OMG What the Eff happened? No one knows or at least no one is talking right now, including Freddie. Actor Freddie Prinze Jr is recovering from Spinal surgery. He is relearning how to walk and keeps posting selfies about his progress. He still looks good, but has a small bandage and neck brace. OMG how the mighty have fallen!!! Scot Stapp posted this rambling video on his Facebook account on Nov 26th , where he proclaims to be sober, broke and homeless. Well only part of that is true. Scott is broke but not because the IRS froze his accounts nor because the money was stolen from his accounts. Scott is broke because he has been buying drugs and using drugs and I don't just mean 1 or 2. According to his wife, Jaclyn, Scott has been doing amphetamines, methamphetamine, weed, cocaine, steroids, SpecialK, PCP, as well as Prescription meds also. WOW!!! How is he even still alive? It is so easy to mix a lethal combination when you are doing so many drugs together like that. I think it's just a matter of time b4 someone finds Scott Stapp dead in a motel room or in his truck. Jaclyn also claims that Scott has been pawning his belongings to get money to buy drugs. So she filed papers to have Scott committed for 60 day evaluation. I sure hope he gets the help he needs.

Aww this is sad, Ryan Knight who appeared on 2010 Real World New Orleans passed away from unknown causes Thanksgiving morning, he was just 29 yrs old. This is the 2nd Real World Alum to die suddenly in less than 1 month. Could there be a curse on the former cast members? On Wednesday night Ryan and friends had been partying all night, and he was in good spirits. He remarked how happy he was with a new relationship. So that is another reason why this was such a shock when his friends found him dead the next morning. Rest in peace Ryan.

Actor George Eads Last Remaining Original Cast Member is Leaving CSI at the End of This Season

Actor George Eads who portrays CIS Agent Nick Stokes will exit the long running series at the end of this season. No word on the specifics, like how his character will be written off the show, nor why he is leaving. George is the only original cast member left on the show after 15 seasons. Last season there was some sort of dust up but again no specifics were given in the Yahoo News article. I wonder if that was with other cast members or the producers?? Damn!!! Awww, this is kind of sad. Former 4 time Washington DC Mayor Marion Barry passed away at United Medical Center yesterday of unknown causes, he was just 78 yrs old. According to a witness, he collapsed and was rushed to Howard University Hospital, he was released and then taken to United Medical Center. It's probably a heart attack, crack cocaine often weakens the heart of crackheads. Barry is most known for creating jobs for the black community, being elected 4 times as Mayor for Washington DC and also for getting arrested smoking crack while being Mayor. I think he was a good man who obviously had flaws like we all do. But overall he had a good heart and a good head on his shoulders. Rest in Peace Mayor Barry.

Falsely Accused McDonald's Worker Wins $437 Thousand Settlement in 10 yr Old Glass Shards Burger Case

10 years ago, Albert Garcia, 18yrs old at that time was working at McDonald's in NYC when NYC Police Officer John Florio accused him of putting glass shards on his burger. Florio sued the franchisee and McDonald's but was only awarded $15,000.00 because his story was full of inconsistencies. Originally, Florio sued for $6 million, wow, that's a lot for some glass on a burger. Florio went to the hospital and was tested and found not to have any adverse effects. Garcia only has an IQ of 81, one would guess that he is not smart enough to think of a plan like this to assault an officer? eh? Anyway, due to the inconsistent Deposition given by the Officer Florio and new information that Garcia was late to work that fateful night, NY's highest court heard the case and then awarded Garcia the $437, 000.00 settlement. YEAH! Garcia has been totally vindicated. I think Officer Florio should have to pay back the $15K and he should be brought up on charges of fraud! Clearly he lied when he identified Garcia as the one who served him his burger. I am really glad that justice was finally served in this case, maybe not 100 % because Florio needs to be charged, but at least now everyone knows that Garcia didn't put glass on a burger that night. Celebrity Chef Mario Batali Is Being Sued By Neighbor of His Babbo Restaurant for Noise and Air Pollution for $6 Million Dollars!!!

Celebrity Chef Mario Batali and his Babbo Restaurant in Greenwich Village is being sued by a neighbor named Nurettin Akgul, a former Oil Executive for vibrations from the restaurant's air conditioners and grease and garlic smells from the exhaust system. Akgul is seeking $6 million dollars in damages. Yeah right How are you going to prove your damages? I love garlic so I wouldn't mind those aromas at all. But smelling that 12 or more hours a day would just make me hungry 12 or more hours a day. LOL Batali received a variance prior to opening his restaurant. As long as he soundproofed the air conditioners on the roof, and promised to keep his employees off the roof and from loitering outside of the restaurant when they were on break and also keep the smells down, Akgul agreed not to fight the variance. However, once Batali got the variance, he broke all promises. hahahaha Of course he did. I think Batali should get his heating and air conditioning guy to vent his exhaust system into the ground instead of into the air. And maybe add a couple of more layers of insulation around the a/c units to keep the noise down and call it a day. A six million dollar lawsuit this does not make. Or better yet, since Akgul is the only one complaining, maybe he should move away. DUH!!!

Queen Latifah Show Cancelled!!!

What did I tell you? Just go back 2yrs and read my original post when I found out Queen Latifah was gonna do another talk show. I said it wouldn't last and it hasn't. The Queen Latifah show is cancelled and will stop production at the end of the year. New shows will continue to air until sometime in Mar 2015. I told you she was boring as hell and didn't need to do this again. It failed the first time for this same very reason. Look all of you Oprah wannabes, take this as a lesson. You are NOT Oprah and NOTHING you do or say is ever gonna MAKE you Oprah!!! Or Oprah like. The American public doesn't want uplifting preachy better your life talk shows. We want dirty cat fighting, men and women getting tricked by trannys, couples in discord because one or both is cheating etc etc. Why else do you think that Jerry Springer has been of for 23yrs and counting? Director Mike Nichols (born Mikhail Igor Peschkowsky) passed away suddenly , yesterday he was 83 yrs old. Mike was married TV News Anchor woman Diane Sawyer for 26 yrs. He is survived by children and 4 grandchildren. According to Wikipedia Mike died from a heart attack. He was most famous for directing "Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolf", "Silkwood", "Closer", "Birdcage" and "Catch 22". Rest in peace Mike.

Solving the California Drought!!!

Okay this week, the Midwest and East Coast have been hit with record snow and rain, again! I think I have the solution to our drought. Why don't they, the powers that be, build a pipeline from the Midwest since they get all of the rain and snow. They want to build a giant pipeline to move crude oil from Canada to Texas, so if that can be done, why not build a giant reservoir, in the Midwest somewhere and then when it fills up from all of the rain and snow, build it so that it hooks up to this giant pipeline that goes to Southern California. Bim! Bam! Boom! Drought solved!!! They could also build one from Arizona. Arizona gets a LOT of rain, so much so during the monsoon season that they have to build lots of runoff tunnels all over the cities to avoid flash flooding. One time when my ex and I lived in Arizona, we were going sight seeing but it a huge storm rolled in and we could not see 3 feet in front of the car. We had to pull over in a parking lot and wait for the storm to pass. There were just sheets and sheets and sheets and sheets of rain falling. They got something like 4 inches in 1hr. So instead of bitching about the drought, lets solve it. There is water out there, all we have to do is get it from the Midwest or East Coast here to California. Buffalo NY received almost 8 feet of snow this week. Another way to solve it would be to build more desalination plants in Calif. We live right next to the Pacific Ocean. There is no reason why we should ever NEED water. There are BILLIONS of gallons right there for the taking and desalinating. hahahaha DUH!

Montana Gay Marriage Ban Overturned!!! YEAH!!!

US District Judge Brian Morris overturned the Montana constitutional amendment stating that marriage was only between 1 man and 1 woman stating that it was violated the US Constitution's 14th Amendment equal protection clause. YEAH! Now there are 32 states in the union, parts of Kansas, Missouri and the District of Columbia. More than half now. Slowly but surely we're gonna hit all 50 one day. I just know it. U2 Lead Singer Bono Injured in Horrific Bike Crash In NYC's Central Park

Everyone together, let's say Awwww. Lead singer of the mega group U2, Bono (Real name Paul David Hewson) was injured while riding his bike in NYC's Central Park. Bono tried to avoid hitting another bike rider and ended up crashing his bike instead. Bono broke several bones, the orbit of his left eye, a finger, shoulder blade and one of the long bones in the arm which was a compound protruding fracture. He was rushed to emergency surgery at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, where they worked on him for 5 hrs making repairs. Bono received 3 plates and 18 screws for his arm fracture. Wow! That's a lot! Poor guy! But the good news is, he is expected to make a full recovery, eventually. We wish you good luck Bono and a speedy and full recovery. I'll be praying for you too.

Canadian Couple Goes on Hawaiian Vacation and Gets Slapped with $1 Million Hospital Bill!!!!

Wow! This is really outrageous but when you get all of the details, you will totally understand why the bill is correct. A Saskatchewan, Canada couple goes on vacation in Hawaii, in Aug 2014 and owes almost $1 million in hospital bills after she gave birth in the United States. At the time of the vacation, the mom, Jennifer Huculak was just 6 months pregnant but while on vacation, her water broke. So she was airlifted from Maui to a hospital in Honolulu where she gave birth to her daughter, Reece, prematurely. Reece ended up staying in the neonatal unit for 2 months and the couple was not allowed to take their daughter and return back to Canada so they rented an apt and a rental car spending $30,000.00 on them. And then when they were finally able to leave the hospital with their daughter, came the whopping hospital bill of $950,000.00 USD. The couple has Saskatchewan Blue Cross for health insurance, but unfortunately the insurance company believes that she had a pre-existing condition and denied the claim. Therefore, the couple is on the hook for the entire bill. WOW!!! Most expensive birth ever, eh? hahahaha The pre-existing condition was labeled as such because Jennifer supposedly had a high risk pregnancy due to a bladder infection. But Jennifer denies that and says no doctor ever told her that and the bladder infection was cured with antibiotics. The couple is fighting with the insurance company. I think they should get an attorney and sue them. In the article, one of the experts suggests that if they booked the trip with a credit card, they should check and see if there was medical coverage that went along with that booking. Awful News!!! Miss Honduras and Her Sister Brutally Murdered!!!.....By Sister's Boyfriend!!!

Miss Honduras, Maria Jose Alvarado and her older sister, Sophia have been missing for about a week, ever since they attended a birthday party for Sophia's boyfriend. Well the police have arrested the boyfriend for the double murder of the sisters. According to police, the boyfriend, Plutarco Ruiz shot Sophia after the party because she was seen dancing with another man at the party. WTF! Are you serious?!?!?! He then shot Maria because she tried to run away. He buried the women near the party site. Wow, this is just so sad. Maria was just 19yrs old. Just a beautiful young woman with her whole life ahead of her and she might have won Miss World too in London where she was scheduled to leave for today. I guess the runner up will take her place now. Tsk tsk tsk tsk tsk...shakes head. What is this world coming to???

Okay this is a follow up post to one I wrote a few days ago. Solange Knowles, 28 yrs old marries long time beau Alan Ferguson 51 yrs old. I didn't like any of the wedding looks for Solange, I've said it b4 and I'll say it again, this chick has NO TASTE in clothes. Everyone usually talks about how she likes to dance to the beat of her own drum but I just call it tasteless fashion. She needs to hire a good stylist. Three People are on Trial For Murder and Cannibalism

This is absolutely disgusting!!! And this is why I never buy food from people who sell it out of their car trunks! hahahaha There are three people set to go on trial for murder and cannibalism in Brazil this week. The three people consist of a married couple and his mistress who all lived together in one home. The trio got their victims from unsuspecting women who would come to their house looking for a nanny position. The trio would kill them and then take select cuts of meat and make empanada like pastries which they would eat and sell extras to their neighbors. EWWWWW!!!! That is just so disgusting!!!!  And that is why you should never buy food from neighbors or strangers who sell it out of their cars. There was this Latin couple who used to sell tamales out of their car trunk at the 99 cents store. I would never buy them and I LOVE tamales. But I don't know how clean their kitchen was, and I don't know where they got all of their ingredients from to make the tamales.

Jose Canseco Loses Finger for the Second Time!

Jose Canseco was participating in a poker tournament the other night and while playing poker his finger, the same one that he shot off a couple of weeks ago just falls off his hand. It was allegedly caught on video but the video link was not  in the article. Jose claims that the finger was smelling bad and completely not usable. He claims he had a feeling it was just gonna fall off soon. Hmm, if it was dead and smelling bad, that would mean that there were blood vessels attached to it. Kaufman Stadium Served OLD Pizza Dough at the World Series in 2014

That's just one of the charges leveled against the stadium in Kansas City where the 2014 World Series was played against the SF Giants. The concession stands are operated by Aramark Corp. But on a recent inspection which was held after Game 7 of the World Series, mouse droppings were found on a tray with pizza dough, cockroaches in the vending area, sinks where employees were supposed to wash their hands were used as storage receptacles for supplies, employees were eating in the prep area and food that was meant for customers was at unsafe temperatures. EWWWWW!  Also, during game 7 of the World Series , some pizza dough that had expired was sold to custoemrs. No one got ill thank God. All in all there 131 deficiencies found. Oh Lord I'm just queasy thinking about it, and I didn't even eat there. hahahaha The stadium and Aramark Corp deny the report and claim that a disgruntled employee is trash talking them. Really? That's what you are gonna go with? I bet you have a bridge in Brooklyn you wanna sell me too, eh? That's some bullshit they need to close down the concession stands b4 someone gets very ill and sues them. Maybe they don't care? It certainly sounds they don't. Real World/Road Rules Star Diem Brown Dead at 32 yrs!!!

Awww, this is sad. Reality tv star Diem Brown lost her battle with cancer this week, she was just 32 yrs old. Diem rose to fame in 2005 when she starred on MTV's Real World/Road Rules Challenge. She was one of the show's favorite personalities. She was battling cervical cancer back then and shocked everyone on the show when she revealed that fact. Then one day she took off her wig and shocked everyone again. So brave of her. Then her cancer went into remission for about a year or so. But then it came back. It went into remission again a couple of years later and then in 2012 it returned. then went into remission  a year later. However in August 2014 she announced that she was diagnosed with colon cancer. Wow, poor woman was just going through it, such a roller coaster of cancers. I hope she is in a better place and not in pain any longer. Rest in peace Diem.

Georgia Police Arrest 2 in 15 Month Old's Starvation Death

Okay this is really disgusting and I hope the cons in prison torture this guy for the rest of his life. An unnamed 44yr old man was arrested after he brought his dead 15 month old daughter into the hospital because she was "ill". The child was dead when he brought her in but he thought she was still alive. The doctors at the hospital concluded that the girl died of starvation and sent police to his house to investigate. When the arrived they found 2 women and 3 more children in the house, one was the man's 23 yr old daughter and the other woman was his 21 yr old girlfriend who weighed just 59 pounds. The father had instructed the daughter to withhold food from the other 3 if they were disobedient. The 3 children were 5  3 and 3 yrs old. All by the man and the two women. Yes that right folks, he fathered children with his daughter whom he had been molesting for years. The man and his 23-year-old daughter face charges including felony and malice murder, cruelty to children, and cruelty to a physically disabled adult. The man was also charged with rape, incest and aggravated sodomy of his daughter. I hope he gets life plus 300 years or some such sentence. He is a devil for sure!!! Just nasty!!! I hope the girlfriend and the children get the help they need. I'll be praying for them.

Fresno State Student Arrested for Raping Sheep!!!

Okay this is a true story!!! An unnamed Fresno State Student was arrested earlier this week for raping a sheep. He claims he was stressed over his midterms and need to blow off some steam so he drank several shots and headed for the sheep's barn at Fresno State. He was caught defiling the sheep by a worker and turned over to the Fresno PD. He was later released on bail but is facing criminal charges. I hope they throw his ass under the prison. Okay, first of all who knew she was engaged? This was a very well kept secret. But the baby sister of Beyonce, Solange is set to marry her long time boyfriend Alan Ferguson this weekend in New Orleans where she lives with her 10yr old son from her first marriage. Solange is 27 yrs old now, but she married her then 19 yr old bf 10 yrs ago when she was just 17 yrs old. The marriage didn't last that long , less than 3 yrs. Very few specifics have been released about the upcoming nuptials. There is going to be a movie night on Fri Nov 14th, then on Saturday it's the rehearsal dinner and the wedding will be on Sunday the 16th. Which is not a good date to get married on. Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 7 Premiere...Review

Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 7 premiere didn't disappoint. Most of the drama centered around an argument between Phaedra and her soon to be ex husband Apollo who got sentenced to 8 yrs of prison for wire, mail and bank fraud. He was mad that she didn't attend the sentencing with him and the fact that she took their 2 sons and went and stayed in a hotel to keep the media from harassing them. I personally think that that was a very smart move on her part. Their children are too little to understand what is going on. The boys are 3 and 1 yrs old. So Apollo accused Phaedra of being selfish. He said that every time she got paid, she ran off with the check, Hey dude, it's her money. I would have run off with the checks too. Apollo was saying that he helped her to earn her money, but I doubt that because I never saw him working any funerals with her and I never saw him going to court with her so how did he "earn" those checks with her? Apollo was also saying how when he gets out of prison, he doesn't want to come home to an apartment and he doesn't want to be without a car. Look dude maybe if you don't do shit that lands you in prison, maybe you wouldn't have to worry about what you are not going to have when you get out, okay? I liked how Phaedra told him, " Were you thinking about your family when you made the decisions you made that landed you in prison? I don't think you were because you wouldn't have made those decisions then, would you?" or words to that effect. hahahaha It was a good read. So next week Apollo and Kenya Moore the whore get into it again over the same old bullshit they've been fighting over for the last year, how she ran into him in LA and propositioned him for a blow job but he turned her down. Arrest Made in the McStay Family Murders in San Diego!!!!

Finally!!! I thought this crime would never be solved. But thank God it has. If you remember from one of my previous blog postings, the McStay family was a family in San Diego that just up and disappeared one night from their home in San Diego. It wasn't just one member of the family but the entire family in 2010, poof gone in a flash. There were signs of a struggle in the house and food was left out as if they had been watching a movie and making snacks and their dogs were left outside without food and water which extremely not like the family at all. Well flash forward to this year when a guy was riding his ATV in the dessert near Victorville Calif when he discovered the bodies of the family, Joseph, 40, his wife Summer 43 and their 2 sons Gianni 4 and Joseph Jr 3yrs buried in shallow graves. Originally, the police thought that maybe the family had left and walked across the border into Mexico because they found surveillance footage of a family that could have been them crossing that same night they disappeared. And the family SUV was found near the border crossing. So that was not true obviously now that we've found the bodies. The police have arrested and charged Charles "Chase" Merritt 57 yrs old for the 4 murders. Charles was a business associate of Joseph Sr.  Joseph Sr designed and installed water features in homes and Charles made waterfalls, so it was a natural fit for them to work together. Charles was the last phone call that Joseph received b4 they disappeared. The police are all tight lipped about the cause and manner of death and what led them to arresting Charles. We might have to wait until the trial to get all or most of the details. Suffice it to say, the family members were all killed by blunt force trauma to the head. I don't know how one man could beat 2 adults to death without one of the adults fighting back??? I sure hope the cons inside fuck Charles up good for killing the 2 little boys. They were completely innocent. Rest in peace McStay family!

Actor and Comedian Andy Dick Arrested for Grand Theft!!!

Well it's no surprise that actor and comedian Andy Dick was arrested, he's been arrested multiple times in the past for drug possession and sexual battery. But this time has got to take the cake. Andy was riding his bike on Hollywood Blvd when he pulled over and asked this stranger if he could see the guys necklace. The guy handed it over, why I'll never know! And Andy proceeded to ride off into the sunset. The guy calls the police and Andy is arrested a short time later and booked on grand theft charges. Really? Who in this country is stupid enough to hand over a necklace or any piece of jewelry for that matter to a complete stranger on a bike? What the hell!!!
