Concert Goer at On the Run Tour with JayZ and Beyonce Arrested in Pasadena for Sexual Battery and Mayhem

A man named Roberto Alcaraz-Garnica, 25 yrs old from San Diego was arrested Saturday at the On the Run Tour with JayZ and Beyonce for groping a female concert goer and then biting off the tip of her boyfriend when he attacked Roberto for molesting his gf. Wow, how bizarre! I bet Roberto was drinking and or high! Who goes around groping strangers at a concert? Only a totally SICK PERVERT!!! Roberto has been charged with sexual battery and mayhem.
