Today Heather Locklear entered rehab again to "clear up some loose ends" as she put it in her statement. This is not the first time Heather has been in rehab its probably like 5 th or 6 th time. But the last time was back in Jan 2012. Heather has had issues with alcohol and prescription drugs in the past. Good luck Heather. I only wish her the best and I hope that she keep her sobriety going.
