Michael Weatherly formerly of NCIS and currently starting in Bull on CBS cracks sexually explicit "jokes" towards co star triggering $9.5 million settlement .com CBS for Eliza Dushka.
At the time these "joks" we're mad, Eliza was set to be a recurring cast member. However, she quit the show over these piggish comments that Michael kept making. So the producers didn't believe her and looked up so outtake footage, and low and behold many of the comments were caught on tape. So, during arbitration Eliza and the producers agreed to pay her what she would have made had she stayed, which is $9.5million dollars.
When Michael found out what happened, he gave Eliza a bullying apology. Oh, I didn't know that my attempt at humor was j's funny and you found it offensive. Tara yada yada. Bullshit, Michael. You are just another boorish pig!!!!
