New Charges for Disgraced Ex-Police Officer Drew Peterson, He Tried to Hire a Hit Man to Kill the Prosecutor on His Case!

New charges have been filed against disgraced ex-police officer Drew Peterson was convicted of killing his 3rd wife, Savio Peterson in 2004. Originally Savio's death was ruled an accident but when Drew became the #1 suspect in the disappearance of his 4th wife, Stacey, people started talking about the death of the 3rd wife and a new investigation was opened into her death. According to authorities Drew tried to hire a hit man to kill the prosecutor on his case, Will County State Attorney James Glasgow. Drew allegedly tried to arrange this hit between Sept 2013 and Dec 2014 from his prison cell at Menard Correctional Center where he is serving 38 yrs for Savio's murder. The 2 new charges against Drew are 1 count of solicitation of murder for hire, and 1 count of solicitation of murder. If convicted Drew faces an additional 20-40 yrs and a mandatory 15 to 30 yrs respectively.
