Wow, not enough time in my opinion!!! Former Subway sandwich pitchman Jared Fogle was sentenced to 15 and half years in prison and fined $175,000.00 for manufacturing child pornography and having sex with 16 minors by US District Court Judge Tanya Walton Pratt. Judge Pratt gave Fogel 3 yrs more than the 12 and a half agreed to in the plea deal. Jared is also paying each minor $100,000.00. Jared will be required to register as a sex offender for life once he completes his time in prison. (If he completes his time. The cons are gonna fuck him up smooth for the next 15 and half years!!! hahahaha)
The government wants to send Fogel to a prison in Littleton Colorado but no word yet on if that is for sure or not.
Fogle cried while he read his prepared statement in court. Fogle said his wife and children would never recover from this. "You gave your wife $7 million, she'll be okay," Judge Pratt responded Fogle's wife has filed for divorce.
"He traded a horrible food addiction for a horrible sex addiction," said defense attorney Jeremy Margolis.
Fogle spent at least $12,000 a year or more on prostitutes, and had a number of extramarital affairs, prosecutors said. I wonder how many years he did this? Well, he wont be doing this for the next 15 and half years. hahahaha So nasty!
