Former US Representative Jesse Jackson Jr Released to Halfway House in Wash. DC

Former US Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr was released from Federal Minimum Security Prison at Maxwell Air Force Base in Alabama to a halfway house yesterday in Washington DC; where he will serve 6 months and also must complete 500 hrs of community service and 3 yrs supervised release. His father, the Reverend Jesse Jackson Sr. said it was a "joyous reunion" that his son had been released. The Jackson family drove to Alabama and picked up Jesse Jr to drive back to Washington DC. Jesse Jr had plead guilty to spending $750,000.00 in campaign funds on personal uses, which included more than $45,000.00 on a gold plated Rolex watch for Jesse Jr, and almost $10,000.00 on furniture for his children. Jesse's wife, Sandra Jackson, a former Chicago alderwoman, was convicted on filing a false federal Tax return which showed an under reported combined income for the couple. She must serve a year in prison after Jesse Jr completes his sentence.

Actor John Hamm Completes Stint in Rehab for Alchohol Addiction

Wow, talk about keeping a good secret secret. Actor John Hamm has completed a stint in rehab for alcohol addiction and no one even knew he was a boozer. Or if they did, its not something that was well talked about. So back in Feb 2015 John flew to New Canaan Ct and admitted himself to Silver Hill Hospital for treatment which he completed, thank God. John states that his father was an alcoholic too and a diabetic so he was ill a lot until he finally got his drinking under control. Well good for him and good for you John. I hope you stay sober.

Review of 48 HRS Show on Robert Durst!!! More Revelations!!!!

Okay, I'm kind of tired of all of the shows on Robert Durst, however, each one reveals more and more new revelations. On last night's 48 hrs, the entire hour was devoted to the Robert Durst case. There was an interview with one of his attorneys, Dick Deguerin who was the lead attorney in the Galveston murder trial and got Durst an acquittal on those charges. Well in my opinion, he fucked up at the end of the 48 hrs interview. The 48 hrs reporter asked him about the upcoming trial in Los Angeles and he said "it's a weak circumstantial case with 2 problems, the first problem is the junk science used in the handwriting analysis and the 2nd problem is the bathroom confession". Aha! Earlier he said he couldn't call the mumbling in the bathroom a confession or not but something more like a Shakespearean soliloquy. Ump! Wrong! It's a confession, everyone knows it. So Dick, you can try and spin it any way you want but a tomato is just a tomato! You can't turn it into an orange. And Robert's bathroom confession is a confession. PERIOD!!!

Some of the other revelations were about the night Kathleen went missing. Robert always claimed that he had walked 3 miles to a payphone and called her in NYC at the Penthouse and she answered the phone. And when he returned home, he ran into a neighbor and they had a drink and chatted. Well, in the Jinx documentary, Robert says that was all a lie. He never went out that night and he never called the NYC Penthouse , he never spoke to Kathleen on the phone, and finally he never had a drink with his neighbor. If the Westcester DA can't get a murder conviction on all of that, you need to get a new job. That means Robert was free to kill his wife and free to dispose of the body, because he just threw his alibi away. So let's recap this, Kathleen was not seen by anyone on the train back to NYC, the doorman NEVER saw her enter the building, Robert was NOT out walking 3 miles to a payphone and Robert NEVER called her in NYC at the Penthouse, Kathleen and Robert NEVER spoke on the phone that night, and Robert NEVER had a drink with his neighbor that night. What does that mean, Robert and Kathleen got into an argument, Robert killed his wife and spent the night getting rid of the body and cleaning up evidence of the crime...circumstantial but clearly a good solid case. You cannot lie about pertinent facts.

Another revelation that 48 hrs revealed was the fact that just hours after Robert killed his neighbor Morris Black in Galveston, Robert was at a store buying a money order to pay Morris's rent. Which he did, making it look like Morris was still there alive in the beginning of October 2000. And that he up and left in the middle of the month or so. Only a sociopath could pull that off. And it's a well thought out plan too. The police need to find the head of Morris Black, I bet there is a gun shot to the back of the head!!! Robert cannot be tried again for that murder, but if we bust him lying, then it will solidify the pattern of his lying.

Finally on 48 hrs, they revealed the fact that Robert was taking $9,000.00 out of the bank every day for 35 days. However, they only found $47,000.00 in cash in his hotel room in New Orleans. So what happened to the other $268,000.00 in cash?  Hey Robert, where is that money? Can I get to it if I go to New Orleans? hahahahaha I might write him a letter and ask him. hahahahaha

Jean Claude van Damme's Wife Files for Divorce Again!

Action star, Jean Claude van Damme's wife Gladys Portugues has filed for divorce from van Damme for the 2nd time citing irreconcilable differences, that good old stand by reason. This is the 2nd time she will divorce van Damme, they were previously married from 1987 to1992, but this time around it lasted 15 yrs. This will be the 5th divorce for Jean-Claude. Dayum! Ok, I think this should be your last marriage and divorce, dude. Marion "Suge" Knight Gets Bail on Murder Charges But Cant Afford to Post It...Guess How Much It Is?

Okay, this is really messed up, The prosecution gave the Judge in Marion "Suge" Knight's murder trial for an exorbitant bail and it was granted, in the amount of $25 MILLION dollars. So that means he has to come up with $2.5 million for a bail bondsman and have assets worth at least $25 million on top of that. Or post the entire $25 million in cash! But wait, the Judge also put a condition on the bail. if it is posted , Shuge has to prove that money didn't come from any illegal means. So suffice it to say, Suge will not be posting any bail in this case. hahahaha Then after the Judge had made his decision about the bail and it's conditions, Shuge fainted again. And was rushed to the hospital because apparently he has diabetes and the Jailers are not taking good care of him while he is in custody. They better be careful because if his sugar goes to high or too low he can end up in a diabetic coma. One that he will not wake up from. I don't like this guy, he's a very bad man in my opinion, but I don't think he should suffering with the Diabetes. Diabetes is very manageable if you take care of yourself. I've had it for 20yrs and I take it good care of myself. So I have very few problems with it.

Suge faces 1 count of murder, 1 count of attempted murder and 1 count of fleeing the scene of an accident with great bodily injuries. This occurred during the filming of a promo for a movie about NWA down in Compton at a fast food restaurant. Suge claims that some gang members attacked him and he jumped in his truck to flee the scene and in doing so, accidentally ran over 2 men, killing one  of them, his friend and business associate Terry Carter who is NOT the famous actor with the same name from the original Battlestar Galactica! hahahaha However witnesses at the scene said that Suge backed over the guys, then put his truck in gear and drove over them again. Damn! That's messed up!

Fox's Joe Millionaire is Not So Hunky Now at Age 40!

Hey do you remember that Fox show with that fine ass man named Evan Marriott, the hot construction worker? He portrayed a fake millionaire that Fox show way back in 2003, where 20 chicks were trying to get him to propose to one of them. Well at that time Evan was like 6'2" and 185 lbs with curly hair and pretty eyes and a nice 6 pack of abs. Well, not at age 40, Evan is a middle aged man with a full Duck Dynasty type beard, and who weighs a good 250 lbs , so no more 6 pack abs, he's sporting a giant keg. But at least he is very happy now, according to him. At the end of the Joe Millionaire show, Evan and the chick he picked split the $1 Million prize and went their separate ways. After some bumming around, Evan decided to start his own business. He's a contractor and he loves the work and is actually very good at it. I say good for him. If you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life. hahahaha I wish him awesome good luck with his new life and career.

Review #2 of The Jinx: the Lives and Deaths of Robert Durst

Okay, I have watched parts 5 and 6 now. And in part 5, a lot more revelations were revealed. For example, an ex-cop who was hired by an attorney for Robert Durst had written a memo to the attorney about the discrepancies in Robert's story about the night Kathleen went missing. The biggest of which was the fact that the Doorman at the Penthouse told the NYC Police that Kathleen never came home that night but if she did he NEVER saw her. So that is the 2nd biggest lie that Robert kept telling about that fateful night, 1 was that she went home and the doorman saw her, 2 that he called her on the phone while out walking and she answered the phone. We now know that that is not true. Why can't the Westchester DA file charges on him now? Clearly, he has lied from jump street about what happened to Kathleen.

Another very good point that Andrew Jarecki made in this chapter 5 was that, Kathleen wasnt just some housewife from Westchester County who went missing one night. She was the daughter in law of one of the richest men in New York City, Seymour Durst. I think Seymour did what every rich white person does when their child does something bad. I think he influenced the police not to investigate, and what investigation they did do, he had it sanitized. That's why her file is almost empty. There are no notes on interviews with the family, neither the Durst family nor Kathleen's family, the McCormacks, no forensics reports, no pictures, etc. I think that Private Eye who used to be Chief of Detectives for blah blah Nick Sopparetti or whatever his name was, stole anything out of the file that could do Robert in or cause him to be arrested.

The 2 letters, 1 letter was sent to Susan Berman about a year b4 she was murdered in Beverly Hills and then the 2nd letter which was sent by the killer to the Beverly Hills Police. On the front of each envelope is "Beverley Hills" which is misspelled and in almost the same exact block lettering. Jarecki hired a document examiner to confirm that both envelopes were written by the same person.

So, in the final brief interview between Robert Durst and Andrew Jarecki, they were seated in a conference room at a large table and Andrew was showing Robert some pictures and then he pulls out pictures of the 2 envelopes in question. And he asked him about having an office downtown in NYC and Robert said that he got it after he had quit the family business. And Robert agreed that Beverly was misspelled exactly the same way but he wouldn't agree that they were written by the same person. Andrew also had an 8" by 10" picture of just the "Beverley Hills" one on top of the other. And he asked Robert which one did he write? Robert refused to guess, damn it, that would have been an excellent "gotcha' moment" if he had picked the wrong one. But after the interview was over, Robert went to the bathroom and that is when we hear him berating himself and then finally his big confession to "killing them all". At first he was saying, oh wow, I messed up, now what's gonna happen am I gonna be arrested? How could I be so stupid? Of course the addresses matched. Because I killed them all. Damn!!!

You know what? I kind of feel sorry( just a little bit) for Robert, he is the eldest child in his family but they have totally turned their backs on him. His younger brother Doug stole his birthright as the head of the company. Robert claims that he saw his mother jump off the roof of their house when he was a kid. But his brother Douglas denies that any of the children were on the roof at the time his mother fell. I think Doug is wrong, I think Robert, who was 7 at the time, pushed his mother off of the roof and she was his first victim. I wouldn't put anything past this guy. Did you see the picture of him in an orange jumpsuit in the back of a police car and he is looking over his left shoulder and smiling like a mad man at the camera? Chillingly scary!!!! I think Robert Durst is insane!!! Just yesterday, in Louisiana, the police moved him from one jail to another one that houses people with mental issues. They say that he is on suicide watch. He is not about to kill himself, he is much too crazy for that. I just hope they don't get a jury of pussies and he gets convicted this time. He is a very bad man. And on the news tonite they linked him to 2 more missing women from California. How many women has this guy killed???

Congratulations! Vin Diesel, Its a ?....Baby#3!!!

Okay, this is just crazy! Congratulations go out to Vin Diesel and his girlfriend, Paloma Jimenez on the birth of their 3 child. That's right folks, this is baby #3, but who knew about babies #1 and #2? A six year old girl Hania, and a 4 yr old son named Vincent. No word on the sex of this child, which is just stupid, how can you report a celebrity had a baby and not report if it is girl or a boy, Thanks Hollywood Reporter for nothing! I have checked around and found out that 47 yr old Vin and his 31 yr old gf Paloma haven't told anyone the sex of the baby yet nor its name. (Rolls eyes! So stupid.) I bet it's a girl, because I bet Vin is not packing in the meat dept, hence the big muscles. hahahaha (Ooooh SNAP! That was a read!!! hahahaha) Good luck to the happy family.

Congratulations, Jude Law, Its a Girl!

Congratulations to actor Jude Law, 42 yrs old and his ex-gf, Cat Cavelli, 23yrs old, on the birth of their daughter. This is the 5th child for Jude Law. Not sure how many it is for Cat, but when her friend tweeted about it back in October, it sounded like she has other children or a child. No word on the name of this baby but according to the Yahoo video, the couple will be raising the child together. Good Luck! Hey Jude, if you wear a condom, when you have sex, this wont happen. I just cannot believe that celebrities are still having unprotected sex, still!!!! So stupid!!!!

Review: The Jinx: the Lives and Deaths of Robert Durst....AMAZING!!!

OMG!!! I have only watched the first 4 episodes of the 6 episode series on HBO series called the Jinx: the lives and deaths of Robert Durst. And I was completely blown away. It is such a good mini series. There is a lot of information and it is completely unbiased. Although, in just 5 mins of listening to Robert Durst talk, I picked up on his "tell" and I know when he is lying. When Robert Durst lies, his eyes flutter either during or just after he lies. I mean it is so obvious, one would have to blind not to see it. Here you have a very intelligent man, I mean how else could he commit 1 perfect murder and 2 near perfect ones. The perfect murder is of his first wife Kathleen Durst. Her body has never been found and there has never been any evidence found of her death...33 yrs later and counting. The next near perfect murder was that of Susan Berman. He was not seen at the scene of the crime and again there wasn't any evidence found at the scene of the crime that implicated him. He was recently arrested for this crime but that is because of 2 letters associated with the crime, one sent by the killer the day b4 the murder and one sent to Susan, a year b4 the murder by Durst. And also because of Robert Durst's confession of sorts that was recorded by The Jinx producers on the final day of taping of that interview. Durst goes into the bathroom where he is muttering to himself and he is still has on his microphone and he says; "I killed them all." Now when I first read that in a Yahoo article, I was floored. But at the end of the taping of the interview  on episode 4, Durst is sitting in his chair in the hotel room where the interview is taking place and he again is muttering to himself while still wearing his mic and his attorney comes over and tells him that they just heard everything he said because his mic is still live. And Durst says, oh well, I was just going over what were just talking about. But he changes what he was muttering just slightly. So at the end of the final taping of the interview. Durst had to know that his mic was still live! Or maybe he is getting senile? I also, think he is kind of a media whore. Because when he was shoplifting in that store in Pennsylvania, he had over $500.00 in cash on him and just over $37, 000.00 in cash in his rental car. There is no sane reason for him to shoplift the items he stole, a chicken salad sandwich and a band aid. He could have easily purchased those items many times over and not suffered financially because of it. He stole those items because he wanted to get arrested. There is no other sane reason not to. I think he is tired of running from all of his crimes and now he wants to come clean and face the music and if he gets off again, great, then he will be a free man for good because of double jeopardy.

You know what bothers me is that the NYC police really botched Kathleen's missing case. Once they asked Robert if there were any problems in the marriage and he said, yes they were having problems. That should have been a red flag to do a full investigation, but it did just the opposite. The Jinx show played a tape of a conversation with one of the detectives assigned to look for Kathleen and he said 1 of 2 things happened. First, she got tired of fighting with him and has walked away. Or two, Robert did something to her and she is dead now. DUH!!! Kathleen had filed for divorce and he refused to give it to her and now a couple of weeks later, she disappears? That is NOT a coincidence fool. And she didn't just up and walk off. I believe she never left that cottage in South Salem, I do not believe she ever returned to their NYC Penthouse. The doorman lied about that. I wonder how much Robert paid him to lie. I also do not believe that Kathleen called in sick the next day. How could she when she already dead by that point. I think either Susan Berman or the the woman that Robert was seeing at the time made that phone call.

You know what else bothers me, Robert has now recanted about calling Kathleen and talking to her after she returned to NYC when he was out taking a walk the night of the murder. That alone should get that case reopened. I bet he beat her to death and then put her in a suitcase and took her out in the woods near his house and buried her. He is a very calm killer. Not much rattles him after he's committed a crime. Any one who can cut up and dismember a body that he just shot in the face is a sociopath and a psychopath. I cant wait to watch parts 5 and 6. Kraft Foods Group has recalled more than 6.5 Million boxes of the original flavor of Kraft Mac N Cheese with a best used b y date of Sept 18 2015 to Oct 11, 2015 with the letters C2 above the date. During the manufacture process, a piece of metal was stuck in a machine and then it caused friction and started to splinter and then the splinters dropped into the product. So, if you have any boxes you can either return them to the store where you purchased them and get either a refund or an exchange. These boxes in question were sold individually and in multi packs. And they were shipped all over the USA, Puerto Rico, South America, and the Caribbean. Almost everywhere but Canada. I guess the Cnucks prefer their cheese in curds with gravy and fries. hahahaha

They also said that "you are born to a mother and a father".  Excuse me! First of all neither Dolce nor Gabbana is straight. Second of all, the family unit hasn't been just a mother and father for decades. In many instances it has been grandparents, aunts and uncles, single women or single men raising kids.And what the hell is wrong with Invetro fertilization children (IVF)? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! Are you sitting down? I know this is shocking but its true according to a celebrity net worth web site. Why would her record company allow her to get so far into debt with them? And what happened to her $100 million record contract she signed back in the 1990s sometime? When she first died, they were saying her estate was worth $85 million dollars? What happened to all of that money? Apparently, she smoked it all up except for a $20 million dollar trust she set up for daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown. Bobbi was given $2 million dollars shortly after her mother died and then she was also being given a monthly allowance. I don't think that was smart, to give her such a big lump sum of money. I bet she ran right through it in 3 months or less. I think she should have been given maybe 1/4 of a million right away and then say $20,000.00 per month or something along those lines. Whitney was not only in debt to her record company but she had just burrowed $1.2 million from Clive Davis to help pay off some of her bills. Maybe she shouldn't have spent so much time in hotels when she was home in Atlanta. When Being Bobby Brown was on TV, I found it strange that they kept going to spend the weekend in the local hotels and those rooms were not cheap. Many times they stayed in luxurious suites. Millionaire Killer Robert Durst Arrested AGAIN....For First Degree Murder!!!

Television has done it again. It has impacted real life and maybe brought justice to a family of a murdered love one. Realestate heir and acquitted murderer Robert Durst has been arrested in New Orleans on a first degree murder warrant out of Los Angeles County. Durst's lawyer stated that Durst will not fight extradition back to California but he will fight the charges once he is there. This is in connection with the reopened cold case murder of his friend  Susan Berman. In the year 2000 Susan Berman was shot to death in her own house, the killer (until now) had never been found. What lead the police to revisit the case was 2 fold, 1 was a letter found by Berman's stepson, Sareb Kaufman, written to Berman from Durst and sent to her a year b4 her death. Well there were similarities in another letter that was sent to the Police on the day of Berman's death. Why are some killers so stupid? The police Berman was killed because she knew what happened to the Kathleen Durst, Robert's wife who went missing in 1982 and to this day has never been found. The police believe that Durst killed her and got rid of the body. Durst was acquitted of murdering his neighbor in Texas in 2001, but convicted of abuse of a corpse because he cut up his victim and tossed the pieces into a lake. Oh! The television aspect of this case is an HBO docu-series called the Jinx: the Lives and Deaths of Robert Durst. In this docu-series Durst is head mumbling something about "kill them all"and the police took that as a confession of sorts and started investigating 2 the 3 murders associated with Durst. Hopefully, this time Durst will be convicted of the first degree murder of Susan Berman and then maybe he will confess what he did with his wife Kathleen too. We can only hope right?!

Former "Survivor" Producer Gets 12 yrs for Murdering His Wife While on Vacation in Cancun Mexico 5 yrs Ago

This has been a long time coming and I am so glad the verdict is finally IN!! Brice Beresford-Redman was finally convicted for the murder of his wife, 43 yr old Monica Burgos Beresford-Redman. (Whew, try saying that really fast. LOL) The murder took place at a resort in Cancun Mexico way back in 2010 when the couple and their 2 children were on vacation. After, Bruce beat and strangled his wife, he hid her body in a sewer cistern on the Resorts property. He reported her missing and then her body was found the next day. The Mexican police ordered him to stay in Mexico while they investigated, but Bruce fled back to Los Angeles along with his 2 children later that afternoon. Too bad for him that once the Mexican Police got an arrest warrant for him, the state department signed an extradition warrant also. Bruce has been languishing in a Mexican Prison all this time while his case snail crawled through the Mexican Justice system. He didn't get a Jury Trial, so the presiding Judge, listened to the evidence and then took his sweet time coming to a verdict. Bruce will spend the next 12 yrs in that Mexican prison for killing his wife. The motive for the crime was that he was having an affair and his wife found out about it. They went to Mexico to mend fences, but ended up arguing, according to other resort guests who heard the yelling and her screams. I wonder why no one called the resort security to check out the noise??? According to the 48 hrs Investigation and show on the murder, after Bruce beat and strangled his wife, he threw her body over the balcony from their room into the bushes below and then casually walked downstairs and retrieved her body and hid her in the sewer cistern under cover of darkness. How can you kill the mother of your children because she is mad at you for cheating on her? That's just so wrong on so many levels!!!! He is a selfish asshole. And now, your children are orphans basically. Because you took their mother away from them and now you are going to spend 12 more years in prison. So that's 17 yrs your children will not have either parent in their lives. Well if it were me, you would be dead to me. I would never speak to you nor spend another nano second with you ever again for killing my mother. There is nothing you could ever say or do to make me forgive you or love you again. NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!! That's who I really feel sorry for, the kids and the wife. She didn't deserve this. Rest in peace Monica, you have your justice now.

UPDATE: Virginia Tech Student Presumed Dead, Coast Guard Calls Off Search

Awww, this is really sad. The Virginia Tech student who fell overboard, on Sunday from the Carnival Cruise ship is now presumed dead and the US Coast Guard has called off its air and sea search. Wow, this is just so fucked up. 21 yr old Cameron Smook has his whole life ahead of him, I think there is still a chance he might be out there in the water somewhere. I remember this guy who fell off of a cruise ship in the Gulf of Mexico and he lasted like 18 hrs until he was found. I know the waters in the Gulf of Mexico are probably warmer than in the Bahamas but not by a lot. I think they should keep looking just one more day!!! If I ever go on a cruise, you bet your ass, you wont find me walking on any of the outside walkways alone or at night. There's no evidence that Cameron was pushed overboard, but how does one just fall overboard when the railings sit up pretty high to avoid this. He was with a group of friends, he should have always had a friend with him. And he should have kept his alcohol consumption down to a minimum. The guy that ended up in the Gulf of Mexico had been drinking a lot and he was pushed overboard by one of the crew who robbed him. That's why you never go anywhere alone. And you don't drink so much that you lose your most basic faculties. Just so sad about Cameron. RIP Cameron!!!

Barefoot Contessa Celebrity Chef Ina Garten Settles Lawsuit Against Company That Created Contessa Chef Inspired Frozen Foods

It's been less than 4 weeks since Celebrity Chef Ina Garten also known as the Barefoot Contessa on the Food Network, filed her lawsuit against OFI Imports Inc, which created and sold "Contessa Chef Inspired" frozen foods. Wow! is that really blatant or what? I am so glad that I saw this article because I would have been confused if I saw that in my frozen food section and would have thought that it was from Ina Garten. I know she has a frozen food line, but I didn't know the name of it. According to the article hers is called "Barefoot Contessa". Anyway, the settlement is that OFI has agreed to stop making their "Contessa Chef Inspired" foods and to destroy all of the product they have on hand. I think they should have to pay Ina at least 50% of the profits that they have made to date too. I don't think this settlement went far enough. But if Ina is happy, then I am happy for her. hahahaha I love her show and watch it often. She throws the most delicious looking parties. No one can arrange a party platter like Ina can. She just did one on  yesterday's show that was for a brunch. Sliced pineapples, honey dew melon, bunches of grapes, fresh blueberries, sliced kiwis, sliced apples, strawberries and lemon leaves. I wanted to jump through the TV and grab that platter. I love fresh fruit. I sure hope my 99 cents store gets in some more of those giant kiwis. They were so delicious! Oh no! WTF!!! First Kelly Osbourne and now Kathy Griffin is leaving the Fashion Police on E! effective immediately. Univision's Rodner Figueroa Fired for Making a Racist Michelle Obama on Air Comment

Wow! This is just really disgusting!!! It seems like every week there is a new nasty racist comment or action. This week it's at Univision. Host Rodner Figueroa and co-hosts were talking about this guy who uses make up to make himself look like celebrities including Michelle Obama. When Rodner pipes up and says; "Well, watch out, you know that Michelle Obama looks like she's from the cast of 'Planet of the Apes,' the movie," Figueroa, 42, said with a giggle. When hostess Lili Estefan countered with "What are you saying?" and host Raul de Molina said Obama was very attractive, Figueroa defended his remark, saying "but it is true. Univision took swift and decisive action and fired Figueroa immediately. In a statement, Univision called Figueroa's comments "completely reprehensible" and said they "in no way reflect the values or opinions of Univision." Figueroa had been at Univision since 2000. I hope NO ONE else hires him, clearly he is a racist, calling Mrs. Obama a monkey and that is clearly racist vernacular. So fuck him and the horse he rode in on. I just want to say Thank You to Univision, just the University of Oklahoma, Zero policy on racist behavior is the BEST policy. If everyone , took quick and decisive action like these 2 great institutions, we might be able to drive it completely underground where it belongs.

Okay this was a very JUST verdict. Pharrell Williams and Robin Thick who co-wrote Blurred Lines together have lost the Lawsuit that the 3 Children of Marvin Gaye's family brought against them because they stole music from Gaye's big hit "Got to Give It Up". The two reportedly made $16 million on the tune so the jury fell far short in the award department, by only awarding $7.3 million. I would have awarded the full $16 million. You have to send a message that stealing is NOT right. And this was so blatant! Every time I heard "Blurred Lines", I would always sing "Got to Give It Up" on the hook. LOL

21 Yr Old Virginia Tech Student Falls Overboard From Carnival Cruise Ship in the Bahamas!....Still Missing!!

Aww, this is really sad. A 21 yr old Virgina Tech Student was cruising in the Bahamas on the Carnival Glory Ship when he fell overboard. Once the ship was notified of the "man overboard", the ship's crew checked the surveillance tapes and saw him fall. So they turned the ship around and returned to that spot. Carnival Cruise lines also sent another of it's ships that was in the vicinity. The US Coast Guard suspended the search on Tues evening. The student, Cameron Smook was scheduled to graduate from Virgina Tech in May but had already accepted a job. His parents issued a statement thanking the Coast Guard for their help. The waters in the Bahamas are warm, so as long as he doesn't drown or get eaten by a shark, there is a chance that he may be found alive. Of course if he was knocked out when he hit the water after falling, he might already be dead. So sad, he had his whole life ahead of him. Carnival also released a statement, "We extend our heartfelt sympathy and concern for the family and loved ones of our missing guest,". I sure hope they find him when the search resumes today. The latest scandal involves 2 senior agents who were driving a government car drunk and hit the barricades outside of the White House. The 2 agents, one who is the 2nd in command on the President's detail is Mark Connolly. The other agent is a senior supervisor in the Washington Office, Greg Ogilvie. Both have been reassigned and Homeland Security's Inspector Generals office is investigating the incident. A few weeks ago, an armed ex soldier jumped the fence and made it all the way inside of the White House and he then attacked a female Secret Service Agent and disarmed her, b4 he was subdued and taken into custody. What if he had had a bomb, he could have blown up the White House!!! I think President Obama should fire all of his currenty Secret Service Agents and pick new ones fresh out of the Academy or pick senior field agents which perfect records. Because his current detail is a bunch of fuckups!!! Do you remember the other big scandal when there were agents down in South America who were there to get ready for a visit and had a bunch of whores come to the hotel for sex and drinking? Just disgusting! There have been other incidents, but these 2 are the most egregious! And it reflects bad on the country when the people we trust with our most precious citizen fail to control themselves and do their jobs appropriately. I used to think of Secret Service Agents as the TOP agents in the country, because they always above reproach and did a GREAT job at protecting the President. They even broke the 20yr rule for a President getting assassinated. But I guess all of the good agents have retired and now we are just left with the fuckups. There is one of the ticket brokers (scalping places) which has 200 tickets and their prices are even more cray cray, $4,100 to $33,000.00 for a floor seat. Even if I won the lotto I don't think I would pay those prices for a seat. I would try to get the MGM Grand to comp me a seat or 2. hahahaha

Johnny Depp injured his hand off set in Australia where he is filming Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Men Tell No Tales 5. (Wow! Is this really #5? I think I skipped #4 because #3 SUCKED!!! HAHAHAHA) Anyway, Depp must undergo surgery on his hand now, no word on how exactly he injured his hand, but it must be serious if he has to have surgery. I have cut back on reading the articles because of this fact. Another revelation during this interview was made by Nick's mother, Michelle, that he supposedly gave Whitney CPR after he heard her assistant scream. But then at the end of the show, Dr. Phil states that the Houston family denies that claim and says everyone interested should check the Beverly Hills Police report on Whitney's incident. Lies and half truths. Nick is so "guilty", his word. He claims because he couldn't save Whitney and Krissi, I think not. I think he is guilty because he something to do with both of their deaths. I think Nick killed Whitney so that Krissi would inherit her money and now he's killed Krissi because he cannot control himself and they had a really bad argument. She probably threw the fact that he is a kept man and she pays all of the bills in his face and that is why he killed her. Because there is NO WAY that a mother and daughter would die exactly the same way 3 yrs apart. I bet you couldn't get odds in Las Vegas on this happening!!!!!!!! 2 of the Frat Brothers of SAE Caught on Tape Singing Racist Chat Expelled From University of Oklahoma

A 9 second video of frat brothers from Sigma Alpha Epsilon were filmed chanting "there will never be a nigger at SAE". When the tape was posted to a national media outlet like Youtube the proverbial shit hit the fan. The frat brothers and their dates were traveling on a rented bus to attend the 150th celebration party for the frat.

University of Oklahoma President David Boren has acted swiftly and decisively by immediately expelling the 2 ring leaders that were caught on tape chanting about "no niggers at SAE" and about lynching them. President David Boren says there is a "zero tolerance" for such racist behavior at the University. He not only expelled the 2 ringleaders but the SAE frat has been kicked out of the University and the students ordered to leave within the next 24hrs as the building will be shuttered and closed on Tues evening. So all of the students living there packed up and moved out.

One of the expelled students gave a weak apology. "I am deeply sorry for what I did Saturday night. It was wrong and reckless. I made a horrible mistake by joining into the singing and encouraging others to do the same," Parker Rice said in a statement printed by the newspaper. He also claimed that he did this because he had been drinking. Yeah, blame it on the alcohol. So lame. Alcohol doesn't turn one into a racist. If you are an undercover racist, alcohol will allow your truth to come out when it takes away your inhibitions. That's why alcohol is sometimes called the truth serum.

I just want to say thank you to the University President David Boren for doing the right thing and getting rid of this racist group from his University and I hope that he expels every other student that was on that bus as well. Because they were all singing that chant. So in for a penny in for a pound, they ALL need to get expelled.

4 People Shot at the Miami Home of Rapper Lil Wayne.......PLUS UPDATE!!!

Reports are sketchy at best but 4 people were shot at the $9.4 million dollar Miami home of  rapper Lil Wayne on an exclusive island. The home has 9 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. No word on the identities of those shot and no arrests have been made in connection with the shooting.

No word on whether or not Lil Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter, was home at the time of the shooting. Hopefully, more details will be forthcoming later on today as the Police release more details of the shooting.

According to my local news, this was a hoax! There was no evidence of any shooting at Lil Wayne's house in Miami. The police and SWAT investigated and found nothing. Hey people stop playing with the police they are very busy dealing with real crimes and criminals and dont have time to investigate fake shootings. You stupid ass moron! Grow the FUCK up!!!

Angie is 53, unfortunately the article doesn't state how old Diamond is nor how many children she has. Details people! I need more details!!! Canada Tramples Man's Rights At Border Crossing!.......Man Arrested for Not Giving Cell Phone Password to Border Agents

This is crazy! Alain Philippon was trying to cross the US/Canadian border and during the Customs check point, the Border agents asked him to unlock his cell so that they could check the contents. Alain refused and was arrested for hindering border agents in the process of their duties. BULLSHIT! Here in the United States the Police or Border Agents cannot view the contents of one's cell phone without obtaining a warrant first. Unfortunately for Canadian and people visiting Canada, the Canadian Supreme court has ruled other wise. They say that allowing for narrow searches of phones when information is freely available is permissible. Which means if the popo or a border agents asks to view the contents of your phone, you must comply or face charges. COMPLETELY NOT FAIR!!! What if I have some of my naked pics on my cellphone? Do I allow them access to view my photo galleries? HELL NO!!! That is totally private!!!! Or what if I were sexting with a hottie? 72 Yr Old Actor Harrison Ford Injured In WWII Plane Crash Shortly After Take Off!

72 yr old actor and amateur pilot Harrison For crashed his WWII single engine plane shortly after taking off from an airfield near Venice California. Harrison was was pulled form the plane by 2 doctors who were playing golf on the golf course he crash landed on. They treated him while waiting for paramedics to come. Harrison was then transported to a nearby hospital for treatment and he is in stable condition. According to my local news Harrison has broken bones and is banged up pretty good. Let's pray for a speedy recovery for Harrison who is still one of the hottest men around at 72 yrs old.

Federal Agents Raid 20 Suspected "Maternity Hotels" in California

Okay this is just disgusting and I've said it b4 and I'll say it again, the law needs to change to stop this kind of scam. Did you know that a pregnant woman can come here to the USA and give birth and once she gives birth she can legally stay here? Because her child is a natural US Citizen. But the scam that these birthing hotels are doing are giving foreign women a safe place to give birth and then helping them obtain birth certificates, social security numbers for their children and other documents pertaining to the child's citizenship like a US Passport.  Then these foreign women return to their home country's and once their child is an adult he/she returns to the USA and then applies for a Visa for the mom and other relatives to move here permanently according to this Yahoo Article. The fee for this kind of tourism is $15,000.00 to $50,000.00 USD. Many of these women are of Chinese descent. Congress needs to change that law, so that the child can keep his US citizenship but that Mom must return to her country of origin after the birth. That's how a lot of Mexican illegal women get to stay here, they start popping out babies and now because their baby is a US Citizen, they get to stay. It's not right. When I lived on Kenwood Street here in Sac, one of my neighbors was an illegal Mexican woman and she had 3 children, her sister who was also living with her had 3 children then they moved one of their bfs in and he brought his 12 yr old son with him. So you had 10 people living in a tiny 2 bedroom apt that was only like 750 sqr ft. So nasty!!! And she had section 8 housing, so it was illegal for her to move her bf and his son into their apt. But what did she care she was breaking the law just being here. So what did it matter if she broke another one? It didn't. Anyway getting back to the raids...No arrests were made but field cards were filled out and the pregnant women found there were given appointments for follow up interviews at a later time. The pregnant women told the ICE Agents that their travel deals included accommodations for birthing, shopping trips to malls, Disneyland visits, and etc for the more expensive packages. I guess the ICE agents didn't find out who was running this scam but are still investigating. Good luck fellas! But I doubt you will find out who is doing this, I am sure the women are not going to identify the perps. Because they want to have their babies here in the USA.

Police Think Revenge is the Motive for the Killing of 300,000 Chickens on 6 Farms in South Carolina!

This is so sad. And so wasteful!!! 6 family farms in South Carolina who raise chickens for Pilgrims Pride Corp. lost 300,000 chickens worth around $1.7 million dollars. This happened right after the farms laid off 60 workers. The culprits who  killed the chickens knew exactly how to do it, young chickens require more heat so those chickens the heaters were turned off. And older chickens require less heat and in those chicken houses the heat was turned way up. The murders took place over a two week period starting mid-February. The state police are investigating.

Update on Gold Heist in North Carolina

More details have emerged on the robbery that took place on I95 in North Carolina. The 3 armed robbers who tied up the armored car drivers and walked them into the woods wore masks and took 275 lbs of gold worth an estimated $4.8 million dollars. They drove off in a white van. Okay so I can see 3 men transferring 275 lbs of gold in a few mins time and not needing a crane to lift it. Just strong backs. hahahaha The gold was heading from Miami to Massachusetts to jewelry makers. It still has to be an inside job. I want to know what caused the mechanical problems that prompted the armored car drivers to pull over in the first place? And did they radio in when it happened? Why wasn't there a lead and tail car with armed agents escorting the truck from jump street?? That should be SOP in this situation!!!

Three Armed Men Stole More Than $4 Million Dollars From An Armored Truck That Broke Down On The Side of the Road in North Carolina!

Okay this just screams inside job to me. Read the details and tell me if you agree? 2 Armored Car drivers were robbed at gun point when they pulled their truck over on the side of the road in North Carolina. They were hauling a tractor trailer full of gold and silver in barrels. The drivers claim that their truck was having mechanical problems and that is the reason why they pulled over. And while they were pulled over 3 armed men stopped and tied them up and made them walk into the woods. The 3 armed men then stole 3 barrels full of gold with an estimated value of OVER $4 million US dollars. Yeah right. Your truck just happened to break down and these 3 men just happened to see you stopped on the road. And said, hey they look like they are carrying tons of gold and silver. But we are just going to steal some of the gold. Because we have xray vision and know what ore is contained in which barrels. And we are not going to kill you because we've hidden our faces and there is no way you can identify us. NO EFFING WAY, THAT HAPPENED IN REAL LIFE! That's a movie plot. In real life the robbers would have taken the Armored guards into the woods and shot them or shot them on the side of the road. Why take 3 barrels, why not take the whole truck? I am not buying the claim that the truck was disabled. And what kind of vehicle were the robbers driving that they could drive away with 3 barrels full of gold? Do you know how heavy that was? It should have been really heavy and how did they load the barrels into their vehicle? I have so many questions!!! hahahaha
