Today Bill Cosby or William Henry Cosby was charged with 3 counts of sexual assault from a 2004 incident with an Andrea Constand; who was a Temple University employee and the assault allegedly occurred at Cosby's suburban Philadelphia home. This past weekend Rob Kardashian wasn't feeling well at all. He was feeling so sick that it forced him to go to the hospital where he was diagnosed Type 2 diabetes. That's because Rob is still as big as an apartment building!!! I am sure his pancreas is way over taxed making insulin for his fat ass until it just finally gave out.
Typically, Type 2 diabetes are people who develop diabetes later in life, Type 1 diabetes are people who are born with it and will have it all of their life. Type 2 usually means that your pancreas is either not making enough insulin or your body has developed a resistance to the insulin that your pancreas makes so you now have to supplement that insulin with either pills or manmade insulin. That's what happened to me when I was 33 yrs old, I developed diabetes. So, I am also a Type 2 diabetic. I take insulin injections every day. My younger brother, was able to manage his diabetes with exercise. He walks 3 to 5 miles every day after work. And he takes 1 oral medication, glucophage. Pills didn't work for me. I needed injections. But I'm used to it now,20 yrs later.

Usually, they want to keep you a few days to help get your blood sugar under control and to teach you how to give injections and test your blood. Maybe his mommy hired him a private nurse to do that? Country singer Craig Strickland is missing and his friend Chase Moreland was found dead after an ominous tweet was sent forshadowing their fate on the day after Christmas.

According to Oklahoma’s News9, the two went missing after embarking on a hunting trip north of Tulsa, in Kay County, Oklahoma. On Sunday, a search was launched and a boat the two men were reportedly using was found capsized in the early hours of Monday. The hunters were not located at the time, News9 reported.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol confirms to Us Weekly that Morland’s body was recovered around 11:10 Monday, but that the search for Strickland continues. According to law enforcement, search and rescue is looking around Kaw Lake.

The cause of death has not been released by the family. He was 83 years old. Meadow played for the Harlem Globetrotters for about 20 yrs, from the 1950s to the 1970s. He was best known for his half court hook shots, over the head passes and a water bucket full of confetti.He was a joy to watch and listen to. He is survived by his wife and daughter. Rest in peace, Meadowlark.

William Guest, who was a founding member of the legendary group, the Pips who later transitioned into Gladys Knight and the Pips passed away on Christmas Eve from congestive heart failure, he was just 74 yrs old. The original group just known as the Pips, formed in 1953 after future lead singer Gladys Knight won Ted Mack Original Amateur Hour. It consisted of Gladys Knight, her brother Bubba and sister Brenda Knight, and cousins, William and Eleanor Guest, The group went on to have personnel changes and soon a name change finally settling on Gladys Knight and the Pips. Guest recorded "Midnight Train to Georgia" and "I Heard it Through the Grapevine" with the group. Later on in life, Guest was a record producer, as well as being the CEO of Crew Records. Guest penned his autobiograpghy along with his sister, Dhyana, called "Midnight Train From Georgia: A Pips Journey". (That's a cute play on their hit song, "Midnight Train to Georgia". hahaha)

Aww, this is really sad. A South African crew member was killed rotating a Hummer while on set of the new movie, Resident Evil: the Final Chapter. Ricardo Cornelius, a 34-year-old Cap Town resident, was reportedly crushed to death by a prop car in a freak accident on set.
Cornelius' widow, Shafiefa, says her husband's employer minimized the extent of the injuries in order to obtain identification documents from her. While the company has provided her some financial assistance, they have yet to divulge the details of her husband's death.
“No one can tell me what happened, I need closure. His colleagues who I spoke to blocked me on WhatsApp,” she said.

California Gov. Jerry Brown issued a pardon to actor Robert Downey Jr for his 1996 felony convictions for drugs and weapons charges. Downey was arrested for speeding on the highway and when the police pulled him over, they found cocaine, heroine, and a loaded weapon in his car. Downey was on probation at the time and this violation sent him to prison for almost 1 yr. Downey lost his voting rights then. So, now fast forward to 2015 and Downey went to court and had a judge issue him a writ of rehabilitation because for more than 10 yrs. Downey has lived a crime and drug free life. He's one of the best come from behind Hollywood rehabilitation stories of all time.
I remember the 1990s when Downey kept getting arrested almost like weekly. And one day he broke into his neighbors house and was found sleeping in her son's bed. That's how drugged out he was. He went to the wrong house and his key wouldn't work so he broke in. That was a really sad time in his life.
So you might ask, why get a pardon when it doesn't erase your conviction? Well, if you receive a pardon, while it doesn't erase the conviction, it does restore your voting rights. Because as you may or may not know. Convicted felons lose their voting rights for all elections. So I am thinking that Robert Downey wants to vote in the upcoming Presidential election in 2016. I hope he continues to vote Democrat?
Gov. Brown has issued the most pardons out of any other Governor in the last 20 yrs. The state’s longest-serving governor has now issued 1,087 pardons, including 683 in the past five years and 404 during his first eight years in office from 1975-1983, according to his office.
Most of those pardoned Thursday were convicted of drug and property crimes, though three were convicted of arson, one of kidnapping and one of vehicular manslaughter. Three were convicted of assaults using deadly weapons and one of carjacking with a BB gun. Many are now residents of other states.
The hundreds of pardons Brown has issued in each of his four terms are typical — except for his three immediate predecessors. Republican Arnold Schwarzenegger granted 15, Democrat Gray Davis granted none, and Republican Pete Wilson granted 13.
Former Republican Gov. Ronald Reagan granted nearly 600, according to Brown’s office.

Okay, this is the latest fuck up, an unnamed Secret Service Agent, parked his car on G Place, near Secret Service headquarters. It is a relatively busy and safe part of the city. But apparently it was not safe enough because when he returned to his car, he noticed that the rear window was unzipped. And all of his equipment and his bag was gone. Come one dude, really? I don't know what planet this agent is living on, but you cannot leave even a fast food bag on the seat of your car because some knuckle head will break into your car trying to get himself a free meal, only to find used napkins and scraps if he is lucky. Why would you leave all that equipment in an unsecured personal vehicle? “The report lists a black Sig Sauer handgun, an APX6000 radio, handcuffs, a USB flash drive, a black Patagonia bag, and a Secret Service badge, number 1266, as the stolen items,” writes a team of CNN reporters. Now someone has all the tools he needs to be a Secret Service Agent!!! Are you serious!?!?! This agent should be fired and prosecuted for being an imbecile!!! Someone probably watched him put that bag on the back seat and then stole it seconds after he walked away from the car. Tsk Tsk Tsk Tsk Tsk Tsk. Damn!

RHONJ reality star Teresa Giudice was released after serving 11 months in Federal Prison convicted of fraud charges in relations to some real estate loans totalling $5 million dollars that she and her husband, Joe received. Teresa will serve the remainder of her time on home arrest and in March 2015 Joe, will start serving his 48 months behind bars for his part in the fraud schemes. The first thing Teresa had when she got into the car to go home was a Starbuck's cappuccino. LOL That's certainly not the first thing I would have after serving 11 months in prison. Is this Robo-Batman or Batman? I think the costume designer for the new Batman vs Superman movie must have been smoking some crack or some bad weed when he or she designed the new Batman costume. Oh what a tangled web we weave whilst we practice to deceive!!! I am floored and here is why. Chipotle has been lying to us, John Q. Public about where it gets it's produce from. They say it comes from local growers to each restaurant, but they define "local"as , as far away as 200 miles. Now, that's is NOT local in my book. Local to me mean 10 to 20 miles, 50 miles is NOT local, that's an hour away. So 200 miles is at best 4 hrs away 4hrs by car is NEVER local!!! And now Chipotle is defining local as 350 miles away, can you drive 350 miles in a day? HELL NO!!! So that is NOT local!!!

Wow, not again!!! People, stop trusting people you meet on Craigslist Oklahoma, don't you know that is the KILLER!!! I bet 59 year old Michael Beach wishes he hadn't trusted 44 yr old Katheryn Hicks after meeting her on Craigslist.
Here is what happened, 59 yr old Michael Beach was lonely after his wife of 40 yrs passed away. So he placed an ad on Craigslist. Katheryn Hicks answered that ad and soon after moved in with Beach. Beach changed his will and added her into it, he also added her to his bank accounts, and retirement plans. Shortly after he did all of that, Beach claimed that Hicks was trying to kill him and one day she gave him a gritty milk shake which sent him to the hospital. And tests showed that he had consumed too much of his medications. Beach said it was the milk shake. Hicks moved out of his house after that. Hicks claimed it was because she and Beach had had a big argument after he found out about her kids and her criminal background. WTF! You mean he didn't know that prior to Hicks moving in?
Luckily for Beach, after he kicked Hicks out of his house, he had his friends help him change his will and remove her name and take her off of all of his bank accounts and retirement plans. Too bad it didn't do Beach any good, Hicks still killed him.
Hicks went to Beach's home on Nov 29th and found 2 strange men in there who then assaulted her and left. Hicks claims that Beach's house was empty when she got there, (except for the 2 men) and Beach's dead body, hidden in another room of the house.
Poor Beach, I feel so sorry for his family and him. Picking up bitches off of Craigslist is NOT a good idea!!! He should have went to church or maybe did some volunteer work somewhere. There are lots of agencies out there who need good volunteers to help them out. I have lost count on all of the Craigslist killers now. This is not the first one and I am sure it wont be the last one. Just so sad!

Oh man, this is so cray cray, I can't believe it. A 36 yr old fisherman, Salvador Alvarenga, who survived 438 days at sea, is being sued by the mother of his crew mate for cannibalism of her son during the trip. Salvador paid Ezequiel Cordoba $50.00 to go on a 2 day fishing trip from Mexico in November 2012. While on the trip, a huge storm came in and knocked out their radio communications and washed their provisions overboard. The boat then drifted further and further out to sea, where the 2 fishermen survived on fish and birds that they caught and they drank rainwater and turtle blood. (Eww!)
Then one day, Ezequiel got really sick after eating some of the flesh of a bird they caught. On further inspection of the bird, they found a poisonous sea snake in the belly of the bird. Ezequiel died shortly after that. And Salvador befriended the corpse and for the next 6 days sat and had many conversations with it. But then one day he woke up and realized that he was going mad by talking to the dead corpse and threw it overboard.
438 days and 6,700 miles later Salvador washed up on the Marshall Islands in the South Pacific Ocean. Where he was found by a couple walking along the beach. The couple took him in and nursed him back to health. He was returned to El Salvador and then he went and talked to the mother of Ezequiel and explained to her what had happened. I am pretty sure, no where in his account of the tragic trip did he confess to consuming her deceased son, but some how, Ezequiel's mother did. However, Ezequiel's mother now claims that after Ezequiel died, Salvador ate parts of his corpse. (EEEWWWW!!!)

OMG!!! I thought women were no longer doing this. I think it is just HELL OF GROSS!!!! Kim Kardashian West, is planning on eating her son, Saint's placenta. She claims that it is going to help her out with her skin texture, postpartum depression, enhanced milk production, etc etc. However, Researchers at Northwestern University School of Medicine looked at 10 published studies on the practice and found no data to back up the claims that eating placenta either raw, cooked, or in pill form protects against postpartum depression, helps with lactation, increases energy, reduces post-delivery pain, promotes skin elasticity, boosts maternal bonding, or replenishes iron stores in the body, according to The Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development. Kim is planning on having her placenta freeze dried and then crushed and turned into pills. Thank God she is not going to chop it up and pan fry it like a steak. LOL (Whew! Okay this is a hot ass mess for sure. RHOC reality star Heather Dubrow and her husband, Terry, claim that "good friend Jennifer Lindsey Bell" scammed them out of nearly $2 million dollars in an accounting scam. This was the teaser for her podcast which will have all of the details on Dec 15th.
The Dubrows are offering a $25,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest of Jennifer Lindsey Bell, the woman they say is responsible. The Dubrows believe Bell fled the country.
"Right now, it's just about Jennifer Lindsey Bell," Dubrow says. "Trying to get someone from another country and finding out where people are is a very interesting proposition."
"We felt we were making a calculated, risk-free investment and it turned out not to be so," Dubrow continues. "And really, it comes down to a matter of trust. Who do you trust? Who can you trust? And, you know, you think you have people you've known for years and years, and it turns out they're not who you think they are."
Dubrow says a longtime advisor set up the deal gone wrong.
"We're putting this story out there, not just to tell everyone, 'Hey, we lost almost $2 million,'" Dubrow adds. "But, you know, we feel responsibility. We found out later that these people that scammed us have scammed other people for millions and millions of dollars, and if Terry and I don't come out and go public with this, they will do it again." Wow, I'm gonna have to check out that podcast later today. But first I need to find out how to do that. hahahaha
Heather is supposed to be an actress and her husband Terry is a Plastic Surgeon. They made their money from his income and real estate and she's had some bit parts in some big shows, like "Married With Children", "Hawaii 5-0", "Jenny, Stark Raving Mad" and "Hot in Cleveland". They flipped 9 houses in 8 years and sold their personal house that they lived in for $16.95 million.
Okay, I just listened to part of Heather's podcast. Here is the 4-1-1 on the scam. Their accountant of 20 yrs brings a deal to them claiming that he will personally guarantee it and that he's known this woman Jennifer Lindsey Bell for "a very long time", yada yada yada. And Jennifer Lindsey Bell is planning on renting these apartments near the World Cup for dirt cheap and then she is going to rent them out for big bucks during the World Cup and rake in millions. And Mr. Hoffman, the accountant promises that there is no way the Dubrow's will lose any money because he will pay it back IF Jennifer fails to do so. Okay, that should have been a red flag right there. If a deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is a scam.
Heather and Terry have since found out that Mr. Hoffman, their "CPA" is not rich and he is not a CPA, he is just a tax preparer. He doesn't even have an accounting degree, at all. PERIOD! Let along a certified public accounting license. Initially, the Dubrow's gave Jennifer Lindsey Bell $1.5 million dollars, then just b4 the World Cup started, she came back and got another $250,000.00 claiming that some of the apts wanted more rent up front. So, Terry gave it to her. Bringing their total investment to $1, 750,000.00 US dollars. So, the World Cup comes and goes, and now the Dubrow's want to be repaid. So Jennifer Lindsey Bell gives them the first payment due by check, but the check bounces. So now the Dubrow's start investigating and find out that Mr. Hoffman is not a CPA, and that he is broke, and cannot repay them. AND that he just met this Jennifer Lindsey Bell in a bar a few weeks ago and he is having an affair with her. The Dubrow's also find out that Hoffman and Bell have scammed other people with this scheme to a total of $6 million + dollars. Making their total take for this scheme over $8 million dollars!!!! And this is why they are going public, to stop Bell from doing this again.
I cannot believe that these 2 people, Terry and Heather Dubrow are so stupid!!! They are investigating these people now after the fact that they have stolen nearly $2 million dollars from them. That's like fixing the barn door after your prized stallion has run off and escaped. What the Dubrow's should have done was investigate everyone involved b4 they handed over the $1.75 million dollars. Heather claims that Terry knew this Hoffman guy for over 20yrs and he trusted him. Yeah, look where that trust got you! The Dubrows are suing Jennifer Lindsey Bell and tricked her into coming to Terry's office to pick up a check, but they had a summons of complaint instead and served it to her. She didn't open the envelope in the office. But once she did, she texted Terry, something lame, like "good one". Jennifer failed to show up in court and so the judge issued a bench warrant for her arrest. But the Dubrow's fear that she has left the country. Yeah, she has $8 million + dollars that you know about!!! I would leave the country too. $8 million is a nice nest egg and you could live very comfortable in the South of France on $8 million dollars.
This is a very important lesson to be learned to all of the rich people out there. Don't trust anyone with your money!!! Fully vet anyone bringing you business deals and check everyones' back ground and credit. I bet that Jennifer Lindsey Bell doesn't even have good credit. hahahaha Sigh. C'est la vie!!! Like Judge Marilyn always says on the people's court, "Do you know what we call people who trust Jane and John doe's they just met with business deals, plaintiffs." LOL So true gurl, so true.
Aww, let's say it together folks. Awww. CBS only orders 13 episodes of the Season 6 of "Mike and Molly" which is the QT for getting axed. A normal season for a episodic comedy is 22 episodes. Co-founder of Chipotle, Steve Ells went on the Today show today to be interviewed by Matt Lauer, to apologize for people getting sick at their Chipotle restaurants. Well, Steve, I think you are a day late and a dollar short dude.
“I’m sorry for the people who got sick. They’re having a tough time and I feel terrible about that,” Ells said in an interview on NBC’s Today show. Update on the Boston patrons who got sick, it was not from E.Coli in Boston, but from Norovirus. Steve claims that that was from an employee who was ill and came to work anyway, which is against company policy. Steve, stated that company policy dictates that if you are ill, you should stay home. But that's not practical for people living pay check to pay check. However, what is nasty is, norovirus is from people not washing their hands after going to bathroom and then some how getting shit or pee on their hands and then contaminating your food. I know they wear gloves at Chipotle why aren't they required to wash their hands prior to putting on the gloves? That is NASTY!!! Sigh!!!!!! Oh well, Steve Ells is making lots of promises as to how things are going to be different. I don't know it's gonna be a really really long time b4 I go back to Chipotle, and I really love their burritos, they are really delicious!!! Sigh. Oh well.
Aww, this is really sad news and not the news I wanted to report. I was really hoping the outcome would have been different. However, human remains have been found near where Michael Cavallari's running car was found in Utah. The police have tentatively identified as Michael.
About 10:30 am this morning, the police found the remains about 100 ft from where the car was found down a steep and rocky ravine. So the Police are assuming that he drove off the road and then got out of the car trying to walk to find help and fell down the ravine and died. The remains are with the coroner for that county for identification and cause of death.
His sister, Kristin released the following statement, "My heart is in a million pieces," she wrote. "Mikey, I could always count on you to make me laugh. You had such a good heart and will be forever missed. I'm at a loss for words but I know u are in a better place and finally at peace. I love u so much RIP."
Okay this is absolutely ridiculous! Chipotle must be breeding the E. Coli on purpose. Last article I read it was like 50+ people in 9 states, now add in the 80 in Massachusetts and that 130+ and 10 states. I will NEVER eat at Chipotle again. Which is too bad. I really loved their burritos. The chicken burrito is amazingly delicious!!!! hahahah How can this be happening? The college also sent a campus-wide email alert on Dec. 7, saying that numerous students contracted E. coli after eating at a nearby Chipotle.
The restaurant, located at Cleveland Circle in Boston, is temporarily closed; however, Chipotle denies that the current illnesses are linked to the previous outbreak of E. coli that affected numerous other states.
According to a statement from Chipotle: “We do not have any evidence to suggest that this incident is related to the previous E. coli incident. There are no confirmed cases of E. coli connected to Chipotle in Massachusetts.” Yes it did, read the paragraph that starts with "The college also sent a campus-wide email alert..." hahaha This cannot be accidental contamination. In my opinion, it has to be corporate espionage!!! Someone is deliberately contaminating the food at Chipotle!!!!

miles south of Interstate 70. The area is in a rural part of Utah just

Actor Morgan Freeman was flying by private plane from Clarksdale Mississippi to Houston Texas when on take off it blew a tire. They did an emergency landing in Tunica Mississippi. "Sometimes things don't go as
planned and a tire blew on take-off which caused other problems. But
thanks to my excellent pilot Jimmy Hobson we landed safely without a
scratch," Freeman said in a statement quoted by NBC News.
"I cannot say the same about my plane," Freeman said. "I appreciate the concern and prayers for our safety." Morgan is so lucky that his plane didn't cartwheel and explode into a fire ball running down the runway after the tire blew. That's what always happens in the movies. Ne-Yo and Elijah Kelley repairing a fence on the plains like common field hands. Then Dorothy, portrayed by Shanice Williams and Toto. And next was the GREAT Stephanie Mills portraying Auntie M. For 58 yrs old, Stephanie looked amazing. She sounded really good too. I have seen her twice in concert and every time I see her, she always gives you a good show. Do you remember the Circle Star Theater in San Mateo California? That's where I saw Stephanie the last time. She had Christopher Williams opening for her, with his flat ass. He had on some tight ass overalls made of velvet I think and as the stage turned around and you caught a side view of him. He had NO ASS AT ALL. hahahaha Or a carpenters dream, flat as a board. hahahaha (HAH! Those were definitely reads!!! hahahaha) Sorry, but let me get back on point.
So, Auntie M warns Dorothy about a storm coming and how she better get back into the house. But Dorothy is determined to go back home to her parents. But Auntie M tells her, they are gone killed in a car crash. Come on now, a 16 yr old should be able to understand life and death versus, someone walking away or leaving. So this is completely different from the movie with Diana Ross. There are some other differences, but I am not mad at them. Some stuff, you can't recreate on the stage. I liked most of the sets and I LOVED the costumes. I think who ever designed the costumes deserves a Tony. My favorite costume of all was the Lion. David Alan Greer looked so real!!! And I loved the six pack and pecks sewn into the vest to make him look buff.
Now, I'm gonna go out on a limb here and tell me if you agree or not. I loved Mary J Blige's costume. He Wicked Witch of the West was so on point, I can't stand it. Mary was having a ball too. She was mean and wicked!!! But her costume reminded me of a giant vagina! She had on these textured leggings and some black knee high boots. Then she had a giant over skirt which was lined in several colors from light pink to deep red in an ombrey effect from light on top to dark on the bottom. And when Mary would stand still with her legs slightly apart, it looked like a giant upside down vagina. hahahaha
Glenda the Good Witch was portrayed by the chick from Orange is the New Black Uzo Aduba, sang the hell out of her song too. And her dress was so beautiful, I was just like WOW!!! I love that dress. hahaha
So overall, the acting and the singing on this production were TOP NOTCH!!! Some of the slang used I thought was inappropriate. We can blame Harvey Fierstein for that. hahahaha Sigh. But the thing that bothered me the most was Dorothy went on her little journey alone. That's not right. In the movie and the original play, Dorothy always had little Toto with her. So we only get to see Toto in the very beginning and then at the very end when Dorothy returns to the farm in Kansas and meets up with Auntie M again.
So, I have to take my hat off to NBC, they pulled this off really well. I will give them 4 out of 5 stars on this production. And if I win the lotto, I will definitely go to New York and see it live on Broadway stage next year. Yeah!!!

The couple was not surprised to be having a son, because Kim had been having trouble conceiving this go round, so they had been having IVF (Invetro Fertilization). (That's where they remove eggs from Kim and have Kanye ejaculate into a cup and then in a lab they bring the 2 samples together. Then they implant fertilized eggs into the mother.) Here is the kicker, not only did Kim and Kanye have IVF, but they only implanted the boy embryos. So what is next for rich people? Are they next gonna weed out babies who have down syndrome? diabetes? Sickle Cell Anemia? Sigh.

Now She will be up walking around and caring for a new born on Christmas Day instead of in the hospital pushing him out. hahahaha Gee the Rich have it so easy!!! You want a boy child, so you get IVF and only implant boy babies, you are tired of being pregnant, so you have your doctor induce the delivery. What a charmed life they lead, the RICH!!!!

Recording artist Usher Raymond announced on the Ellen Show that he secretly wed his fiance/manager Grace Miguel in Cuba. There were no further details given, like what designer the bride wore, number of guests at the ceremony and reception, how many layers the wedding cake was, how many flowers were flown in, etc etc. hahaha
The couple had been allegedly dating since 2009 after the breakup of Usher's first marriage. Okay. hahahaha
