Actor Jussie Smollett of Empire, was attacked at 2am in downtown Chicago, Illinois while on his way to get some food. Why didnt he call a delivery service like Uber Eats or Door Dash. Anyway, two men grabbed Jussie beat him and tied a noose around his neck all the while calling him the N-word and f@ggot. This is definitely a hate crime, some other media outlets are calling it a possible hate crime. But they were calling him every nasty hateful word they could think of and they tried to lynch him, how is that not a hate crime!!! Why didnt Jussie have security with him? He is a well known actor on a hit show, but to people who dont watch the show he is just another black man. So sad.
Many Hollywood celebrities have rallied to Jussie's side in support. And 2020 Presidential candidate Kamala Harris also put out a statement supporting Jussie and denouncing hate. Yeah, heah, blah blah. That's all well and good, but people have to take some responsibility for themselves too. Chicago has been a hot bed of crime for months now. Mostly shootings. Everybody knows that the freaks come out at night. And that lots of crime goes down between 11pm and 4 am.
It is 2019 and unfortunately, timed have changed for the bad. It is not safe for good descent folks to be out at night running errands and such. You have to watch out for the killer at every turn. Just like you cant flash a wade of cash in a store because some thief behind you who is desperate is gonna stab you in the parking lot and rob you. Sigh, unfortunately thats judt the world we live in now. So, Jussie and all the other celebs in the world need to be smart when they go out at night.

Whole Foods Recalls Foods Containing Baby Spinach From Several New England States and Florida Due to Salmonella Contamination
Here we go again...Whole Foods has recalled several food items containing baby spinach from several New England States and Florida due to salmonella contamination. This included pizzas wraps, sandwiches and salads. Damn it man!!! When is this gonna stop, fresh chicken, frozen chicken nuggets, strawberries, lettuce and now baby spinach. Is no food safe from these contaminates? I think the FDA needs more over site, more inspections, more inspectors making surprise visits!
The eight states where the contaminated foods were sold in are New Hampshire, New York, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Florida, New Jersey, and Rhode Island.
Anyway, Whole Foods said that the contaminated foods were sold in 8 states and contained the baby spinach and mesclun and came from Satur Farms in Catchogue, NY. Whole Foods is owned by Amazon.
Customers who have a receipt can receive a full refund from the store where they made the purchase. Good luck folks.

Update: Chris Brown and Others Released, No Charges Filed!
Chris Brown and the other two men were all released on Wed and no charges were filed in the alleged rape case. According to authorities, the victims "story" was just not believable. The victim told police that Chris Brown raped her in his bedroom in the suite, she then went into another room in the suite st the Mandarin Oriental Hotel where the body guard and the other guy then raped her. At no time did she try to escape the "attackers" and at no time did she scream for help. So, the police just didn't believe her. So, no charges will be filed in the future.
Brown has filed a defamation\ slander lawsuit against the "victim" , whose identity still has not been released. This should teach Brown a lesson. Stop picking up skanks at bars and taking them back to your hotel room late at nighy. Anything can happen and when something bad happens, everyone is gonna believe it.

Singer Chris Brown Arrested in Paris France on Rape Charges!!!
Dayum!!! I am surprised that he went this long without getting into trouble. Singer Chris Brown was arrested earlier today in Paris France, and accused of raping a young woman he met at the Le Crystal club the night before. Details are still being gathered so exact details will be forthcoming. So basically, that's what happened. Chris met some chick at Le Crystal took her back to his hotel room at the Mandarin Oriental where Chris rapes her, then his body guard and another friend also rape he her. All three men are in custody awaiting charges and maybe bail. The names of the woman and the other two men have not been released at this time. Chris is also facing some drug charges associated with this arrest , too.

Lionel Richie's Son, Miles Arrested For Bomb Threat at Heathrow Airport in the UK!
Lionel Richie's son, Miles, 24yrs old, was denied from boarding a plane at Heathrow Airport yesterday. And so his dumbass tells the boarding agents that he was gonna detonate the bomb he had concealed in his carry-on bag if they didnt let him board the plane! WTF!!! So, they checked his bag and no bomb was found so they gave him what is known as a "caution" over there in the UK. If Miles had said that here in the USA, he would have been arrested and thrown in jail with charges pending. How stupid can you be?! Everyone gets frustrated traveling. The flights are late, the lines are long, you get tired from the boredon, etc etc.

Okay, here we go agai, another food recall. This time it is chicken nuggets and it is due to wood pieces found in the nuggets from not one but three manufacturing plants. WTF!!! This sounds like the work of a specific person causing the contamination rather than by accident. I normally am not a conspiracy theorists , however, there are far too many recalls going on with far too many products. Lettuce, strawberries, chicken and now frozen chicken nuggets. You do the math this is millions and millions of dollars of products being lost by these companies!!
Anyway, the pertinent info is Perdue simplysmart Organics breaded chicken breast nuggets. They were produced in Oct 2018, "best if used by" date of 10\25\2019. The UPC code is 72745-80656, and establishment number is P-33944. So if you have bags of these nuggets in your freezer either return them to the store where you bought them for a full refund or contact Perdue directly at 877-727-3447.

Recording Artist Rhianna Sues Dad Over Exploiting Last Name!!
Recording artist Rhianna, real name Robyn Rhianna Fenty for attempting to trade mark their last name for his new entertainment company, Fenty Entertainment. When the dad tried to trademark the name, the US Patent & Trademark Office rejected his application because Rhianna had previously trademarked the Fenty name when she started Fenty Beauty her makeup company.

Broadway and Film Actress Carol Channing, Dead at 97 Yrs!
Awe, this is a sad one. It is with a heavy heart that I announce that Broadway and film actress Carol Channing died earlier today of natural causes at her home in Rancho Mirage, California. She was 16 days shy of her 98th birthday. The cause of death is listed as natural causes.
Carol was famous for many noteworthy rolls but the one that really made everyone sit up and take note was that of Dolly Levi in "Hello, Dolly". I never saw her perform this role on stage, my preference was for Barbara Streisand in the film version. But Carol did this role at least 4 times both on Broadway in New York City and also on tour in the traveling companies, all across the United States.
Channing is survived by her only child, a son from her 2nd husband, Channing Carson, who is a cartoonist under the name of Chan Lowe. Chan took the sur name of Carol's 3rd husband Charles Lowe, who also happened to be her manager and publicist in 1960 when they got married. Carol was married 4 times, with most of the marriages lasting just 5-6 yrs except the 4th one, to Harry Kullijian who was her old bf from jr high school. This marriage ,which lasted for 8 yrs 7 months and 2 weeks, and ended with Harry's death on Dec26, 2011 on the eve of Harry's 92 nd birthday.

Ok I just LOVE the internet!!!! Everything really is at your finger tips. So, remember how I told you how Jordin Sparks up and married her bf Dana while surfing? Well, I was right about the laws being different all over the 50 states in the USA. As a matter of fact they can be different within the different counties in each individual state. For the state of Hawaii, you must register with the State not the county and pay a $10.00 administrative fee. You can do that online and they recommend that you register at least 2 weeks in advance of the ceremony because you, the officiant must be registered and have your certificate in hand or else the marriage is not valid. I wonder if Jordin and her officiant know that? Maybe I will tweet her and let her know. This is why sometimes things done on a spur of the moment dont work out. Also, in Hawaii, the marriage license must be filed in 10 days or less or again the marriage is not valid. I dont know if you , need a blood test, like you do, here in California just to get the license.

Former Cast Member of Love and Hip Hop Atl, Tommie Lee Arrested on a Slew of Charges Including Child Abhse
Former cast member of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, Tommie Lee, real name Atasha Chizaah Jefferson, (I wonder if she is related to George Jefferson or our 3rd President Thomas Jefferson? Hmm, anyway. Hahaha) Tommie was arrested for grabbing one of her children by the hair and slamming the child's head into a metal locker at the child's school. Oooohhhh, damn, I remember days like that, when I would open a fresh mouth to my mother and she would backhand me or make me go get a switch and then beat my ass until I screamed. Anyway, Tommie was indicted in Cobb County Georgia on aggravated assault , child cruelty, battery, and disrupting a public school. These charges stem from the above incident I just told you about, which happened back in Oct 2018. Anyway, Tommie is facing 54 yrs in prison if convicted of all charges. Three of those charges are felonies and carry the most time.
I wonder if Tommie was drinking that day? She is clearly an alcoholic. The last time I watched the show was just around the time that the producers announced that Tommie would not be filming with the show any more. And now, I just read that she has left the show for good. She needs Jesus and some serious therapy and in-house rehab!!!!
I wonder if any of the the other cast members are still in touch and\or helping her? I wish you good luck Tommie and please get some help before it is too late and you end up dead in prison or both.

Congratulations to Jordin Sparks on Her Sham Marriage to Male Model
Ok I know I am late because this happened way back in July 2018, but hey I cant read all of the tabloids!!! Hahaha. Anhway, actress singer and American Idol winner season 6 winner, Jordin Sparks, does a surprise marriage to boyfriend and male model Dana Isiah, while vacationing in Hawaii. The couple were out surfing and while waiting for a wave they looked at each other and said, yeah let's do it now. So, a friend of theirs who just so happens to be ordained swam over and performed the ceremony spur of the momonet. Now, I dont know about all jurisdictions, but some require that you get a blood test prior to getting married and some require that you have the marriage license in hand at the time of the ceremony. Like in Atlanta, you must have the license available at the ceremony or the marriage is not valid. Do you remember when Rhoa's Cynthia Bailey was gonna marry Peter and at some point before the ceremony they couldn't find the license and Cynthia was willing to go forward anyway? She didn't know her mother and sister were with holding the certificate. So, if I were Jordin, I would check and make sure that the marriage is valid. Especially now, that she is pregnant and expecting a baby in the spring.

Man Arrested for Stealing Roommates' $10 Million Ticket!!!
A man in Vacaville bought a $30 scratch off ticket that he thought was a winner for $10,000.00. Apparently, there is a market in Vacaville called the Lucky Market and it is well known for selling winning tickets. Anyway, this guy made lots of mistakes after purchasing his ticket. The first of which is he did not sign his ticket in ink. The next mistake he made was he didn't secure his ticket in a safe place and the 3 rd mistake was he ran his mouth and told people about the winning ticket before he claimed his prize.
So the next day, the winner ( whose name is being with held) drove to the Sacramento Lottery claims office to collect his prize. However, the lottery office told him that the ticket had been altered and was not a winner. Dude is lucky that he didnt end up in jail for trying to claim a prize with a bogus ticket!! That IS a crime. So , the lottery office was on notice for a winning ticket from Lucky Market in Vacaville. And the following day, low and behold, Abdul Saysongyang walks in with such a ticket, except the prize amount is not $10,000.00 but $10 million dollars and guess who is Abdul's roommate? That's right folks, the guy from the day before. The winner is lucky that his roommate didnt kill him for the ticket.
So people, heed my warning, as soon as you can, sign your ticket. Second, put it in a safe place, like your wallet. Finally, DO NOT TELL ANYONE if you win, until after you have claimed your check. And whatever you do, do not tell anyone where you bought your ticket. This is a very vital piece of information that the lottery will ask you when you claim your prize. Because, the lottery is gonna send an investigator out to pick up the tapes for the time you tell them you were there buying your ticket. The lottery always investigates winning tickets over $600. Anyway, Abdul was arrested when he tried to claim the prize. He was taken to Sacramento County Jail and then transferred to the Solano County Jail, because Vacaville is in Solano County. He is facing Grand Theft charges, and his bail has been set at $65,000.00. I hope his stupid ass roommate doesn't bail him out! I had a cousin who owned one of those Montessori Schools and there was this woman in the main office who used to collect checks and cash from the parents. Well, this woman started stealing the payments. When my cousin identified her. The woman apologized and begged my cousin not to tell the authorities. And since my cousin felt bad for her, she didn't have her arrested. She is very lucky, because I would have had her arrested so fast!!! Arrest Warrant Issued For Homeless Man in Gofundme scam!
An arrest warrant has been issued for the homeless man involved in the Gofundme scam involving 3 people in New Jersey. The warrant was issued for Johnny Bobbit when he failed to appear in court for a hearing. Johnny also failed to notify the court where he was living and if he had been looking for work.
This whole scam started back in 2018, when a story went viral, how this homeless vet had given his last $20 to this woman who ran out of gas on the highway near the overpass he was living under. Not only did he use his last $20 to buy her some gas but he went and bought the gas too. Now when I first heard about the story, the couple (Mark D'Amico and Kate McClure) was accused of stealing at least half of the $402,000.00+ dollars raised on the gofundme page for Johnny. The couple had went on multiple trips to Las Vegas and other parts of the world too. they also went on multiple shopping sprees too. The couple also bought themselves a brand new BMW. And they had only given Johnny about $25,000.00 and they had bought him a used truck and a little camper which they had parked on some land owned by the bf of the couple.
The couple had refused to give Johnny any more money until he got off of the crack he was using and stopped drinking. When I first read that I was outraged , here this man had helped them no conditions attached and now they were dictating to him how he should live. Now, I dont condone his drinking and drugging but thats not my business, Johnny is grown and he can do what he want to, even if it is bad for him. However, the couple were spending the money like 2 drunken sailors.
So some time goes by and then we learn that the entire scenario was a scam! There was never any meeting on the highway and $20 for gas. The 3 of them had come up this scam together. This whole scam started back in 2018, when a story went viral, how this homeless vet had given his last $20 to this woman who ran out of gas on the highway near the overpass he was living under. Not only did he use his last $20 to buy her some gas but he went and bought the gas too. Now when I first heard about the story, the couple (Mark D'Amico and Kate McClure) was accused of stealing at least half of the $402,000.00+ dollars raised on the gofundme page for Johnny. The couple had went on multiple trips to Las Vegas and other parts of the world too. they also went on multiple shopping sprees too. The couple also bought themselves a brand new BMW. And they had only given Johnny about $25,000.00 and they had bought him a used truck and a little camper which they had parked on some land owned by the bf of the couple.
The couple had refused to give Johnny any more money until he got off of the crack he was using and stopped drinking. When I first read that I was outraged , here this man had helped them no conditions attached and now they were dictating to him how he should live. Now, I dont condone his drinking and drugging but thats not my business, Johnny is grown and he can do what he want to, even if it is bad for him. However, the couple were spending the money like 2 drunken sailors.

Actor Johnny Depp Sues British Paper, The Sun For Defamation!
Actor Johnny Depp is suing British paper the Sun for defamation after they published an article calling him a wife beater. So in the UK the roles are reversed. The defendant must prove the truthfulness of the defamatory statements. Here in the USA, the plaintiff is responsible.
So, there were depositions taken during the 2016 divorce between Amder Heard and Johnny Depp where she claims Johnny used to beat her during their marriage and that he beat her so often that they named the personality "the monster". Wow, you white people are crazy! If I were married and had an abusive spouse, I would not be taking the time to name it. But my spouse definitely would get a name, he would be referred to as the decedant, 'cause I would kill him! I am just saying, once and we're done!!!
Anyway, back to the depositions, Amber claimed that during the last night she and Johnny were in the LA condo, he threw her cell phone as hard as he could at her head. He broke a lot of glass and he struck her more than once. However the two cops that showed up both said Amber didnt have a mark on her. Hmmm. Sounds to me like Amber knows the system and she tried to have Johnny arrested so that she could get the upper hand by labeling him as an abuser. You women know just how to push a guys buttons to make him explode just so you can get a n order of protection and make him move out so that you can get the house or apt. I have seen it done on Judge Judy. She hates women like that.
So both Johnny and Amber signed non disclosure agreements (NDA), but neither one is holding up to the agreements. Both have been talking about the other one in the press. So much for the NDAs!!!! They are clearly useless.
I wonder what Amber will say if she is called to testify in the defamation case?? Will she recant her statements in the deposition and if she does will that piss the divorce judge off? Could Amber be facing jail time for lying in that deposition? That's 5years for perjury!! Wow, this defamation case could have major repercussions for Amber!!!!

Review of Fox Networks ' The Masked Singer!!! Ah-Mazing!!!!
I just love Fox Networks new show, the Masked Singer. They should put singer in quotes though. Not all of the singers can sing, like with tye guy in the cool hippo costume. He warbled Bobby Brown's, " Its My Perogative". The voice was not that good and you could definitely tell this guy was not really a trained singer. So I guess thats why the "D" list judges Jenny McCarthy, Ken Jeoung, Robin Thicke, and Nicole Scherzinger, voted him off.
Sorry, maybe I should tell you the premise of the show? So, these costumed celebrities are dressed in the most fabulously , glorious costumes. On the premiere show, there was a peacock, hippo, lion , monster,unicorn and deer. The unicorn and the lion had the best voices and the most elaborate costumes. Anyway, there is a packet video with clues to the masked singers identity. They perform head to head and at the end of the show, tge 4 judges vote for the worst performance and that person must unmask in fronyt of everyone. Hahaha All during the performances tge judges are just making stupid uneducated guesses to the singers identity. I just ignored them! Hahaha Also, when the host, Nick Cannon chats with the singer after their performance, the show uses one of those voice modulators so their speaking voices are shrill and completely unrecognizable! Hahaha Sigh. So that is no help at all.
Anyway, just for the costumes alone are worth watching. And some of the singers CAN sing! I loved it and watch again next week. Check it out, you wont regret it.

Singer Toni Braxton Calls Off Engagement to Rapper "Birdman" Williams!!!
I had hoped this marriage wouldn't take place, and thank God it appears its over between songstress Toni Braxton and rapper Bryan "Birdman" Williams.
On Jan 1,2019, Toni posted a picture with a telling caption. "Starting a new chapter isn't an easy choice....but ALWAYS choose to be chosen. Cheers to a new year." Sounds to me like Birdman was ignoring Toni and or cheating on her.
In Nov 2018, Toni appeared on the Wendy Williams Show and she told Wendy that they were filming the Braxtons, and her sisters were causing problems during the filming because several of the sisters were fighting with each other and refused to film with each other. But Toni and Birdman had also set 2 previous dates but they didn't pan out, because of the sisters. So, the sisters were ineffect also damaging her relationship with Birdman. Because, Birdman was getting tired of just being engaged. Sigh, but I am glad that tge wedding didn't take place, because Toni wanted a theme wedding. Her "theme" was the Great Gatsby, EWWW! Hahaha
Anyway, the reason why I didnt want Toni to marry Birdman, was because, do you remember a blog entry of mine from a few years ago when Lil Wayne's tour bus got shot up after a concert, I believe in the Atlanta area? Olivia Newton -John Denies Reports That She is On Her Deathbed!!
According to RadaronLine and Australia's Now to Love, Olivia Newton-John has just weeks to live and is on her deathbed. Because she is fighting cancer for the 3rd time in 20yrs. Well Olivia posted a video today on her Twitter looking fresh faced with sparkling eyes, and looking like a million bucks. She just wanted everyone to know that the rumors were wrong. From looking and listening to her, i would say the rumors are out and out lies from someone trying get their 15 mins or some easy cash!

Captain, Formerly With the 1970s Duo The Captain and Tennille, Dead at 76 Years!!!
Aww, it is with a heavy heart that I announce that the "Captain", formerly with the the 1970s duo, the Captain and Tennille, , real name Daryl Dragon, passed away at a hospice in Prescott,Arizona from renal failure. He was just 76 years old.
The Captain was a classically trained pianist who used to play with the Beach Boys in the 1970s. And he used to do side gigs , which is how he met his future wife Tennille when she hired him to play in a gig for her. He then introduced her to the Beach Boys and she became a backup singer for them. Then in 1975, the Captain and Tennille put out the single, a cover of Neil Sedaka's "Love Will Keep Us Together", which won the 1975 Grammy for Record of the Year.
Also, in 1975 ABC network hired The Captain and Tennille to host their own variety show. Unfortunately, because Daryl didn't like public speaking this show only lasted one season. However, because the network loved the duo so much they let them do several specials. (A variety show is a show where celebrities perform their hit songs and then they would also perform skits with the hosts and duets with the hosts, for those of you are younger than 30 yrs old, look one up on youtube!)
