christmas for all of those families for the rest of their life. Those poor children and their families, how can someone be so cruel to do this at all, let alone at Christmas time. Please say a prayer those affected. What is the world coming to? This is the 2nd mass shooting in less than a week. The other one was in Portland Oregon at large mall. Only 3 people were killed and several were injured. The gunman took his life. He was some 24yr old WHACKADOO!

Update: Apparently the gunman has been identified ad Ryan Lanza. Word out now is that the shooter and the principal of the school got into some kind of argument and he started shooting. He then went to his mother's classroom and shot his mother and several of her students.

Awww, now the death toll is up to 30.

Update 5pm 14 Dec 2012: The gunman has been correctly identified as 20yr old Adam Lanza , not 24 yr old Ryan Lanza. The miss-identification was made because the gunman, Adam was carrying his older brother Ryan's Identification.

Katt Williams is Racking Up Arrests Like a Crack Ho Racks up Tricks!

Katt Wiliims, the former mini pimp and sometime comedian turned himself over to a Police Officer at a Gas Station in Dunnigan  yesterday afternoon. That was a good thing because there were warrants out for his arrest again! Last week Katt had been arrested for slapping an employee at a Target in Woodland and also last week Katt had been arrested for riding his 3 wheeled motorcycle on the sidewalk and running from Sacramento Police. And earlier this week Katt had been arrested for punching an audience member in the face with his microphone for recording him prior to the show starting. Oh! And he was arrested in Oakland for starting a fight with yet again another audience member at the start of his show there. So that's 4 arrests in 2 weeks. Damn that's gotta be a record?! hahahaha If Katt does time, I feel sorry for him, because he is way too small to be slapping anyone in the big house. I think he will be the one getting slapped and punched and turned into someone's bitch! hahahaha Good Riddance to that short ass mini pimpette. hahahahaha

The Lineup for the Vh1 Divas is a Bunch of Losers!

I LOVE female singers. I have always LOVED female singers more than male singers. Not because I want to get with them or anything like that, but I just feel like the female voice is more amazing than most male singing voices. So every year that Vh1 has the Vh1 Divas show, I get all happy and excited. Because usually they some of the BEST female singers of all time on the show.  Like Whitney Houston, Mary J Blige, Donna Summers, etc etc. Well this year, 2012, I dont know what happened with the lineup, they have some of the WORST singers and performers of all time scheduled to appear. For example, Miley Cyrus, Ciara, Keri Hilson and Natasha Bedingfield. Now only 2 of them can sing, Keri and Natasha, the rest are auto tune queens. hahaha This show is going to suck. I think I am going to have hit the MUTE button a few times during the telecast. hahahaha

I have to give my mom props, she was dating this EX-minister and he liked to drink beer. So he comes over one day and my mom was making dinner. She didn't want to be bothered so she stopped him at the door and told him she didn't want any company. So he pulls out his little gun and slaps her upside her head. She then talked the guy into relaxing and she told him that she didn't have any more beer so if wanted to have some he needed to go and get some. So he left to get the beer and she called the police and he was arrested at the corner store. He NEVER came back! She pressed charges. Ladies, you can get another man! One that will not beat you!

My Hair Feels AMAZING! Thanks Soft and Beautiful Botanicals!!

I recently tried a new product. It's called Soft and Beautiful Botanicals, I purchased this product at my local Walmart for $4.84 and it contained 2 full treatments. It is not the typical texturizer, although it resembles a normal perm. And you apply it like a normal perm, but the "cook" time was very short. A normal perm you leave in for like 15 or 20 mins depending on the manufacturer. Well this one instructed me to leave it in for like 5 to 8 mins after it was completed combed through. Well I thought it was too short, but later I wished I had followed the instructions, because my hair came out too straight. hahahaha Normally that wouldn't have been a problem, but that was not the look I was going for. hahahaha But no harm no foul. hahahaha I know shorter is better next time.  That's actually a good point in favor of this manufacturer. This product works really well. Also working in the manufacturers favor is how my hair feels after the treatment. My hair is so soft and beautiful now. I just cant stop touching it! hahahaha My hair has never felt this good in all of my life. hahaahaha So I HIGHLY recommend this product if you are Afro-American and want soft and beautiful  hair!
