Jacksons vs AEG Live Opening Arguments Begin On Monday April 29, 2013

Well this has been a long time coming, almost 4yrs to be exact. Katherine Jackson and her 3 grandchildren, Paris, Prince and Blanket are suing AEG Live (Anschutz Entertainment Group) for wrongful death over the death of Michael Jackson. The suit claims that AEG Live hired Dr. Conrad Murray for $150,000.00 per month to get Michael to Perform for the This Is It Tour in London back in 2009. Conrad Murray was subsequently convicted of involuntary manslaughter and is serving a 4yr jail term. AEG Live is claiming that the Jacksons are seeking $40 billion, yes that's BILLION with B! But attorneys for the Jacksons have stated that that is absolutely NOT true, they are willing to allow the jury to set the dollar amount. And that AEG Live is trying to sway the jury against the Jacksons with the high dollar amount. I think it's a little high, but I don't think it is outrageous! Michael was still a relatively young guy he had a good 20+ years left in him for making music. So he could potentially made another billion dollars with his talents. He was an amazing song writer, performer, music producer, dancer etc. And although he claimed this was it as far as doing concerts, I'm sure that was probably not true. Look at Cher and Barbara Streisand, they have both don't a good 2 or 3 farewell tours themselves. As a matter of fact, I think they are both due to do another farewell tour. It's been a hot minute since the last ones. hahahahaha I think what has shocked me about this suit is not the $40 billion but the $150,000.00 that Conrad was supposed to be making. That's a whole lot of cheddar bitches! hahahahaha Well, this trial will not be televised, we will only get updates from the media. Too bad, I think it's going to be a very good trial. Lots of drama and secrets. Both ex-wives are on the witness list, Debbie Rowe and Lisa Marie Presley. I wonder if Janet is flying in from Qatar for the trial? Well good luck Katherine. Xfactor Replacement Judges!

As you may or may not know, Xfactor is down 2 judges at the end of last season because Brittany Spears and LA Reid will not be returning for season 3. And several names have been tossed around since the finale. This week Kelly Rowland formerly of Destiny's Child is being tossed into the possible judging pool. Another one is Jennifer Love Hewitt, she is mainly an actress but she has recorded an album before and had a minor hit song. Wendy Williams seems to think Sean Puffy Combs would make a good replacement for LA Reid. I don't really care for Puffy. He needs to stay on MTV and do another season of making the band or something. hahahahaha Whoever Simon picks to fill the open chairs, I would suggest you be nicer to them otherwise they are going to leave too. hahahaha Good luck, 'cause I love this show. It's way better than American Idol. American Idol just puts you on the stage with a band and a few backup singers. On Xfactor, each song is a major production, you get the band and the back up singers, but you also get dancers and a choreographed routine. Sot it's more like a concert performance than just 90 seconds of a song. Yeah!

Australian Karl Berry Dies From Snakebite!

Dateline: Darwin Australia, 26 yr old Karl Berry, a field hockey player was cleaning up the Marrara Hockey Center on Tues and picked up a brown snake and tossed it into the bushes. In doing so, he was bitten on the hand but didn't give it much thought because he thought the snake was nonvenomous. BIG MISTAKE! Even I know that brown snakes in Australia are deadly! Australia has 12 of the world's 14 deadliest snakes. So if you are in Australia be cautious and do NOT pick up snakes at all because it is most likely a venomous one. Then Karl went on a jog and ended up collapsing, an ambulance was called and it was another 15 mins b4 he mentioned that he had been bitten by a snake. Damn! That is just so sad. He died in the hospital a couple of days later. There was a similar situation on the reality show, Swamp Wars. However, it had a different result thank God. But this guy finds this baby snake in his back yard and he picks it up and puts it into a box and then he calls the fire dept. But he was handling it and his kids were petting it; turns out it was a baby cotton mouth. Which is indigenous to Florida. It just goes to show you, DO NOT PICK UP SNAKES unless you are an EXPERT! Rest in Peace Karl.

Country Music Legend George Jones Dead at 81

Country music has lost a legend this week. Singer George Jones who had a #1 hit in every decade from the 1950s to the 1990s. George had been ailing for over a year and succumbed to that bad health today in a hospital in Nashville TN. Rest in peace. George was 81yrs old.

Michelle Wins Project Runway 11...YAWN!

Okay this was no surprise to me. I had a feeling 4 episodes ago when they didn't kick her off. WHAT A SHAM! If she had been a minority, they would have kicked her off. In 10 seasons they have NEVER given ANYONE a second chance. Why Michelle? She did NOT listen to Nina Garcia when she told them NOT come back with a tshirt and jeans. And what does Michelle do, she came back with a pair of pants and a very casual shirt one step above a tshirt. Had she been a minority she would have been told to pound sand. Now I am convinced that the producers are racist. I think Patricia should have won. Stanley shot himself in the foot from jump street. Its like when he left and was working on his own he took 5 steps back and had so much trouble completing garments in a timely fashion. Michelle had some very nice pieces, but she also had some serious costumes in her collection. All of those layers were just too much. No one really dresses like that in real life. Big Giant over sized sweaters with booty shorts? Really? No way! Or ugly little thigh length leather chaps with skinny pants. Ugggh!!! Not happening. And breast plates? Are we back in the Viking Ages?? I don't think so. Oh well, we need to come up with our own design show so that we can get a fair shake. Just like we've had to do with everything else. Sad but true. Kris Jenner Got Her Daughter Khloe Fired from XFactor!

This is kind of shocking. When I used to watch Keeping Up With the Kardashians, I always thought Kris Jenner was very professional and above board. But that was just an act apparently. Kris got Khloe fired from Xfactor hosting job. She did this by harassing the producers and co host hottie Mario Lopez. She would tell Mario to take a back seat to Khloe and not to up stage Khloe. That Khloe was needed to shine, etc. And then she would go directly to the producers and bad mouth Mario to them. WOW! What the hell was she thinking? Khloe could have made some really good money on Xfactor and it would have been her money. And then she could stop living off of her husband. hahahahaha (Oooo Snap! Yes that was a read. hahahahaha)

American Idol Producers Wanted to Fire Mariah and Replace her with Jennifer Lopez

WOW! This is shocking but just shows you how cutthroat the Entertainment Industry is. Word circulating through the media now is that the producers of American Idol soured with her lackluster performance as a judge and wanted to fire her and replace her with past judge Jennifer Lopez. WTF! Well, I haven't watched the performance shows because 4 judges is just too much boring chatter. So I've only been watching the elimination shows. And again there is a lot of talk, but not as much as it would be on a performance show. hahahaha But I did notice that Mariah doesn't bring it. She's kind of a cross between a lucid Paula Abdul and  a boring Ellen DeGeneres. Wendy Williams thinks that Mariah should quit and return the money she was paid and then walk. I tend to agree, Mariah is worth something like $500 million dollars so that measly little $16 or 18 Million she was paid to do the show is nothing to her. I always thought doing this show was beneath her. This show as far as the judges go, has always been hasbeens; with the exception of Simon Cowell. Niki Minaj has done an outstanding job, but she is just about 2 steps too ghetto for me. Keith Urban has been an afterthought. He and Randy both are kind of just there like lumps on a log. I think the producers should hire Demi Lovato and /or Nicole Sherzinger. They were really good on Xfactor, too bad they pissed Simon off. hahahaha Oh well, get it together fellas!

Katt Williams NOT Going to Jail for Lowspeed Chase in Sacramento

Troubled comedian Katt Williams dodged a huge bullet when the Judge presiding over his case of the low speed chase in Sacramento Calif last fall gave him unsupervised probation and community service. Katt was sentenced to 180 days in jail but the judge stayed 90 days and converted the other 90 to 420 hours of community service. Just goes to show you, if you are rich, you can get away with lots of bad behaviors and not have to be properly punished. Oh well, maybe he will get some time for his other outstanding cases, like slapping the Target employee. hahahaha

I'm a Velveeta Gold Digger!!! Velveeta Cheesey Mac Box Dinner is YUM YUM DELICIOUS!!

Velveeta has a new box dinner out similar to hamburger helper only better tasting. I bought mine from the 99 Cents store so it was, just 99 cents. hahahaha I love Velveeta cheese so I was hoping it would be tasty. Well it was VERY tasty and delicious indeed. And really simple to make, brown the meat, add water seasoning packet and macaroni simmer until the pasta is tender. Add the cheese sauce and serve. Thanks for a yummy meal Velveeta! I guess I am now a GOLD DIGGER. hahahaha They have a commercial out for a Velveeta product where they call people gold diggers if they like the cheese. hahahaha

Dina Eastwood has entered rehab for anxiety and depression and NOT for substance abuse. Wouldn't you be depressed and anxious if you were married to a man 35years your senior who was a whackadoo? That's right folks, the judge presiding over Lauryn Hi'll's tax evasion case has given her just 2 weeks to cough up the $500,000 + in back taxes or she will be sentenced to 24 to 30 months in PRISON! Not Jail, but PRISON. The Big House! Ooooooh gurl, I sure hope you got that paper hidden somewhere! 13 Female Corrections Officers Indicted in Maryland!

Okay this is just down right lowdown and dirty. We expect our prison guards to uphold the law and keep order and etc while performing their duties. These 13 prison guards in a Maryland prison threw all caution to the wind and forgot that they were sworn officers of the law. These 13 sluts and I'm sorry but I am insulting sluts here. hahahaha These 13 whores were having sex with inmates in the Black Guerrilla Family, a well known prison gang. Not only did these chicks have sex with the inmates, but they also brought dope, cell phones and cash in and out of the prison. 4 of the corrections officers got pregnant by the leader of the gang. US Government Files Suit Against Lance Armstrong

I am very pleased to announce that the US Government has filed papers to sue disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong. He and his teammates on Tailwind Sports accepted $40 million dollars as compensation for years 1998 to 2004. Lance's cut was $17.9 million. No wonder the postal service is hurting for money. Wasting all that money on that effing cheater! As you know Lance has admitted to doping to Oprah Winfrey on a special interview show she did back in January 2013. Lance was subsequently stripped of all 7 Tour De France Medals and banned for life from competing in any organized sports. Lance seems to think that his banning was too harsh. Awww, really? Well, I dont agree. I think it is very appropriate. And I hope the US Governments gets treble damages against you. You lied and you cheated and you were very grandiloquent in your response to any one who would accuse you of doping. For that alone, you should have been banned for life. I hate holier than thou types who can look you in the face and lie to you. I really wish you could do some jail time. I think losing your freedom in this case is warranted also. I hope you lose all of your houses, your cars, every single dime you have in the bank, etc etc. You dont deserve to have anything left after what you did. You are guilty of defrauding the US Government and all of your other sponsors and you should pay back every red dime they gave you and then some. You scumbag!

No Prenup for Porsha When She Married Kordell Stewart!

Oh NO! Say it aint so! Kordell is not only an undercover homo, but he is HELL of stupid! When you have the kind of paper he has, you should ALWAYS get a prenup b4 you marry. But since Kordell didn't, Porsha is entitled to a lot of his loot. Dumbass! I'm not 100% privy to the divorce laws in Atlanta because as you know each state has its own laws. But normally, when there isn't a prenup, the wife is entitled to 50% of the earnings during the marriage. The judge can also take into account the lifestyle that the couple lead during the marriage.Kordell is lucky that there were not any children born into the marriage, so he wont have to pay child support. hahahaha If I were Porsha, I would demand the house, a Range Rover or Mercedes SUV, and 3 to 5 million dollars. Kordell is worth about $16.5 million according to this networth website I use to check those sort of things. So dont ask for half, ask for less than half and that way he shouldn't balk too much. But if he does, then go for the jugular and ask for $10 million. RHOA: Reunion Part 3 Did NOT Disappoint!

Oh wow! There was all kinds of drama on the final installment of the Reunion for Real Housewives of Atlanta. We had a nice segment with the husbands and fiances of the ladies. The only one missing was Kordell Stewart, he supposedly had a business dinner with head of the radio station. Yeah, I'm so sure. hahahaha He didn't want to come on the Reunion because I think he is afraid of someone outing him or at least questioning his sexuality. His wife Porsha is young and dumb and that bitch CANNOT sing! She warbled some of Amazing Grace after claiming to be able to blow like a "comglobuation" or some other silly made up word. I think she meant to say combination of Mary J Blige and Beyonce. But that was completely far reaching. Her voice lacks the tone and power that both Mary J and Beyonce have. Porsha needs the help of a hand basket to carry a tune properly. She was pitchy and her performance lacked conviction and passion. So sit down fool. You don't sing as well as Mary J nor Beyonce nor even Solange.

There was some major accusations being thrown about between Apollo and Kendra. She claims he has been texting her and she pulls out her phone to prove it. He claims she was pushing up on him, and offering to get all kind of freaky with him like his wife wont do. Apollo even claims that he had to change hotels in LA because Kendra wouldn't stop trying to get some. Oh! And b4 the men came out on stage, Kendra told Phaedra that she was having sex with a convicted felon and wasn't even smart enough to use a condom and got pregnant and then didn't even know when her baby was due. hahahaha Don't come for Kenya unless she sends for you boo. hahahaha I'll give it to Kenya she can read a bitch!!! There were some major revelations made on this show also. First of all, Kenya and Walter NEVER had sex. WTF? I thought ya'll was in a relationship? And that ya'll had dated for years? So in all that time, however long that was, he never hit it? That tells me that he wasn't really that in to her. Look, if a man aint trying to get any within 30 days, of any relationship, then he's not that into you gurl. Move on. Most men are trying to hit it on day one. hahahahaha Its one thing if he's really into you and you got him waiting, but I bet he's still gonna TRY to hit it. hahahahaha I think Kenya contradicted herself also. first she says you have to work hard to get her "cookies", but then in Anguilla she was throwing herself at Walter when he was in the shower. So had he "worked" hard enough to get some by then? Apparently so. hahahahaha  Also, another revelation is that Walter wears a toupe. WOW! I couldn't tell. But looking back if you look really close, his hair line does look a little fake. hahahahaha It's too perfect.

Finally, I just want to say thanks for a banging reunion show! It was HELL OF GOOD!!! Lots of drama and  "reading" and verbal cat fighting. YEAH!!!

Well I am looking forward to next season. This season was really good, but I think the next one will be even better. hahahaha

Academy Award Winning Actress Reese Witherspoon Arrested for Disorderly Conduct: Husband Arrested for DUI

Oh NO! Say it isn't so! But it is! Reese Witherspoon and her latest husband were both arrested on Friday Morning in Atlanta Georgia. Reese was arrested for disorderly conduct because she kept getting out of the car asking questions of the Police officer that was giving her husband, Jim Toth a field sobriety test. Which he faild and was subsequently arrested for DUI. Reese had been drinking also which probably accounted for her high and mighty attitude and her snippy ways with the officers instructions to stay in the car. She got out of the car on 3 separate occaisions and on the final one, the officer had no choice but to arrest her. Wow, dont you just love it when a drunk with self entitlement issues trys to run shipshod over you? Do you know she actually asked the officer if he knew who she was? Bitch you aint nobody! So what if you won an Oscar! Big whoop! That doesnt give you and your drunk husband the right to drive drunk endangering the lives of innocent people. I know what, let's ask Lane Garrison if it is a good idea to drive drunk? Lane is it a good idea to drive drunk? I bet his answer would be HELL NO! Lane Garrison is the actor from the TV Show Prison Break, who was driving drunk with a blood alcohol level of .20! Who got into an accident that killed his 17 yr old passenger and injured 2 other passengers back 2 Dec 2006. Lane did about 18 months in prison and is currently doing 4yrs of probation. What if Jim Toth had swerved into another vehicle causing it to crash into a pole killing the occupants? Or what if he had ran over a little old lady crossing the street? You cant say it would never happen to me, just ask Lane if it is possible? It's not like they couldn't afford to hire a cab or a town car to take them home. Drinking and Driving is just plain stupid!!! Dont do it. It's not worth killing someone over.

UPDATE: Boston Marathon Bombings! 1 Dead 1 In Custody!

Okay let me try to break this down how things have unfolded over the last 4 days. On Monday, two bombs that were hidden in pressure cookers and back packs exploded about 20 seconds apart. One bomb was right at the finish line to the race and the other one was about 2 blocks back up the street b4 you got to the finish line. After about a day of looking at surveillance pictures from business on the street at those 2 locations and looking at pictures taken by the media and bystanders 2 men were identified as having been seen with the back packs just prior to the explosions. As it would turn out, these 2 are brothers, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev  19 yrs old and his 26 year old older brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev. Dzhokhar was student at University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and he lived in the dorms. Tamerlan was a part time student at some community college and he was married with a young daughter. These brothers were immigrants from Chechnya and Muslim. They had been here for about 10years according to their uncle who lives in Md. They escaped from Chechnya and asked for political asylum which was granted by the US Government. So the police and FBI isolated pics from the video of these 2 men and released it to the Public requesting help in identifying the 2 men. Now details are sketchy here. But on Thursday night at MIT a call was made to the MIT Campus police about a disturbance. Officer Sean Collier arrived and b4 he could get out of his car he was shot multiple times and died at the scene.  10 mins later Dzhokhar was seen a gas station down the street from that killing and black Mercedes sedan was carjacked. The driver was taken but released shortly thereafter. He phones the police and says he thinks he was just carjacked by the 2 bombing suspects. So a police chase ensues and the 2 brothers are tossing homemade granades and pipe bombs and shots at the police. 26yr old Tamerlan was shot and killed during this exchange and Dzhokhar escapes on foot, they are now in the city of Watertown. So the police put the word out that everyone should shelter in place and they stopped the Amtrak train sevice, the city bus service and they are now conducting door to door searches in the neighborhood that the Dzhokhar was last seen in.  For the next 20hrs or so, there was no luck in finding him.  Then the police receive a call from a man nearby the 20 block perimeter they set up where they were looking for Dzhokhar. The man was calling to report that he had went out into his backyard and he saw blood on his boat cover and that there was a bloody man hiding inside the boat when he looked inside. So the police rush over and another gunfight ensues. However this time Dzhokhar is taken into custody alive and then taken to a local hospital for treatment. He has wounds to his neck and leg. He is in critical condition but is expected to survive. Personally, I think the cops should have shot him full of holes just like his bombs mangled so many people on Monday. A lot of people want to hear him talk and tell if there are others involved , if more attacks are planned and why he and his brother went ape shit on everyone bombing them. I doubt that this guy is going to talk. If anyone helped these 2 whackadoos, I'm sure their secret is safe with him. I pray that I am wrong, but I doubt it. Chechen's are fucking crazy assholes. I have changed my mind about them over the years. They are heartless cold blooded killers. They once took an elementary school hostage in Russia and killed a LOT of children. This race of people are blood thirsty relentless and cold blooded killers of women and children. I think Russia had the right idea. Just HOLLER if you need any help Russia!!!

What makes this whole situation so bad, is one of their Aunts who now lives in Canada was talking all of this bullshit about "...show her the evidence" of them leaving the bombs and her nephews were angels and very nice guys. I wanted to punch that bitch in her big fat mouth. Their Uncle, on the other hand,  who lives in MD he is saying just the opposite. He called the brothers "losers" and said that he "is very sorry for what they had done. They put a shame on my family and on all of the people of Chechnya." Now him I like. And their father, when he was told that Dzhokhar was arrested, he said for his son "to tell the truth, tell the whole truth!" I like the Uncle and the father, they don't seem to play games.

Wow, 2012/2013 is not a good year for singer/actress Lauryn Hill. In June 2012 she plead guilty to 3 counts of failure to file income taxes for years 2004, 2005, and 2006. Now she is facing eviction from her East Orange New Jersey Mansion that she was renting. She stopped paying rent a few months ago and the Owner wants his duckets! As well he should. Dang Lauryn how the mighty have fallen. She supposedly earned 1.6 to 1.8 million dollars for that time period. The girl got 6 kids, so I think she should have been able to claim all of those kids. How much tax would she have owed with all of those deductions? hahahahahaha Get it together gurl! Get back in the studio and make us some more beautiful music. What is the World Coming To? Bombings and Explosions Running Rampant In USA!

Wow! This has been some week and it's only Thur. On Monday during the Boston Marathon, 2 assholes left IEDs (Improvised Explosive Device) along the race route, one almost right at the finish line and the other one a couple of blocks up the street from the finish line. Killing 3 people one of them an 8yr old boy; the other 2 were grown women. These bombs also wounded about 140 people because the bombs were filled with nails and ball bearings. A lot of people lots limbs. Lord have mercy, this is just terrible. One minute you are standing there watching people cross the finish line and then KABOOM! And now your leg is gone and you are bleeding to death. So sad.

Then last night in West Texas, a fertilizer plant exploded killing 14 people and wounding almost 200. This explosion destroyed homes on the same block as the plant and registered 2.1 as a seismic event. WOW! that was some kaboom! eh! I really hope this one was just an accident and not another act of terrorism?
We need to pray more people! God will watch over us if we do.

UPDATE! Petsmart Has Corrected It's Error! I Feel Vindicated!!! BOYCOTT Petsmart!

Yesterday I received a call from the District Manager James of Petsmart. He was calling to tell me that they had changed the sales tax back to 8.0% because they are indeed NOT located in the City of Sacramento; as I had told that rude ass bitch Michelle on April 5th. He also gave me a lame ass apology, too. So it took them 11 days to comply with the law. I wonder how many thousands of transactions they had in those 15 days between the 2 stores that were affected? I didn't ask, but I think I will call him back and ask him. It doesn't really matter. I am so done with Petsmart it aint even funny. I honestly think they made a mistake, however, that RUDE ass bitch Michelle just compounded it with her nasty attitude. James told me they did some retraining with her, but I dont think that is enough. I think she should be demoted or fired. You dont talk to a customer the way she talked to me. So they can suck shit out of my ass with a crackhead straw. I will NOT be shopping there any time soon. Maybe never! A few years ago, a clerk at Safeway withheld a bag of my groceries, because she was mad that I had more than 15 items in her line. So I had to make a second trip there and that time they didn't give me a gift card for my trouble. And how I knew she did it on purpose was when I went back to the store, I went to her line and I asked her if I left a bag at her register and I pulled out my receipt and she says, "you had all of those things at my line?" I was like, what the fuck? I had less than 15 items but I had multiples of individual items. I had like 3 sodas, 2 cereals, 3 pks of hamburger,. etc. So it's been about 3 years and I have not been back since. And I wont be going back there. You will respect me as a customer or I will shop elsewhere. PERIOD! So Please people DO NOT SHOP AT PETSMART! They are liars, rude ass bitches and I bet they are not going to tell their customers that they are owed a refund.

Actor and Think Like a Man Star Kevin Hart Arrested for DUI

Okay this is some really stupid shit. Actor and part time comedian Kevin Hart was arrested at 430am on Sunday after a CHP Officer watched him driving erratically and almost colliding with a gas tanker truck on the freeway. Kevin later tweeted that he was just 3 blocks from his house and this was a BS arrest. But I beg to disagree since Kevin FAILED the field sobriety tests given by the officer. HELLO! This is not laughing matter, you could have killed someone you fool! Yourself included. Why do rich people drink and drive when they could easily hire a car service or take a cab? Because they think they are above the law! Just this week here in Sacramento, a drunk driver hit and killed an adorable 2 yr old girl. And then ran away like a little bitch. Thank god there were witnesses and pointed out which house he was cowering in so the police were able to arrest him. I hope the cons inside fuck him up for what he did. That poor little girl, she was ONLY 2yrs old! So sad!! Kevin Hart take heed, that could have been you. I hope you lose your license for 5yrs at least. I think if lawmakers make the penalty really high for first time DUI offenders, we might be able to deter them from re offending and maybe we could stop others from offending in the first place. People drive drunk because they know very little will happen to them should they get caught. We had another case up here a few months ago where this old lady hit 2 little boys crossing the street on their way home from school. Both were seriously injure and the older one died later from his injuries and that was that chick's 4th or 5th DUI. I think there should mandatory jail time for 1st time offenders and mandatory prison time for repeat offenders. Say 6months for first time offenders and 3yrs for 2nd time, 5 yrs for 3rd time and 10 yrs for 4th time and 20yrs for 5th time. And no plea bargains at all. Stop coddling these fools.

Kevin you were wrong. PERIOD. And instead of jumping on your twitter and making jokes and talking shit about the cop who arrested you. You need to apologize to LA COUNTY for endangering the lives of the other motorists and maybe you should go to rehab if you have a drinking problem. Get some help and DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE. Chi Cheng, former bassist for Grammy-winning Deftones, dies in Sacramento at 42

Aww this is really sad. The former bassist for the Sacramento band known as the Deftones has passed away steming from injuries sustained in a head on car crash from 2008. Chi had been ejected from the car he was riding in when it collided head on with another vehicle and had been in a coma for a long time but had recently show signs of improvment. He died early on Saturday April 13,2013. Rest in peace.

Spartacus War of the Damned Finale SUCKED!

I was very excited and also more than a little sad to see this week's episode of Spartacus: War of the Damned. Excited because this is one of the BEST series ever! It is well written, well acted, thrilling with lots of plot twists and good action. Oh and LOTS of naked and near naked HOT MEN! hahahahaha Hollywood dug deep in the casting closet to find so many muscled and HUNKY guys. GOOD JOB! hahahaha And the overall story was very interesting to watch. It is based on the tale of Spartacus a soldier who was captured and turned into gladiator. What sets him off is the murder of his wife. His Dominus Bastiatus, pretends to bring her to his house to reunite her with Spartacus. As a gift for winning a big match in the Colleseum. But this was just a trick. Bastiatus had no intention of reuniting them stages a fake attack on the wagon which carries Spartacus's wife just outside of his home. So when she arrives she is barely clinging to life and ends up dying in Spartacus's arms. Is that cold hearted or what? Spartacus later learns the truth when he sees that the wagon driver who was supposed to have been injured in that attack, does not have a scare on his belly where he was injured in the fake attack.

Spartacus later leads an uprising and escapes from his captors killing them in the process. He was so good of a fighter by now, that he brings Rome to its knees on more than one occaision. He would capture a city and occupy it and enslaving its citizens.  He was one of the BEST warriors to have ever lived, in my opinion. He lived free for many years until this asshole Crasus went after him. And at the very end, he nearly took Crasus's head, but these sneaky Roman soldiers snuck up behind him and skewered him with 3 spears, dirty mother fuckers.Two in the back and one in the leg, but Spartacus was strong. So strong that that didn't kill him right away. Luckily some of his men came and rescued him b4 the Romans could finish him off. But poor guy didn't last much longer. And unfortunately Crasus survived. I hated him. He was a very vicious man and a lying cheating whore. He was married but preferred to fuck one of his slave girls. He had a young son about 19 or so and when this kid got mad, you better close your legs or your ass because he was coming for you. He raped the slave girl that his father was in love with and he also raped a male soldier who had pissed him off. So eventually the slave girl escapes and joins Spartacus and the other slaves.Then Tiberius who is the son of Crasus and her rapist is captured by Spartacus's men and a deal is brokered to retun Tiberius to Crasus, the slave girl seizes her opportunity to exact revenge and she stabs Tiberius to death. Good for her. Too bad she couldn't keep that a secret. Later on she returns to Crasus, but now he is mad at her and so he corrects her when she calls him by his first name and he tells her to call him Dominus from now on. That's what the slaves usually called their masters. Eww! Anyway, her dumbass tells Crasus that she killed his son and so later he crusifies her along with a lot of the other slaves he has captured in the final battle with Spartacus. Damyum that was COLD HEARTED! So what pissed me off is that ALL but one of the main slaves was killed including Spartacus. Some of the slaves that were captured were cruisified by being nailed to a cross and left to die. Crasus and Ceasar were allowed to live. I wanted Spartacus to escape and live free somewhere with his new woman. Damnit! hahahaha I think he had finally come to terms with the rape and murder of his first wife. I am very sad to see this series come to an end. And I definitely need to buy it on dvd. I want to watch every episode from the beginning! hahahaha

Regis Was FORCED Out of Live With Regis and Kelly

Oh man! I forgot to tell you this story. It just makes me mad when I think about it. Regis didn't retire from Live with Regis and Kelly. He was FORCED out of his own show. That was HIS show for like what 30yrs? 40yrs?! Gelman, the producer wanted to go with a younger demographic. He already had Kelly but he needed a nice young male to round out the morning banter. Now I have nothing against Michael Strahan. I like him and not because he is former pro football player. I like him because he is very easy on the eyes, and seems to be a very nice guy. And it wasn't his fault at all, they auditioned several guys before picking him to take the spot permanently. So Michael is completely innocent. I blame Gelman and the Network. Regis made you guys all of that money for all of those years and then when he gets a little long in the tooth you give him the big heave ho! That is just so wrong on so many levels. This all came to light because Regis is going to be hosting a new show. I forget what it is, I think it's a new game show or something. So people were like, but why did you retire if you now a few weeks later you are going back to work. And he was like well this is the what really happened. WOW! You just never know, right? A Russian Beaver Kills Man In Bizzare Attack!

Okay, so you might think I am pulling your leg with this one, but I assure I am not. But yesterday in Belarus Russia, a beaver, yes the kind that makes dams in lakes and gnaws down trees attacked and killed a man who was trying to take it's picture. So the man wasn't even annoying it, but I guess it wasn't in the mood for an impromptu photo shoot. hahahaha Sorry, I shouldn't make jokes, this is really serious. The man was not identified at all. The way the beaver killed him was it bite through his femoral artery and the man's friends were unable to stop the bleeding so he died of Exsanguination. So sad. I wonder why his friends did not know how to apply a turnaquit? or a pressure bandage? This is type of attack is not completely unheard of, but usually it is done by rabid beavers. This yahoo article listed a few other attacks by rabid beavers on the East Coast of the United States. I just think it is a good idea not to mess with wild animals. You just never know what they are going to do. Therefore, you should always keep a safe distance. Poor guy, rest in peace.

Tina Simpson(Mother of Jessica and Ashlee) Wanted to Shoot Her Husband And Then Commit Suicide After She Found Pics of Hubby's Boytoy!

WOW! This is shocking news! US Senate Is Retarded!

We need gun control not more stupid laws that criminals wont adhere to anyway. The US Senate in its "infinte wisdom" has passed a bill that requires everyone to pass a background check before they can purchase a handgun or a long gun. Ummm, excuse me, dont we already have that law? Also, what criminal do you know of is buying his guns legally? That's the whole point of them being a criminal is that they DO NOT follow the laws on the books now. DUH!!! I just want to know why cant lawmakers out law assault rifles? I know the US Constitution guarantees the right to bear arms, but it does NOT guarantee the right to bear assault rifles! Those 21 children at Conn would still be alive today if assault rifles were outlawed! PERIOD! Clearly, Lanza's mother had some mental issues of her own if she was taking her son to firing ranges and teaching him how to shoot. Why on earth did he or she for that matter need to know that? I will never understand why she did it. Or why she left her guns in an unlocked cabinet where he retarded son could easily have free access to them? He should have been locked away some where where he couldn't harm anyone. The only good thing he did that day was to kill his mother. That bitch didn't deserve to live among free people. Dennis Rodman Fired From Celebrity Apprentice All Stars

I am so mad, I could just spit! LOL Trace Atkins is a low down dirty dog! I think he set Dennis Rodman up. It was Traces' job to come up with the copy and work with the Graphic Artist to make the 2 posters for the challenge. Oh, yes the Challenge was to come up with advertorial for Melania Trump's new skin care line. So each team came up with a slogan and concept for the line. The problem with Dennis's team is he trusted his teammates to have his back and make sure everything was spelled correctly. I mean honestly, how hard is it to run spell check b4 you print out your work? I use spell check on my blog every day! DUH! So I think Trace purposefully misspelled Melania's name on one of the posters knowing that Dennis is not a detailed type guy. Dennis was doing so well this season. He was present and he was working hard on each task. And MOST of all he is sober! Poor Dennis. Come here and let me pull that machete out of your back! Damnit!

WOW! I guess it is true that they come in 3s. First Roger Ebert a couple of days ago and now Annette Funicello and Margaret Thatcher. Annette was 70 and died from complications of Mulstiple Sclerosis. She was first diagnosed with the disease in 1987. So this was a long battle that finally came to an end. Annette became famous as one of the original cast members of the Mickey Mouse Club. She later went on to star many Teenage Beach movies in the 1960s with heartthrob Frankie Avalon.

Margaret Thatcher, Great Britain's first and only female Prime Minister to date passed away from following a major stroke today. She was 87 and had been in poor health for some time. Current British Prime Minister David Cameron said she "didn't just lead our country, she saved our country". Maragret was also known fondly as the Iron Lady for her tenacity, strong will and no holds barred take no prisoners type attitude. She will be sadly missed. Rest in Peace.

Real Housewives of Atlanta Reunion Part 1 Was Hell of Good!

Well the ladies of Real Housewives of Atlanta Reunion was very lively today. Lots of accusations and snipes and quips. One of my favorite lines was made by Kenya Moore; "Dont come for me unless I send for you!" Late on she threatened to knock Phaedra's teeth out of her mouth even though Phaedra is 8 months pregnant now. hahahaha That's not good. So if you haven't guessed the animosity that Kenya and Phaedra have for each other has grown as the season has gone on. Kenya claims that her video is #8 on Amazon.com and Phaedra claims hers is in the top 10 also on Amazon. But that's not what I heard. According to Wendy Williams about 2 weeks ago, Kenya's video was #7 and Phaedra's was only #15. Oh well time will tell who is telling the truth I'm gonna check Amazon later and let you know. hahahaha Next week on Part 2 of the Reunion they are bringing that ugly fat assed bitch Kim Zolciak on. And I dont know why? She only appeared on 1 or 2 episodes this season. Personally I think they want to start some drama between Kandi and Kim because Kandi is suing Kim over Tardy for the Party. Kandi is finally trying to get her just due on the royalties.I never liked Kim, I think she is a racist. And she cant sing! So I really dont like her for torturing me! hahahahaha

Now let's talk fashions. Nene was wearing this draped blue gown with gold tone metal works on the shoulders and the bustline. She looked amazing. Kenya had on a yellow gown with illusion around the neck and shoulders very nice. I think yellow is her favorite color. hahahaha Now both Phaedra and Cynthia wore long black jersey dresses. Cynthia's had a big slit down the front so that her tah tahs were hanging out. Phaedra's was more conservative with a diagonal cutout from left arm pit to right shoulder. Newcomer Porsha also wore black, it was a little black underskirt with a giant chiffon one shouldered dress over that which was completely see through and it also had some flower appliques across her breasts to hide her lady parts. hahahahaha Very over the top kind of gown with a funny looking up do. She had all of this hair piled in  to a lopsided bun but her edges are really thin. Now I'm thinking all of that thick hair she's been sporting all season came from India and not her parents. hahahahaha I loved the silhouette but I think the bodice was too slutty. And finally Kandi was wearing a white one shoulder grecian gown and her hair is now red. Very nice. Loved her look.

I cant wait to see parts 2 and 3 because Nene and Phaedra get into it and I think Kim and Kandi have a go too. hahahaha Drama Drama Drama! Yeah! I'll be watching, will you?

Fashion Designer Lily Pulitzer dead at 81 of an undisclosed cause. If you are like me, you are asking well who the hell is Lily Pulitzer? Apparently she is some socialite who back in the 1950s started selling some sleeveless dresses that she had her seamstress make for her out of bright colors in her juice stand. Her husband at the time was some wealthy guy who owned a bunch of orange groves. And she was a messy drinker and kept staining her clothes with the juice she sold. hahahaha Girl I feel ya. I am a messy eater and my dog loves to snack off of me. hahahaha So anyway apparently her dresses were a big hit over there in Miami and last year her boutiques posted a total yearly earnings of $29.1 million. I've never heard of her or her line so it must be specific to Miami. hahahaha Well, sorry you are dead but you were 81, and that's OLD. hahahaha Rest in Peace.

Wesley Snipes Released From Prison Early But Still not 100 % Free!

Wesley Snipes was released from Federal Prison yesterday and he is now at undisclosed halfway house for the next four months to complete his 3yr sentence. Wesley was convicted back in 2008 for Tax evasion and failing to file tax returns or pay any taxes for tax years 1999 to 2006 when he made about $38 million dollars. Wow, that's a nice chunk of change Wesley. hahahaha Well good luck and spend some of that cash to hire a nice accountant. hahahaha

Oscar Winning Actress Halle Berry is Pregnant With a Son!

This is some VERY happy news. Halle Berry is pregnant with a son by fiance and fine ass man, Olivier Martinez. Engaged since late 2010, the happy couple are excited that Halle is carrying their child. This will be the 2nd child for Halle, she has a 5yr daughter Nahla with exbf Gabriel Aubry. I must say Halle sure does have good taste in men lately. Gabriel is hell of fine too.  Good luck Halle!

When asked about his views on gay marriage, he stated  that he didn’t “have a strong feeling either way” on the subject, mused: “Could a father not marry his son?” WHAT THE FUCK! I guess one can be senile at the tender age of 64. hahahaha How does one go from gay marriage to incest? EWWWWW!  You know what he should have stopped at the not having strong feelings either way. He went on to say "Incest is there to protect us from inbreeding, but men don't breed". OMG! I think he needs to stick to parroting other peoples words and keep his own to himself. Roger Ebert Dead at 70

Oh this is really a sad day, Movie Critic and Columnist Roger Ebert has long his 10 yr battle with Cancer. He passed away yesterday. I used to love watching him and fellow columnist Gene Siskel on the Siskel and Ebert Show. I didn't always agree with their assessments of the films that they reviewed but they were fun to watch and go at it when they disagreed. hahahaha Rest in Peace Roger.

Petsmart Has MORONS As Store Managers!

Ok this the deal. As of April 1st 2013 the CITY of Sacramento has a new sales tax, it is 8.5%. However, if you live in the County of Sacramento, your sales tax remains 8.0%. I went to the Petsmart located at 1738 Watt Ave which is located in the UNINCORPORATED area of Arden Arcade; which is SACRAMENTO COUNTY. NOT THE CITY OF Sacramento. And they charged me the new 8.5% sales tax. So I call the store and inform them of this FACT! I spoke with Michelle, so she looks up on the Board of Equalization website and parrots the info back to me about the sales tax going up to 8.5% in the CITY of Sacramento. Well that's all well and good, but her store is NOT located in the CITY of Sacramento. Her store is LOCATED in the UNINCORPORATED area known as Arden Arcade. I know it's kind of confusing, but if you are business owner or the MANAGER of a business I think you should KNOW where your store is located! I learned of this overcharging because of a Call Kurtis investigation on Channel 13 News. Walmart and Sam's Club were overcharging patrons too, but when the Call Kurtis Team notified them, they changed the sales tax back to the correct 8.0%. I just want to be fair pay ONLY the tax that I owe. I don't want to pay one cent more than I owe. PERIOD! So this chick Michelle was dismissive to me and she was acting like I was trying to scam her. So I called the Board of Equalization and talked to a customer service clerk there and he gave me a local website Geotax.com that you can input the address of the business and the dollar amount of the purchase and they will calculate the tax. So I did that and it also proved that this Petsmart location is in the UNINCORPORATED area of Arden Arcade and NOT Sacramento CITY proper. That's why I think the voters of Sacramento should have allowed the Arden Arcade area to incorporate a couple of years when we had that ballot measure. Then the city would be listed as Arden Arcade and not Sacramento. Dumb is as dumb does. hahahaha It's all good though, I have filed a complaint with Board of Equalization against Petsmart. It's not like it's a lot of money but it's the principle of the matter. I also emailed Channel 13 News and the producer of that segment called me: Adeline. She was very nice and very grateful to have my information about Petsmart. They are planning on updating the story tonite for the 10pm news. I will be watching! hahahaha OH! So if you live and work in the Arden Arcade area of Sacramento please check your receipts! And if the you get charged 8.5% let the store know they are overcharging you!

Chris Brown Is Still A LOSER!

Will someone please tell me why Chris Brown was on the Today Show boo hooing about losing everything? What a crock of shit! He is still driving around in his sports cars, he still has his freedom, and recording music and he's back dating Rhianna. So please, please tell me what did he lose? Yes his cd sales are down and people still call him a woman beater, but it looks to me like nothing has changed. Maybe you shouldn't have beat the shit out of Rhianna that day way back 2009 and then you wouldn't be in this situation. Donald Trump Gives Lady O the Heave HO!

That's right people, it finally happened on Celebrity Apprentice All Stars, Donald Trump fired Omarosa aka Lady O. This season Omarosa the most hated villain of all time on TV was in rare form. On episode 1 she got the beloved Brett Michaels fired. Brett was a fool to come back, he already won once and there is no way Donald was going crown him a winner for a second time. So now he's gone from winner to loser. All of the other past winners have made appearances on this season, but they have been guest judges not contestants. Maybe Brett is not as smart as we thought he was? Hmmmm. Then on that same first challenge, when Omarosa was asked how much money was brought in, she referred everyone to the Project Manager eventhough Omarosa had been in charge of the bank for the entire challenge. Personally, I think if I were the Project Manager I would have kept my own account of who brought in what money, and at the end of the challenge, I would have a total of how much was brought in by the group. Brande didn't do that and so when Omarosa referred everyone back to Brande she was unable to answer those questions and also, who brought in the least amount of money question. For the 2nd challenge, Omarosa was the PM (Project Manager) and they won. But in the boardroom she did a fake crying act over how much she missed her dead fiance. She dropped her head and covered her face with her hands and cryed like a starving baby. Boo hooing like someone just slapped the taste out of her mouth. She should have been fired on that one too, but for 2 episodes the PM were too scared to bring her back into the board room. I must say that I was really quite impressed with Dennis Rodman in the boardroom. He held his own with Omarosa and he was lucid, he was on point and he gave as good as he got from Omarosa. YEAH!
